Recent MC - New cycles & trying again

Afternoon ladies. Just wanted to say happy mother’s to be day and hope you’re being kind to yourself. @TheHotelCalifornia I went on IG first thing out of habit and came straight off and will stay off until tomorrow.

Thinking of you all today ladies. Just got home from an absolutely lovely coffee in the park with my gorgeous Mum which was so needed but I’ve just gone on IG and all the Mothers Day posts have just got me all upset so had a little cry. Even though they’re all so lovely and inclusive about all the different ways you can be a Mum. Next year we hopefully all will be in a different place. Hi @klm018 and welcome to the group ☺️ Sorry for your loss, it’s such a tough journey. I think most of us feel a mix of emotions trying again - terrified of not falling pregnant and terrified of falling pregnant and going through all the anxiety! 🤦‍♀️ But we are all in it together which makes it a lot easier. I’m currently in my TWW. Fingers crossed for you and this cycle 🤞 x

Joining in if its allowed. I had mc in February at around 6weeks. Just had my finished my 1st period since mc. I was totally calm about ttc before mc but now feel super anxious. I've bought some clear blue ovulation tests as I want to check that I'm definitely ovulating after the mc. Keeping my fingers crossed for this month.

@neady1980 yep my LP has definitely shortened. I'm only 6DPO and I'm 99% period is about to arrive. My body just isn't back to normal at all even 3 months later xx

@SuzieDeLaTour yes did it yesterday on my peak and the night before. Today the lines are not as strong on the cheapies so not sure if I just had 1 peak day. I DTD Friday too so the day before peak 🤞

Happy new cycle @Neady1980! I'm the opposite mine have lengthened. Pre mc I was 25 days, last two were 28 and today I'm on cd24 with still high temps so I imagine another 28 day-er.

Happy Mothers day ladies. AF arrived this morning 2nd on after natural MC, my cycle was always 28-29 days and the last two have been 26 days. Has anyone else notice their cycle shorter than the normal. Anyway I'm in great form which I thought would be the opposite,bring on this new cycle woohoo

@wag1987 you had sex yesterday on your peak didn’t you? So that would give you a pretty good chance but it wouldn’t hurt to do it again today if you can be bothered! 😜 my peak stayed for 2/3 days this cycle and if that’s the case for you too then it might be worth having another go? Have you done a cheapie today to see what it says? X

@SuzieDeLaTour yes been using the cheapy ones too and they been really light. I've attached photo and 2 at top are from 11/3 and middle from 12/3 and then 13/3 at bottom which was when got my clear blue peak face too.
I wasn't sure if I have DTD enough this cycle or not.

Such fantastic news @Pettylamby ! I'm too scared to do digital tests 🙈 and anyway I'm only 4:3 so waiting on HCG on Monday.

@CaroW123 it's so difficult at this point but as long as you I haven't had cramping or pain a bit of light bleeding is really common (I totally know the feeling of dread though when you see it). Set yourself a goal of testing in a week and try to distract yourself in the meantime - although it is so hard!

Great news for you too @LauraT94 🤩 it all looks great! Your body knows what to do (I have been saying this to myself this last week).

@wag1987 the same happens to me - I’ve rarely had the flashing face. Can literally jump from a blank circle to a static Face in less than 12 hours. Do you use the LH strips? I often use those to see the progression so I can tell I’m gearing up for ovulation and then use the CB digital ones to confirm it if I’m not entirely sure whether I’ve peaked or not!
@CaroW123 oh I’m sorry you’re feeling in limbo and unsure what’s happening. It’s such early days it could be an implantation bleed? And yes sex can cause bleeding during pregnancy- I’ve had that in the past too. Annoyingly (and we feel your pain!) it sounds like it will be a case of wait and see unless you can convince your EPU to take bloods to test your HCg level? X

@AMS19 what a week I've had! Feels like a month!! 🤣🤣 Still a long way to go but all I wanted was confirmation of progression and here we are! Next goal - get a 3+ and get to 1st April without issue! Thank you got all the support! Don't know how I'd have coped without this thread!! 💕💕

Hi everyone - I found out on 08/03 that I was pregnant. Started spotting v light pinky watery blood on Friday morning. Did another test which was quite faint - the urine was like clear water. Also had sex Friday morning and have learned this can be cause of bleeding too. I called Epu on Friday afternoon and they said bleeding v common at this stage and to disregard the test and wait it out and test again in a week. Spotting got a bit more red abs a tiny bit stronger (still v light). Saturday morning was a bit more but nothing too much overall. It’s now stopped. I do normally have a very light period but this was not as strong as that. No cramping or pain. I guess I just have to wait it out and it could go either way - but wondering what others thought ??

Happy Mother's Day to everyone that is a mum and one day all you mums to be. They say you are a mum from the moment you start trying to conceive

I started using the CB ovulation tests this month and I kept getting a negative (plain round circle) and same on Friday and then boom yesterday was Peak smiley face. I DTD Wednesday, Friday and Saturday but obv my fertile days will be yesterday and today I assume and assume ovulation will be today no idea. Have I DTD enough or need to again tonight for good measure?

I was surprised I didn't get the flashy smiley face on the CB and went straight from negative to Peak overnight. Anyone else had this?

@LauraT94 we are not only cycle twins but we are now test twins!!

Did a CB digi today and also got my 2-3 - my RHR has also started to rise which in delighted about!

Anxiety is also very much there... But I am really just trying to focus on the present and one day at a time and it's helped me already! Every morning say to yourself... Today I am pregnant and don't think about what could possibly happen, just focus on getting through a day at a time! 💕💕
