@Lexber I have a very very needy Siamese kitten. For the first couple weeks he didn’t want to be put down.

I'm currently trying to work with a needy kitten, she's like a baby. So sleepy but crying because she can't settle and wants to be held lol she's only 9weeks old and after being asleep on my shoulder has settled on my table with her teddy 🤦🏽‍♀️❤️

@Lexber 😂 I keep getting like that I was only lucky it was while af was here or I'd be running to dr google again 🙄 was watching don't tell the bride yesterday and it happened again 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm 10dpo and so impatient this cycle! Did a test this morning and managed to mess it up I'm so used to peeing on a digital OPK and then standing it with tip down in a bathroom plant pot, that I just did the same thing with the cheapie pregnancy test. Of course the pee didn't even reach the control line and no amount of flapping it around or shaking it the other way up would help. Ah well, off to the shops and try again tomorrow.

Wow not a clue what's going on with my body but there's definitely some hormones in there somewhere as sat balling my eyes out at the Marie Curie advert... all the feels!! ❤️

@Farfaraway1 I dip, still manage to wee on my hand sometimes when trying to get it in the cup but don't get it all over the test 😂

@KG1145 great to hear about the cb digital! I know what you mean about not filling out the form though, everything's so exciting the first time then after mc it all gets a bit more cautious!

@Farfaraway1 definitely in a pot, but I've still peed on my hand at least 3 times in the last week or so 🤣 the stream isn't always singular or going where expected 😆

Another newbie but I dip. I have a designated little plastic cup in the bathroom for it ready! Not a hope in hell that I could hit a stick that small with out covering my hand 🤣🤣

Another newbie ovulation tester question.. what’s your preference.. to pee on the stick or dip the stick? Reason I ask is that today I’m pretty sure I invalidated the test by getting wee on the test and control windows.. 🙊 I think dipping might actually be a bit less messy?

@Noodella18 yes, my partner hates it! Pre-seed too slippery and conceive plus he says feels like menthol 🤣

Hi @Ailie12 thanks, yes been photographing on same surface and generally same time of day so the same lighting etc and uploading under ‘others’ as well.. so who knows.. it probably isn’t keen on my ‘other brand’ tests 😂

@Farfaraway1 Did you take pictures under the same condition? Lighting and picture quality could affect the readings. You should try to keep the photo-taking environment as consistent as possible. If you use other brand tests, upload the tests in the "others" gallery.

I'm so happy for you and lovely to get the digital reading of 2-3 weeks! Tho I understand why you feel anxious about it, hopefully in another couple of weeks you'll be able to feel a lot more relaxed about it all 🙂

@twelvestars all good here (I think/hope!) I peed on a CB stick and it said I was 2-3 weeks which is correct. That's reassuring. I've managed to not pee on a stick for a few days and was feeling quite positive about things until today when I was supposed to pick up the form and register the pregnancy. I had a bit of panic and chickened out 🙈 sounds ridiculous I know! The midwives were so hard to get hold of last time when I miscarriaged and I had to phone loads and left messages and no one phoned me back. I had no idea if I'd still be called to my scans or anything. I don't want to inform them until I'm further along to avoid that experience again... But I know that's probably the wrong thing to do so I'm going to pee on another stick in the morning and if the test line is still darker I'll be brave and get the form 🙈

Last time I tested the line was darker than it ever got on my CP so that's very reassuring. I'm sure I'll feel more relaxed once I'm passed the date I had my other miscarriage.

Funnily enough I was thinking I might try preseed next month if this month wasn't successful.

I sometimes use SLYK, but it does say not recommended if TTC, so currently going au natural too, which after my optimal week, is a big hard going excuse the pun

But don't you have to syringe it internally?

Anybody else find that preseed makes things a bit errrm... toooo slippery?! Made it a bit hard for my partner to climax, had to sort him out with my hand and then leap on, but all the preseed dribbled out in the interim 😂

I love the positivity stats today. I actually do wonder if the stress of "ttc over 35" is what causes some of the issue. I was stressing about things not working out before we even started...i doubt that would be the case in your 20s. My mum had me at 39 and my sister at 41...she said there was no big deal made of it back then and this is a new phenomenon. Whereas I am watching diet/taking vits/hoping for a miracle!! ;-)
But then, its very hard to turn off the stressing too...want to give it a good shot. Hard to know. I like the comment about it being like roulette...we try to control it, but there is luck involved too (unless there is something actually that can be fixed)!!

@Lexber it's supposed to aid conception if you don't have much mucus helps the sperm move up, allegedly
