Sorry I’ve not posted much in reply to many lately, I have been snooping and reading messages in the background. But I went back to work this week for the first time since furlough began in December and I’ve literally been wiped out after dinner everyday, been crashing in bed so early.

I’ve started OPK’s this week. Began the first one starting Wednesday, so 9 days after the date of my first AF since coming off the pill. It only lasted a couple days, but seeing as it was a bleed and 6 weeks since coming off the patch, am I right in counting this as my first period post withdrawal bleed that I had 6 weeks prior? Obviously being only the first one I may still be irregular for the next few, but I decided to try testing just incase I do come into a 28-32 day cycle sooner than expected, as opposed to the 42 days I had waiting for this one. Then when this fertility window has closed I’ll stop testing.

Hope all of you get some good news soon, seen a few coming up to the year mark and I really hope things turn for you and you get those BFP’s soon!

This weekend will be a chocolate and pyjamas type of weekend from me, I still have a few Easter eggs that have my name on them for Saturday night snacks!

@FlyingGiraffe I've had 2 acupuncture sessions so far and got my third this week. She's also given me floral remedies to take as drops on my tongue and Chinese seeds to go in my ear- yep I've jumped fully onto the crazy train now!!

The raspberry leaf tea you take 2-3 cups a day up until ovulation. It's supposed to balance hormones and regulate your cycle. This has been my first normal cycle since the CP so hopefully something has worked.

Ooh I bought Agnus castus but haven't used it this cycle as I didn't want to introduce too many new things at once and did read a few scare stories of it messing up people's cycles. How did you find it? I might give it a go next month.

@Emmgrem nice to hear from you 👋 and great that you're back in the game! How many acupuncture sessions have you had? What is the raspberry tea leaf supposed to do? I'm trying Agnus castus again this cycle but morning and night before ovulation this time. I kind of gave up half way through last cycle because I knew I was having blood tests on day 21 and wasnt wanting to alter the results too much!

Hey ladies thought I'd check in as I've been lurking a bit due to being so annoyed with my stupidly short couple of anovulatory cycles post chemical pregnancy..

But I'm now back in the game and 6dpo so I'll keep you updated on how it plays out🤞Done a few different things this cycle like acupuncture and raspberry leaf tea.

@FlyingGiraffe I know exactly what you mean re comparing this cycle to your CP cycle and wondering whether to hope for the same symptoms or totally opposite ones 🙈

@TheDaydreamBelievers hope you're doing ok today. I've found myself comparing tww symptoms to my chemical back in January so I know what you mean by getting disheartened when you haven't had the same symptoms and start thinking it's not happening this month. Maybe we'll have a completely different set of symptoms next time though?! My fingers are crossed for you 🤞💕

@Cams50 I think it made me realise the emotional strain of it all. I listened to another one earlier called girls with no filter - breaking the silence on miscarriage I think it may of been 3 girls out a towie (never watched it so I’m not sure) it’s not just about miscarriage, the one girl had 2 loses at 6 weeks and she just talks about the whole TTC stuff...she quickly mentioned being on mumsnet at 3 oclock in the morning 😂😂 that was a good one aswell totally related to everything she said.

@Cams50 Thankyou ☺️ Didn’t feel exciting this morning. Had horrendous shoulder pain so got myself in a right panic about it being ectopic. Thankfully it isn’t and smudge is growing in the right place so I can breathe again and sit on my hands for the next 6 weeks

@Robyn101 awesome thank you. I’ll just be happy if I have that problem tbh, the TWW is getting to me and my husband asks about stuff almost every day... as if I can make time go faster 😂

@AllyCat31 Yep so because my periods were all over when I booked in for my 1st appointment I just told them how far along I believed I was due to ovulation and they’ve gone from there - they don’t have to use your LMP if it would make no sense (mine was January so made zero sense) ☺️
