I'm 8dpo and I have zero self control. Don't know why I do this to myself? 🙈

Hey Ladies, please can I join? I am 7DPO, did a test yesterday which was obviously a BFN - don't really know what I was thinking!

I have had pains in my lower left side and back for a few days, creamy CM & feel absolutely horrific, nauseous, bloated and my body is just heavy; I don't want to read to much into it and get my hopes up!

Have any of you had many symptoms? X

Amandahb87 · 28/02/2021 18:35

@Ginmonkey84

Had really bad backache and some cramping this afternoon and that’s completely not my normal AF signs. Took a FRER..... can anyone see the faint line?
I can see a vv faint line x
Amandahb87 · 28/02/2021 18:33

Thankyou, I don't think I'm going to believe it until I miss my period!

LilyCat43 · 28/02/2021 18:30

Thanks @sallyjo27 my gp was a bit of an arse if I'm honest lol I phoned up last month after my 3rd chemical and he basically said they won't do any tests on me, why was I even testing (couldn't really say cos I'm a bit mad like that 😂) just suggested my husband went for tests but then gave him a load of rubbish info about it 🤦🏼‍♀️
I had implantation bleeding/spotting with DD so it could just be that again. I'm crossing everything but don't want to get myself too invested in this one just yet..... Even tho I've already been looking up due dates 🙈🙈🙈

@Lilycat43 I’m sorry to hear your having spotting. It’s very common in pregnancy so please try and relax. You could give your GP a call and ask them to do a HcG blood test that might put your mind at rest xxx

LilyCat43 · 28/02/2021 18:07

@ginmonkey84 sorry I'm not sure I can see anything. What day are you on?

@Amandahb87 I’m 8dpo and have had exactly the same on a cheapie! Defo positive!

@Ginmonkey84 I can see it!! There’s a line there! Xx

@LilyCat43 brown spotting is totally normal! That's a really good line for 10dpo. Congratulations!!

noname55 · 28/02/2021 16:15

Well I've just caved and popped to Boots to stick up for my POAS addiction. Only 10dpo so going to try and hold out for a few more days but....well that's unlikely 😂

Jackitty · 28/02/2021 12:24

Does anyone know what the likelihood is of a positive test after x amount of days (if you are pregnant obviously)

E.g.
9dpo 20%
10dpo 30%

etc??

I really can't decide when to test and only have 2 FRERs and don't want to waste them!

Bonny11 · 28/02/2021 09:35

10DPO - tested this morning with a cheapie BFN - I’v now started with left sided back sharp ache

Ginmonkey84 · 28/02/2021 09:28

Tested this morning 10dpo and BFN

Penguinmumma · 28/02/2021 06:03

@jeffsar4 I did the same when pregnant with my first for the same reason. I still have the tests too even though we moved countries 😂 couldn’t bring myself to throw them away 😂

noname55 · 27/02/2021 23:35

@jeffsar4 omg 😂 glad everything worked out for you. I took 1 pregnancy test last time I was pregnant! 1! Since TTC #2 I've taken...far too many Blush I can't trust just a singular test anymore!

Jackitty · 27/02/2021 23:00

Haha @jeffsar4 this really cheered me up, love that you tested until your first scan Grin so glad everything turned out well for you!

Welcome to this crazy club! Haha I've tested again today (9dpo) but bfn even yesterday was squinty, today is just glaringly white 😔
I'm ting to stay light hearted about it all but it's really hard.
In Nov I had a chemical I was 4 days late, think it made me 4+3 but the doctor doesn't recognise that. Jan I got AF on time after getting really strong positives the day before.
Both times I think I spent about £60 on tests 🙈 I'm determined not to do that this time so I went for a 25 pack of easy@home from amazon for £9.99 👍
Fingers crossed and baby dust to everyone 😘 show us those squinter when you cave 🤣

Can I join? 4dpo but counting down the days to test! Going to wait for 10dpo if I can. TTC#2.

Jackitty · 27/02/2021 21:14

Can I join??? I'm going insane!

Only 7dpo today, AF due 6th March. TTC number 2 - well, trying but not trying Grin - number 1 was an accident so I've never tracked ovulation or even tested before. Last time I just missed my period then tested after a few weeks. I've bought FRERs and loads of cheapies. I did a test today on a cheapie as I literally can't wait, BFN obviously!

Anyone had any luck testing at 8dpo? How long do I need to wait? I'm dying here!!!
