Anyone else 12 DPO?

Anyone else around the same dpo as me and want to await the last few days together?

So far I’ve not had many symptoms, been feeling super hungry within a few hours of eating and ive had some vivid dreams and also some blood in my nose a few days on the trot when I blew my nose.

My boobs are normally sore from 9dpo and I have been known to spot from this early on too. I have been told my progesterone levels may not be high enough to fall pregnant so that’s probably why but this month I’ve had no spotting and no sore boobs so far yay! Even if I’m not pregnant it’s been nice 😂

Trying not to get my hopes up because last cycle I had sore boobs early on but didn’t spot until 2 days before my period so just patiently waiting ..... it’s hard to not get excited though :/

@pinkpirlie I'm in the same position, I really would have expected her by now or at least spotting or sore bbs?? Also, a lot of people still have sore boobs when they get their bfps so got my fc for you 🙏🏻 x

Technically I am still in the running. I haven't got AF yet and no sign of spotting which is really unusual. But I have sore boobs, and feel my usual queasy self before she does. I just would have expected her by now. Although I didn't ovulate the first time my body tried this month so that will have thrown things. But I'm 14 dpo from the second attempt, and CD33. My cycles are usually 30 days.

@Twothirtyam noooo :( damn it. You have a good mindset and you're very positive it's great. Although they say you aren't out till she shows??

I'm still in the clear for spotting and boobs still aren't sore. Either I didn't ovulate this month/ovulated late and it's messed up my cycle OR I'm pregnant. I'm finding it hard to believe I could be pregnant after over a year of trying but who knows I suppose? Wishful thinking x

Yeah maybe the GP can even give you tablets so definitely call when you get pregnant. My boobs are loads less sore this morning and although I haven’t started spotting yet I am convinced it is on its way! I find it helps to focus on next month so just want to get AF out the way now.

@Twothirtyam yeah I'm gonna try and do the same. Wait out until tuesday! I have some tests coming today but like I said, can't bare another negative I'd rather see spotting.

Not sure about progesterone at the mo, waiting for a ref to fertility clinic atm. And for now I guess we just keep trying, if I fall pregnant I'll contact them and let them know ASAP because there's risk of miscarriage with low progesterone and other than that wait for our appointment where they may give me tablets to help conceive :/ x

@babypleasenow so what is happening with the progesterone? Will they give you some tablets to help your levels out?

@babypleasenow I hadn’t thought about when to test actually as I’m still fairly sure AF is going to show up! Period is due on Tuesday so maybe then if I’m lucky and haven’t spotted? I’ve actually run out of cheap tests and only have a couple of out of date boots ones or something that a friend gave me so don’t want to waste them. I had a chemical a few months back and didn’t test at all then until I started spotting two days after my period was due. I was so afraid of seeing a negative test but now I kind of wish I’d tested earlier. Not that it would have changed the outcome though!

@pinkpirlie that sounds so promising! I'm hoping we get some BFPs in this thread. And what you said about testing isn't going to change it, so true.

But I always get to around now and think well I may as well test and then I'll know, but then when I get a bfn I still think wel I'm not out just yet so it is a pointless mind game. Trying to keep as busy as I can, I was so relaxed before ovulation and we really just dtd as and when we pleased with no pressure. Now since I've had no breast pain this month I've really got my hopes up which I didn't want to do! Especially as I was told the other day it could be hard for me to support a pregnancy with my progesterone levels. It seems silly to get excited with that news. Anyway please keep posting everyone I'd love to hear everyone's outcome over the next few days xxx

@Twothirtyam me either. When do you think you'll test, providing you don't start spotting? I've got tests coming today just incase I don't start spotting but I'm due to start on Monday (according to my app) x

Reading all your stories about getting the BFP after firing like AF was coming is giving me some hope it isn't completely over for me this month.
I usually get spotting for 2 days before AF arrived and I've had nothing yet this month and she is due tomorrow.
I'm the same with the tests. Th first months I tested and got BFN and was disappointed. I've tried to retrain my brain that no matter whether I test I will either be or not be pregnant and testing isn't going to change that.

Honestly on Thursday I kept going to the loo because j thought my period had started and it’s pretty heavy so I have to catch it quick! Same happened last month. Instead of buying tests I’ve been buying baby vests or something Grin I just hate seeing a negative!

I don’t like to test early either (although have been known to) as the negative test is just so depressing isn’t it!

My boobs feel less sore but no spotting as of yet. Although it’s still early. I remember with my daughter (who is 3) I felt EXACTLY the same as if my period was coming and I even spotted (although annoyingly can’t remember when exactly) and was still pregnant so I know there is always hope. But trying for no.2 has been going on a while now so I’m feeling less and less positive each month!

Thanks so much!! Hmm symptoms looking back - sore boobs (which I get every single month anyway), cramping, a heavy feeling like af was due to start, a few spots when usually my skin is pretty clear and looking back I was really really thirsty but put that down to working as a nurse and the hospital being hot lol.

I did. Af was due on cd29, which would then be cycle day 1 obviously but I’ve been bitten before testing and seeing a bfn or af would be late and I’d get my hopes up, so I waited till cd30 when usually I have 28 day cycles. I just think it’s soul destroying seeing negatives so I told myself the next test I took would be a positive! Lol!

It’s such a shock as my two older children took a year to conceive but we’ve only been trying 2 or 3 months Shock

@pinkpirlie my other half hates trying on purpose too which I get but it just makes it quite stressful for me trying to keep the stress off him!
