Morning

Pixie - sorry to hera that you got a BFN, remember it could be early and ts not over yet.

I am still in limbo here, last night I had tummy pains and felt sick, sure I had not eaten to much shephards pie and thought AF was on her way. Kept knicker watching, woke up this morning and nothing...yet

Hope everyone else is grand must go need to check my knickers again!!!

pixie04 · 11/11/2007 23:09

sooo many late AF's and all BFP's

Well..... I cracked and tested not even sure when AF could be due am CD33 and 14 or 9 DPO not sure funnily enough got a BFN too... well it was an afternoon wee and I did drink a cup of tea to make me need a wee. Oh well if no AF during this week will test on Saturday AM.

Got some cramping today and still have lots of creamy CM no AF

sarahnh at your SIL! Some people

biglips · 11/11/2007 20:07

there is no way i would be pg!! as my stress thermometer (an imagination one) had gone right thru the roof!!!.... cant wait for Dp to get back to work!! as he been so moody and its stressing me out!!....i was at the boiling point that i nearly took the door off!! !!

We all calm down now as it was down to my DARLING Daughter (3.1yrs old) who woke up about 5 times throughout the night! (She had never done that before!!) saying that she was scared of the monsters in her bedroom !! so she had about 5 hours sleep!! insteasd of her usual 11 / 12 hours sleep!!....so we are shattered!!

biglips · 11/11/2007 20:03

clairpo - im due on Thursday/friday so not gonna test till wed - the latest!!

Excitable · 11/11/2007 19:42

Actually just one question Am I pregnant? would do fine... I'm not picky...

Excitable · 11/11/2007 19:42

Tired of unfathomable body. Want a new one with a weblink to a very extensive manual with answers to all my questions...

digitalgirl · 11/11/2007 19:36

Evening all you limbo dancers...I feel for you all, I know what it's like to be getting BFNs and still no AF. Hope you all get your answers soon (and that they're of the BFP variety!)

So I'm still on the great egg hunt. All symptoms have gone, no sensitive nips, no more ov-cramping or womb awareness. Cervix still soft-ish, but I think my poor ole body has given up trying for the weekend, maybe it will try next weekend.

Isobella123 · 11/11/2007 18:13

At least tomorrow I will be in limbo at centre parcs so there will be plenty to stop me obsessing about it.

How many babies do you think I will see..........?

Excitable · 11/11/2007 18:06

I think it's possible you tested too early. The short answer is that we just won't know until BFP or AF. Spotting can happen if you are pg or not pg as I understand it.

Limbo stinks...

ClairePO · 11/11/2007 18:03

I'm thinking the same way Isobella, I'd rather AF arrived than just teased me with spotting AF due Thursday and if I keep spotting until then I will go loopy

Isobella123 · 11/11/2007 17:55

Do you think I tested too early?

I would usually start spotting on day 28 min (which was Sat) and then start AF proper on about Tuesday. This time I have been spotting since Wed morning?

Do you think that if I'd bought a more expensive test it would have been more likely to pick up the hormone?

I am going to be really good and not do my other test until Tue morning unless AF arrives early.

I HATE limbo - I do not recommend it. AF is almost better than limbo.

Excitable · 11/11/2007 17:27

That's at least three of us in limboland!

Anyone else?

Isobella123 · 11/11/2007 17:15

Did test and got BFN

Perhaps it was too early? I am packing my spare test to take to Centre Parcs in the morning. At least I have that to look forward to.

Have a good week (if that's possible when you are on your two ww!)

Excitable · 11/11/2007 16:03

Coolcat looks like you've had my weekend! I gave in and tested on Friday night when I noticed on the packet that you can test at any time of day if AF is late. DH hasn't wanted to be involved in the testing before, but he's much more interested now, so I weed in a glass we never drink from that I stole from our student bar and let DH read the instructions and direct me. I didn't tell him that I'd read them three times while he was out and knew them backwards by this point. We all like to feel helpful, don't we?

I put my test in the wee and we left the test in the bathroom and came trouping downstairs together. We set the kitchen timer so we wouldn't forget. Cue lots of aimless pretending to do stuff for two minutes...

After two minutes, we turned off the alarm annd trouped back upstairs in silence. Silence is a rare occurrence in Excitable Towers. BFN.

