Hard luck old chap Coolkat, look after yourself.
It's au revoir from me I'm afraid, took the kitchen timer to the loo with me this am and def no line before 10mins. Hopefully some time next year I'll convince DH to actively start ttc for no3, rather than me getting my hopes up about accidents like this.
Good luck all, try and get some fresh air occasionally LOL .

JollyBear · 03/12/2007 09:13

I'm so very sorry Coolkat. Take care xxxxx

TwilightSurfer · 03/12/2007 01:06

Coolkat it's very early but support in the earliest stages helps in so many ways. That said, you are invited to join me and many others on the MC Avengers thread. At this moment there are two ladies who are mid-miscarriage on the thread. Come over when you're ready, we'll be there waiting.

digitalgirl · 02/12/2007 22:20

you poor poor thing coolkat, what an upsetting experience. i hope it's over relatively quickly and you get lots of rest.
make sure DH takes good care of you.
xxx

Hi Ladies

I have just posted this on the due july thread and wanted to tell you as I feel a bond with many of you.....

I have spent the afternoon in A & E. I have been bleedng badly and have had lots of clot like things coming out TMI.

After several needles and an internal the doctor says my womb is closed and it could be a threatened miscarriage, any way after another urine test which came out BFN he states that it probably is a miscarriage, me and DH had guessed this due to pain and clots.
I have to wait for tomorrow for blood results to see whether they are scanning me but I think it is fair to say its over for me.

I will let you know and I pray you will all be ok, I can't beleive it really, gutted and the awful experience today has kinda put me off for a while.

Bye. X

I may come back on here or just hover for a while,

COOLKAT

07mumstheword · 02/12/2007 21:17

DG Fingers crossed. Don't you have acupuncture tomorrow so you were gonna test in the morning if no AF?

Bucky Deep breaths tomorrow! Hope you get an appointment for Finn & he's ok and you get a party dress is a knockout.

MsSparkler These tests can be very inconclusive. Like you say re-test and lets hope its a lovely clear BFP.

CoolKat I hope all is ok.

Griffyn I feel for you. It's surprising how you can worry about falling PG straight away then within a couple of months wonder what on earth is wrong! I'm not quite as far as 12 cycles but on my 8th and finding it harder and harder.

Hello to everyone else.

Let me finish by telling you a story. I had my on OPK Friday and Saturday ( does that mean anything? 2 days in a row? ) and wanted to make sure I didn't have one today. So as usual I pee'd in my plastic cup got the OPK ready stuck it in to find an error message. So got another stick from the cupboard turned around and kicked my cup of wee that I'd stupidly put on the floor all over the carpet! There was a tiny dribble left in the cup so managed to do another test and set about getting on my hands and knees to clear up the mess! I didn't get a face so one more bed tonight then I'm on my 2ww. We've done it every day since Thursday so can't do much more than that.

MsSparklingXmasTree · 02/12/2007 20:58

I have chucked it in the bin. I will test on Wednsday if no AF but i really don't think i am pregnant.

digitalgirl · 02/12/2007 20:54

MsSparkler that's def an evap line. chuck it in the bin so you're not tempted to look at it!!!

MsSparklingXmasTree · 02/12/2007 20:52

I left the test i took this morning on the sink in the bathroom and when i went in there and saw it i took a look and i could see a very faint virtical line in the result window. It was taken 12 hours ago so it is probably very wrong by now!

digitalgirl · 02/12/2007 20:49

evenin'

bucky sounds like a busy day tomorrow, no time to think about 2ww or anything. hope finn's ok and you find a nice dress, there's loads of party dresses on the ground floor in Selfridges (v. near South Molton St)

shreksmissus I have a sore back too! But I really don't feel pg. I'm hoping that's a good sign because last two cycles I was absolutely convinced I was pg.

sorry no advice on your confusing hpt MsSparkler I have only ever done ebay cheapies (just look for the second line) and CBD (says 'not pregnant' or 'pregnant'). Hope you make it to Wednesday!

MsSparklingXmasTree · 02/12/2007 20:26

Hiya, just altered my name slighty for a more Christmas feel! It's Ms Sparkler here.

It could have been. I am just going to wait until Wednsday now as i have spent a small fortune on tests already!

Bucky2007 · 02/12/2007 20:22

MsSparkler we cross posted. Sounds v. strange . Could it have been an evap line??

Bucky2007 · 02/12/2007 20:19

The has arrived in Chez de Bucky. BDing ahoy and DP is back (hurrah) so all is well . Hopefully an egg will be despatched and the 2ww will commence!

