Would you say the 3rd test down was my peak? Seems to be getting lighter top one was today. These were alot brighter irl. The picture of one on its own was the third test down before it dryed. How many more days should I DTD? And when would I class 1dpo? Thanks 😁

@Skl2021 Yes I hope so! He's still quite young so it's a lot for him to get his head around and actually understand but he's getting there.
Haha no way 🤭 they must have subconsciously known! Do they want a brother or a sister? 🥰 xx

@Confused678866 aww that's so cute 🙊💞 he will be a great big brother! Yes I think they will be very excited especially as there older and understand it more. Weirdly enough the last couple of weeks they kept talking about babies and me having another one 🤦 even though they never hear us talking about it. Maybe they subconsciously knew 🤣🙈 xx

@Skl2021 Haha see, I'm only 5"3 so hard to hide! Yes I think he will be great now, I wasn't very confident when we first mentioned it to him 😂 he brings it up now though and says 'Mommy you're having a baby' 🥰😂

@Confused678866 oh I can't remember when I got my bump think it was later as I'm tall and hide it very well. Well he will have to get used to it won't he 🤣 can't get a refund now 🙊 I'm sure he will be fine when baby's here they will be best friends in a few years 💞 mine fight like cat and dog but then miss each other if there not together xx

@Skl2021 I know, it messes with your head doesn't it! You'll be fine though.
I didn't have much of a bump until about 20ish weeks with my little boy but I've had one for a weeks now. Haha yes he sort of gets it but I have to keep reminding him when he's being boisterous! He was t very happy about the idea when we first told him 🙈😂 xx

@Confused678866 it's all that's going round my head so it's hard to not get excited. 🙈🤦 I don't think mine was much bigger second time around but he was a smaller baby. Does your little boy understand there's a baby in there 🙊 xx

I know what you mean, I was exactly the same it's really hard isn't it!
Yes I've got a right bump now! So much bigger this time around than first time.. suppose it's because everything is so stretched 😂 xx

@Confused678866 ohh yes I remember now it's baby peanut 🙊 so cute!! I was thinking about waiting until 8 weeks anyway. IL see closer to the time and see what's around. Getting carried away with myself already 🤣🙈 so hard to think positive but then not get too carried away 🤦 have u got a bump yet? Xx

@Skl2021 This is it.. just a blob really but the heartbeat was detected.
I don't think there's many by us, maybe two but this one is only about 10 mins away. It's called Peek-a-Baby.
Maybe wait a few weeks and then you could have one and then pay the £70?
Ohh haha yes I've heard of a few people having the vaginal ones! Xx

@Confused678866 could you see a baby shape by that point? Or was it just like a sac? Yes I thought it was expensive 🙈 there's another about an hour away from us which is 55. After that there about 2+ hours away 🤦 not alot round my area. With my last pregnancy I had an early scan as o didn't know my dates but it was as the hospital and that was vaginal 🙈 don't know if I'm ready for that again 🤣 xx

@Skl2021 Oh that seems expensive? Mine was £45 and it was called a reassurance scan.
I waited until I was around 7ish weeks ago Ben though they say 6 weeks usually a heartbeat can be detected but I didn't want to risk it so I waited a little longer. Mine was abdominal. Think some places say vaginal straight away when it's early but the place I used, I used it in first pregnancy too and have it abdominal every time I went xx

@Confused678866 yes I had a quick look at it was 70 pound for I think a 15 Min reassurance scan. Is that not dear?! Was yours on tummy or vaginal? Just wondering if u can see anything at that stage xx

@Skl2021 Yes positive thinking, that's it!
Yes this is why I used to get afraid of testing because my cycles were so short too so I just never knew when to test either because of it!
Haha I was the same, we had an early scan.. we had two! Second one was so that we could tell family on holiday! 🙈😂 xx

@Confused678866 no IL wait and save it for when IV missed my period properly. IL be ok just think positive 🤞🙌 sure everything will be fine. This is why people don't test early the wait is horrible 🤦🙈 think I might have to get an early scan at this rate xx

@Skl2021 Well that sounds positive! It does mess with your head doesn't it.. I really wouldn't worry about the line today but if it's going to play on your mind, maybe just do the FRER? Xx

@Confused678866 nope no spotting getting a few like twinges in stomach like stretching sorta feeling but thought that was normal. I have one frer left but wanted to save it until after 14 dpo. I just thought I would get line progression with stil being early. Messes with your head 🤦 xx

@Skl2021 This happened to me with a FRER and I panicked and then I did another one straight after and it was a little darker but still not bold. You haven't experienced any spotting or anything though have you? Xx

@Confused678866 I'm sure everything will be fine enjoy it 💞 no I don't think you will crack it will be a lovely surprise 🤞 I took another test this morning with fmu and I don't feel very hopeful now 😩 it's lighter. Top was yesterday and bottom today's 🤔 xx

Yes you said girl I think! I think I'll be curious of the gender at the scan but I don't think I'll crack 😂 my other half would still find out though! Xx

@Skl2021 It's just to check things like iron levels and make sure you've got no infections etc really I think.
My scan is on Friday! Nope, not finding out 🤭 I'm amazed at how much willpower I've had so far 😂
I'm still convinced it's a boy though! Xx

@Skl2021 Haha well I think it's because you're supposed to have bloods done fairly early which is part of the booking appointment but mine was over the phone so my booking bloods weren't done until 12 week scan.
Book appt is usually between 8-10 weeks. I think I was just over 8 weeks.
All I would say is that the sooner you contact your GP, the sooner a midwife will contact you and arrange your booking appointment. It's been harder sorting appointments this time for lots of people because of covid etc xx

@Skl2021 Yeah maybe they aren't as bang on though, that would definitely explain it!
I called straight away in my first pregnancy but I was already quite a few weeks gone (I got 3+ weeks on a CB on first test 😅).
Then this pregnancy, I just let my tests get darker as they were so faint and then within a few days maybe just under a week, I called the docs.
You have your booking appointment first with midwife and she arranges 12 week scan xx