I am now on day 33. Two cycles since I came off the pill have been 28 days, so AF is definitely late. She's still not here, so I've joined you in limboland, Coolcat.

We had sex on Friday night to see if AF would leave a calling card, but no cigar.

I also drank lots at the birthday party last night, and still no AF.

Odder still, no pg symptoms but no sign of AF either. Suspiciously flat non-water-retaining belly, brain still here, no rage, no farting (I ALWAYS fart before AF comes - really smelly ones!)

BF came with baby yesterday and even DH is broody now! No chances to tell BF without DH knowing. He doesn't want to tell anyone and I'm finding that really hard. Have told another friend in secret, though. I can trust her not to say and she had terrible trouble ttc her DS. Two major MCs and an induced still birth - so I know she will be sensitive if I have a rough ride.

Sarahnh I think it would be fair to tell your SIL to take her stupid comments and shove them up her arse.

coolkat · 11/11/2007 15:02

Hi Ladies

Oh sorry to hear AF arrived poppysocks.

Pixie it appears your toadstool's been arockin!!

Well as you know I did a test yesterday and got BFN well still no AF

Sometimes if AF on way and you have had sex she lets you know she is waiting to arrive but nothing, so when I was out last night I had just a few drinks in the hope that I could be? - long shot I know!!

Sarahnh naughty of your sister-in-law although I am really not of you having visit from yours!

Well nothing else to report I shall leave you in peace.
[tapping fingers on table and wondering just when and if AF is going to show?]

Isobella123 · 11/11/2007 14:28

Don't give up hope ClairePO.

I have had spotting for the last 5 days and AF has still not turned up (was 3 days early).

Have just sent DH off to Tesco for a test!

digitalgirl · 11/11/2007 12:54

poppysocks sorry that AF turned up

sarahnh at pointless comments from your SIL. I absolutely HATE it when you're quite obviously upset at lack of BFP and people say 'just relax blah blah blah it will happen' ggrrr. It's not what you want to hear, you just want sympathy not stupid pointless 'advice'

Anyway, temps have not shot up this morning, i.e. I didn't ov yesterday. So looks like acupuncture appt tomorrow will be justified. Or maybe it'll happen today.

Everyone else - your symptoms (or lack of) all sound good. bucky i think finn has taken your mind off obsessive ttc this month, which as everyone else likes to point is a 'good thing' and has led to many a bfp.

Am off to do our first bit of xmas shopping I am NEVER this organised. Must be the future mum in me!

ClairePO · 11/11/2007 11:44

Poppy so sorry - I missed your post, so sorry AF is here

ClairePO · 11/11/2007 11:43

more spotting for me just now - must be AF on her way early

poppysocks · 11/11/2007 11:31

Well, pg test was right and I was wrong. AF arrived with a vengeance this morning.

Really must learn not to trust my instincts and 'the signs' as I must make them up. I was convinced on both counts that I was having a boy last time and ended up with my beautiful DD.

So, this is me bowing out of the 2WW and back onto CD1....

sarahnh · 11/11/2007 10:58

thanks for the choccies and wine pixie and your lovely comments.. still have migrane and its driving me mad!!! i have been to the docs the last two months over my cycle and she has been so unhelpful... must admit i was very tearful yesterday and my brother and sister in law had a go at dh about my behaviour so he ended up telling them that we have been ttc... on sil just said that i need to relax and these things take time... like i need to hear that!!!

Bucky no symptoms maybe a very good sign... i don't think sweetkitty had any and she got a bfp that month so fingers crossed xxxxx

Morning all

I got upset last night too as thought AF was on her way as upset tummy and very slight spotting at CD24 9dpo. Today temp still high (went up slightly on Friday, same on Saturday and higher still today) and FertilityFriend is telling I have possible implantation bleeding on day 24 (ie yesterday) but now I'm thinking that I bet I'm not and FF is just getting my hopes up. I have a load of ebay cheapies but don't really know when to start to test.

Isobella123 · 11/11/2007 10:07

Got slight bleeding 3 days before AF due so I thought it may be implantation bleeding. Got the same thing with DS2.

I would say fingers crossed (and do really) only we have booked a holiday to Lanzarote for next July!
