10dpo and heavy breasts

I am 10dpo today, 4th cycle of TTC. I do often get sore boobs around AF so that's not unusual however this month they are not so much sore rather than heavy and achey. Has anybody ever experienced this as a symptom?

I haven't tested because I can't keep pregnancy tests in my house as I am in POAS AA due to no self control.

Thank you! I am so excited, I will test again tomorrow (I tested twice today, because I couldn't believe my eyes) af is due in two days, so I will wait and hope that it stays and I can have a good, healthy pregnancy. How are you going?

Hey Jely123, I just got a bfp this evening. I have been having sore nipples, suddenly went off wine, had an old tailbone injury starting to ache again and had pimples on my cheeks. I thought that was unusual but decided to keep with tradition and test this month. What a lovely surprise this was! I am in complete disbelief as I didn't have sex during my most fertile part of my ovulation window according to the app, rather I had sex the week before and a couple of days prior as well. So I was certainly not expecting this! I will test again tomorrow because this is surprising.

I use OPKs!! Wanted to use BBT to confirm ovulation. Will aim to do it this month!

SMEP is quite difficult to fit around any routine so I can imagine will be difficult for you being so busy! Its the last three days that are difficult 😂 my partner is exhausted by the end. Let me know how you find it.

Baby Aspirin is supposed to help thicken the uterus lining, I started taking it to help lengthen my LP as it's 10-11 days.

Wow, that's such a great progression. I think hgc doubles every 48 hours? So I think you may get yourself a dye stealer in a week. Congratulations! What cycle ttc is this for you?
Just took another it's already a tiny bit darker, I don't know why I'm still doubting it it's definitely a faint positive! Now just weeks of worring :( This is my first cycle TTC and using opks! Had a miscarriage in September and we said we will leave it as that for now focus on other things but if it happens it does and then last month I was a little late so tested and realised how much I wanted a positive test xx

I have been doing SMEG! Obviously no success so far but as I may have been calculating my ovulation wrong that might be why hahaha.

I tried BBT last month but I work shifts and it's so hard to remember to temp when my routine is all over the place so failed. Going to retry this month.

I hear you, I also started a new job right at the start of ttc cycle 1. So it's understandable that I haven't had success yet. Its so hard to find the time to follow SMEP, as I have a 4 hour commute, a 9-5 and get home exhausted. What does baby aspirin add?

Probably that's why. Are you using opks or BBT?

I'm also going to take B6 this month. I haven't decided if I'm going to take it from CD7 or from after ovulation. I was taking baby aspirin before last cycle, I didn't think it was doing anything but I actually think it did lengthen my LP by one day. So I'm going to do that again this month too 😊
