@Noodella18 I use easy @ home. I guess it doesn't matter if the app reads them properly if I can see changes & have a better idea of when ovulating is... Bit annoying tho!

Tbh dtd 8,10,12-15 should cover all bases, I mean possibly ov cd16 (guessing day 13-15/16) but shouldn't ever be later than then based on CM

@climbershell I've only had faint lines and low scores using the premom tests and app. No idea when or if I've ovulated!

@selina37 and @LT103 yes I am a B6 advocate 😅 couldn’t get through a month without it! So good for pms and also has extra ttc benefits for LP/spotting 👍 gives a bit of energy too I believe

Yep, apparently the b vitamins work better in conjunction with each other 🙂

@LT103 I take 50mg of B6 (as recommended by @Loladoodle) from Holland & Barrett in the morning on an empty stomach with b complex and folic acid, vit c and vit d. Then I take ubiquinol and vit e with food containing a little fat.

I think it helps progesterone in the LP and helps the body get rid of oestrogen. Seems to be helping pms symptoms! Xx

Ohhh @selina37 that’s interesting. I take folic acid and vit d just now. So do you take it daily right through whole cycle? Any particular brand?

First month trying opk. Yesterday, day 8 nothin. Today v faint line but premon gave a 0, is that usual?

@LT103 it's probably way back on this thread somewhere but vitamin B6 was discussed as being good for the luteal phase! @Loladoodle recommended it to me originally to stop my pre-AF spotting. I've been taking 50 mg a day all through my cycle, together with B complex and folic acid (and other vits) and so far, so good! Xxx

I’m 9dpo and spotting. I do this every month. Hoping my referral also finds a reason for this. I spotted 8 days before my period last month!!!

@selina37 I Nornsll don't see any til day 12 or sometimes 13, with ovulation guessed to be approx 13-15

@climbershell I start to notice ewcm of cd6 sometimes, with ovulation on day 11/12 so nothing out of the ordinary I'd say...

I really echo what others have said! As I mentioned before, DH and I have been together a long time, but it just didn't feel right to try before. Everyone's different and have different priorities, but I feel we're in the best place now for this. So we're going to try and see what happens! I have high hopes for us all! 😍

@TTCat39 I'm so sorry you're feeling low! I can relate to the mood swings in this whole TTC process - it's exhausting and overwhelming. If it helps, I got pregnant after 5 months TTC, and even though it was a negative outcome, that still gives me hope! Also, I was still not finding OPK peaks! So trust me, it can happen and will happen! 😘😘😘

Also, strange for me but I noticed CM Friday Eve prob just watery, but today seemed ewcm. Weird, deffo not near ov yet!