I have a mental day tomorrow . I have the day off work, but I have to take the dog to the vet (herts), get a dress for my work xmas party on friday and get my hair done at 3pm on South Molton Street then meet someone for drinks at 6pm. Its going to be hard to fit it all in...I am stressing already. Especially as I don't have a vet appointment and Finn is ill . I am really highly strung these days and I don't even have dc yet!

MsSparkler · 02/12/2007 20:17

I took a test this morning using an Asda cheepie one but i'm confused. On the test there is the result window which is square and an oval window which a line appears to say the test has worked.

In the diagram the lines are virtical (a pregnant result would be a virtical line in the result window and a virtical line in the oval window.) I am sure though i could see the faintest line in the result window but it was horizontal? Confused??

I have ulcers in my mouth today which is a big sign of AF but no blood yet so she could be on her way. If no blood by Wednsday i will test again.

Men! DH came home yesterday with an ovulation test by mistake LOL and a dress for DD that was too small grr. Had to go back and exchange them both, dd heartbroken.
Frustrating day today as I got an inconclusive test result this morning . Got a twin pack of early detection tests from Asda and did one first thing (4 days pre AF due) and got a faint line but I think it was after 10mins and apparently this means nothing. So back to plan A and try again Monday am.

digitalgirl · 02/12/2007 13:05

fingers crossed it's just your womb stretching coolkat

hi beaniesteve

13 dpo and no AF yet, temp went up slightly this morning, but not as high as my peak...so jury's definitely still out.

gg it's those last few days of the cycle now...i managed not to test this morning. tbh if I had any ebay cheapies on me I'd probably would have done one by now. but I've only got a predictor (accurate from day AF is due, not before) and a CBD (which I'm saving up to use after a faint BFP )

don't feel pg, and am still not sure about testing tomorrow. wondering about waiting till thursday/friday. I calculated from my last cycle that I might actually have a luteal phase of 16 days, so AF might hold out till thursday.

Hi Ladies

Just thought I would say a quik hello whilst I was in your neck of the woods. Some promising symptoms here. Mrssparkler I had late AF and few BFN'S then BFP so you know what they say 'ITS NOT OVER TIL THE RED LADY SINGS'

Rubbish weather here, trying to keep busy as as am spotting a lot and got bad cramps

Bye ladies.

beaniesteve · 02/12/2007 00:56

evening all!

All this talk of baking is making my mouth water! The only problem with home baking is that you want to eat it all . There is a recipe/cookery section on MN somewhere which I keep meaning to check out.

Well, running thought the Gryffin stats for today - I am at CD24, have tender (.)(.) which I've had for the last few days and not much else. The sore norks tend to disappear just before AF arrives, so I'll know if they suddenly go back to feeling normal that this is not my month. I am really not getting my hopes up this cycle. Don't want to tempt fate for another disappointment month . There have been too many.

DG fingers crossed your temp dip is an anomaly or something and not a symptom of AF. It's not quite the same as a BFP, but I think that Bucky is right about even if AF does turn up, it must be a sign of your cycles regulating, which is good news

shreksmissus hope you are not down today and thinking of you, cycle buddy. When are you testing?

hello to CBCB, abbey starlight twighlightand 07MTW. Sorry to anyone missed and hello to the graduates like Shazza

Can't believe we are a month away until Christmas. I braved Oxford Street today and it was lovely because it was pedestrianised for the day and they had halted all traffic - brilliant. Didn't actually buy anything though 'cause I was too busy enjoying the Christmas lights .

Now it is December, I feel a little down even though I LOVE Christmas. 11th Dec is the day when DH and I first chucked away my pill packet in fear and trepidation of falling Pg within a month. I really didn't think i would still be obsessing 12 months later

digitalgirl · 01/12/2007 15:32

yeah bucky it could be a super short one for me if AF comes today/tomorrow. Will wait till it actually comes before tipping my acupuncturist tho.

Am crossing my fingers that it's an implantation dip, but I thought it would have coincided with the spotting on Thursday night and happened yesterday.

I usually wake up with awful cramps the day before and the day AF comes . I don't have cramps today. I'm going to have to stop speculating until I see what my temp does tomorrow.

twilight I'm also using Fertility Friend to chart my temps. If you get high temps for 18 days or more it's very likely you're pg. Mind you, most people will have tested by then! Your temp usually falls on the day of (or the day before) AF - which is quite useful if you want to save money on wasted tests.

sorry for the bfn hiding are you overdue AF yet?
