Welcome, @tulipwood! I totally get it. I didn't expect to get as obsessed as this either but now that I'm in it I've found that living in limbo is torture! Probably made worse by self-employment - every time I get asked about work in 2022 my mind goes into 🤷‍♀️ 'how pregnant might I be then? / will I have a small human to keep alive at the same time?!'

Hey everyone, just introducing myself. We decided to not actively try, but to stop trying not to get pregnant and classic me has become obsessed! It’s only the first month of trying and I don’t have a clue what I’m doing or what any abbreviations mean but I will get there.

Thanks @Veronika13 I am either 11dpo or 13dpo (unsure as I have peak OPKs and my temp indicates both are possible)

I didn't test this morning, just didn't feel like I'm pregnant and would be upset to see a bfn! Will wait on af x

@xojellybean, not too bad but have noticed a few things, breathlessness, bloating, very sore boobs and I started with a bit of morning sickness this morning - not particularly bad but I just felt a bit rough. Hoping that's not going to become a thing!

@Genevive123 that's true last cycles tww dragged because I was symptom spotting constantly so hopefully this 2ww will go quickly. Part of me feels so annoyed because I feel like I've wasted a month but another part of me is thinking at least I can relax a bit for the next 2 weeks. Fingers crossed this is the cycle you'll get your bfp xx

I am just writing off this month for me bd last night but Saturday was meant to be ovulation. Really just want this cycle to be over now so I can get on to the next and get back on track.

It is so exciting seeing some of us are starting to get BFP's!!

Hi @Clairabelle1. Thanks so much for your good wishes and so glad it's been an encouragement to you. I really hope you get a positive outcome soon too. We BD'd every day around ovulation. I really think that gives you the best chance - but maybe we were just lucky. Will be thinking of you thru your TWW xxx

@Annwen I I’ve only been on this thread for 24 hours but I am actually over the moon for you! It all sounds so lovely and it’s so nice to hear you & DP are enjoying it together 🥰 I would like to think I’d keep it a secret for a while but I know I’m terrible at secrets! Hoping the less pleasant pregnancy symptoms stay away for you! And thanks for your positive outcome so early on in my journey 💕

@Kty09 Yeah it’s insane! My femometre app says ovulation is today but my nipples seem back to normal today (have been sore the last few days which I’m taking as one of my ovulation symptoms) so thinking it was maybe yesterday. My LH dropped by just over 100% yesterday too. Taking it as a good sign as I was told quite you s I may have problems with fertility but looks like ovulating is in working order so far :-)

Have BD’d the last four days so kinda need a break now too 😂 now comes my 1st TWW 😫

@xoJellyBean @Kty09 I see the wisdom (and the sweetness) of keeping the news to just the two (three!) of us for now. I suppose the fact that people aren't really socialising these days - easier to hide the fact I'm not drinking, or maybe not hungry sometimes, for example. My sister said that was the 'give-away' when she was expecting. She also started to show at 9 weeks - I wonder what I'll be like. The only new symptom, a part from the heavy boobs and tingling nipples, has been a full feeling at the bottom of my stomach. The odd feeling in my vagina has gone. No sign of sickness yet.
So, for now, we'll 'keep mum' (pun intended ) - but you probably know that I feel like opening the window and shouting 'I'm pregnant' across the street!

@Annwen that is so so lovely!! Congrats again 😍 Personally, I would choose to leave it a few weeks and tell close family after around 8 weeks then the rest of the world at 12. Just because I would hate for anything to happen and have to tell all those people. I guess something else to consider is if it easy to hide when you see people or are they going to know (if you had bad sickness etc) 🙈😬 make sure you keep us updated! Have you had any more symptoms? X

@Annwen omg 😭❤️ you guys sound so cute!! We've had the convo about when we get pregnant who do we tell but I honestly haven't a clue... Although there is something so lovely about only the two of you knowing for a while 🥰 xx
