Day 6 of flashing face! Getting the feeling somethings wrong this month🙄😭

@justwant2beamum sorry to hear that AF arrived and your MC 😞 I guess it’s a good thing that your body is getting back to normal. I hear you can be super fertile afterwards so fingers crossed for you hun xx

CD1 today for me. Sad but pleased as first "real" period post MC 🤞🏻 for this cycle

@xoJellyBean @Genevive123 it said the month of April was significant!! So that gives me hope for the next 2 cycles. My FW should start this weekend and if unsuccessful, I will start a new cycle towards the end of April.
AF has cleared off now, wondering if I will have OD around CD10 again?! If so it should be Sunday/Monday.

@Tulipwood I don’t temp basically because I would always forget and also I just don’t want the first thing I think about everyday to be reminded of TTC and it become stressful. But lots of people do, I used OPKs last month - considering just having a month of nothing this month to go with the flow but unsure!

@Tulipwood hey, I temp everyday & find it so useful. I can pin point my ovulation (cause the OPKs only show the surge but don't confirm it happens) and also know the day before af comes 🤣 I can't cope with all the guessing so it's a good way to keep an eye on things ☺️ I've started using OPKs along side them as well, just this month.

Does anyone take their temperature everyday? I signed up to Natural Cycles a few years ago but then there was reports of people getting pregnant whilst following it and it wasn’t the right time for us so I stopped. I still have the thermometer though.

I think OPKs would stress me out too much at this stage, but a daily temp might be a good way to gauge ovulation?

I don’t think we will have caught this cycle because we were going in blind about these things but I guess there is still hope? I’ve been feeling nauseous for about 5 days, but it’s definitely too soon for symptoms so it’s probably just my body fooling me ☹️

Lol sorry I just realised my maths was terrible in my previous post 🤦‍♀️ Static smiley on day 14, ovulation on day 15! If that means I get a 33 day cycle this month I'll be flipping annoyed - I did NOT sign up for a two and a half week wait!! 😂

@aims1991 ah annoying! Well, you never know! Could be ovulating late this month!

@taytay2020 Hey I've thought maybe it happened sooner but I had 2 days just circles then 4 days flashing. About to test this morning to see what it's doing. If it's still flashing I will be annoyed 🤣

@aims1991 It might be that you started testing with the CB test too late in your cycle? My CB advanced instructions said I might not get a static smiley if I start testing too late in the month.

If it helps, I had a 32 day cycle last month and I'm pretty sure I ovulated on day 14. This month when I used a CB test for the first time I started testing on day 10 and only had one 'empty circle' result, then 3 days of flashing smileys and then the static smiley on day 13 (so I'm pretty sure I ovulated on day 14 again).

I'll probably test from day 9 next month.

@xoJellyBean Aw I've not a clue sometimes. I had regular 28 day cycles then when I started taking folic acid they increased to 31 and I thought great that'll be helping as I ovulate later! Now I'm worried I go to test tomorrow and I'm either not hit peak yet or I'm now not at all😭

@xoJellyBean 7-10 days I think. Only started trying in January and used dip opks until this month. So I'm wondering if I've previously totally missed OV 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have no idea 🤣

@Aims1991 how long is your luteal phase normally?

@Aims1991 no not at all... I ovulated late this month! Loads of things can affect it. For me it was ibuprofen for a sore back 🙄🤣

Hey everyone. Looking to join as I'm totally confused with my ovulation recently! I've only started tracking ovulation from January and this month I've started using clear blue. I have 31 day cycles and on day 20 however Im on day 4 of getting flashing faces and not had a solid smiley face yet. Does anyone think this is too late to ovulate?
