Especially for you
I wanna let you know what I was going through
All the time we were apart
I thought of you
You were in my heart
My love never changed
I still feel the same

Especially for you
I wanna tell you I was feeling that way too
And if dreams were wings, you know
I would have flown to you
To be where you are
No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Especially for you
I wanna tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was meant to be
You changed my life
You showed me the way
And now that I'm next to you

I've waited long enough to find you
I wanna put all the hurt behind you
And I wanna bring out all the love inside you, oh

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

You were in my heart
My love never changed
No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

don't worry it makes me want to cross my legs too - i have HB appt on Monday and i am going to tell MW i am not pushing and that pushing makes me cringe.

toomuchtimeonline · 12/03/2008 18:11

ha ha - I'm sure it does (which is why I was reading the thread...) - still want to cross my legs though lol at bucket comment

scorpio1 · 12/03/2008 17:58

lol toomuch....it works though! doesnt hurt either. (unless i am of family bucket variety )

toomuchtimeonline · 12/03/2008 17:41

Wow nomore those patterns look hard.. hope my beginner knitting skills can cope.. I may have to ask lots of questions..

MT sorry to hear DH is not co-operating Is it just circumstances eg. tired from work or is he still scared after the last time?

hobnobs well done with the hospital semen rush! How long till you get the results?

Scorpio can't believe you'll have a real life baby millie to wear those uggs very soon!!! p.s. just read your post on perineal massage on another thread - had to cross my legs just reading it...

hobnobs · 12/03/2008 17:03

Mistlethrush I'm sorry. It's so frustrating when that happens. Hope he's in a more cooperative mood tonight...?

scorpio1 · 12/03/2008 15:55

That will be fine, thankyou!!

mistlethrush · 12/03/2008 09:52

No cooperation from Dh last night . He was reading a book

nomoremagnolia · 11/03/2008 19:53

I will see what the wool shop has in pink no charge either, my present to Millie, though they might be a bit big for newborn - the one I've done for baby makecakes is looking more like a 3-6 month size than newborn. The only think I'll ask for in return is a photo of her wearing them

OP posts:
scorpio1 · 11/03/2008 19:21

WOW Millie does want some

Will obviously pay you

nomoremagnolia · 11/03/2008 19:19

Have finally managed to upload photo to my profile of the Ugg boots

OP posts:
nomoremagnolia · 11/03/2008 19:13

Scorpio They're knitted baby ugg boots - see link about 6 posts below. I made some for DGodS and am now making some for baby makecakes

scorpio1 · 11/03/2008 18:26

ahem...what are these ugg boots of which you speak?? link please!!

nomoremagnolia · 11/03/2008 17:32

hobnobs that's why I started learning to knit - something new to concentrate my mind on rather than ttc (and it'll come in handy when i do get pg ) Glad you got to the hospital in time
toomuch at "stupid work"

hobnobs · 11/03/2008 17:14

Good luck tonight then Mistlethrush . Am currently debating whether to tell DH when he needs to be available for BD-ing next week. If I don't, there's a chance he'll come home late from work and stressed which is no good.

Did the hospital run for his semen analysis again this morning - he wasn't quite so stressed out about it this time thank goodness. Bit cross to discover that my carefully planned detour to avoid the rush hour traffic near the hospital was scuppered by a road closure and diversion. Still managed to get there in the allotted hour.

Those knitting links look good - maybe I should take it up! Wonder if it would take my mind off TTC, although have a million other things I could be doing - am struggling a bit to focus on other things at the moment - sometimes feel a bit like my life's on hold until I get pregnant which isn't really very practical.

toomuchtimeonline · 11/03/2008 16:57

Hi girls

Been stuck doing stupid work all day so haven't had time to look at the links yet but ta very much nomore!

MT - good luck with the jumping tonight

big wave to everyone else {toomuch skuttles back to do some more stupid work}

mistlethrush · 11/03/2008 16:24

Got back rather late last night, so will have to jump him tonight when it shouldn't be so late. Out every night this week, and all day Saturday

nomoremagnolia · 11/03/2008 15:50

Gilly Nice to see you again, love the knitting - where is the hat pattern from? It's sweet
Hobnobs the dates I gave are only best case scenario, don't get your hopes up too soon for me! We will know quite a bit more after our appointment after Easter.
MT Did you manage to jump your DH
toomuch Sis is being very philosophical about it all - much better that I would be. Have found the knitting patterns for you baby ugg boots here and lace blanket here For the lace blanket I took just the lace pattern from this pattern, added four stitches to each end of the lace pattern and am knitting long stips of each colour to then sew together for a blanket.
Those of you who are into knitting should join www.ravelry.com that's where I have found these patterns. You have to sign up to a waiting list to join but it only a couple of weeks to wait and it's well worth it! There's even a MN group on there

Its been very variable here - came out in pouring rain this morning, but went out to meeting in lovely sunshine - had to put the desk lamp back on in the office though as has gone dull again.

Hobnobs am planning to 'jump' dh tonight or tomorrow night - can't warn him as that will put him off too!

toomuchtimeonline · 10/03/2008 13:32

Afternoon all! Horrid weather isn't it.. makes you want to curl up under the duvet and stay in bed all day!

hobnobs · 10/03/2008 13:29

Hello everyone. Just checking to see what I've missed.
Nomore Great news that it's all progressing so quickly. The date for egg transfer really isn't far away.
Toomuch Glad all is well - it must have been a relief to see the scan.
Gilly Pleased that you've finally got DH booked in for his semen analyis. My DH is re-doing his tomorrow (hopefully he will be less stressed about it this time!) so I'll be doing the hospital run again first thing in the morning. Your hat and mittens are gorgeous.
MT - hope you have a bit more luck with DH this month. I started off by not trying to plan the BD-ing too much as I know that DH hates the lack of spontaneity. However, as that hasn't really worked, I think even he's accepted that we need a degree of planning and we are trying to be more careful about social commitments around the relevant time.

As for me, well, AF reared her ugly head last week , as expected, though it doesn't make it any easier. Had a few moments of indulgent self-pity (and spent an hour or so in the middle of Thursday night feeling sorry for myself, so much so that woke DH up who was very sweet, although I know he was a bit disappointed too.) The slightly regimented BD-ing approach clearly didn't work this month but hey-ho, onwards and upwards.

Waves to Poppy, Scorpio and Sybil and anyone else I've missed.

Sorry Toomuch - I think that mumsnet is actually what keeps me fairly even keel in rl - although not feeling too down - at least I am talking about the possibility of getting bfp and needing a different midwife

toomuchtimeonline · 07/03/2008 10:51

Oh MT - you sound really down .. as with Nomore I think the least that the nhs can do is give you regular scans after all you've been through.

I'm sending your dh positive vibes this month so that you hopefully get some serious bonging done

mistlethrush · 06/03/2008 19:56

That's why I'm glad that I've managed to get referred to recurrent mc unit - I think that I'll be able to get weekly scans for quite a while. I know last time that it was awful going between scans and or midwife visits because of the 'what if...' factor. I'm also going to opt for a different mw even though the one I had is normally the only one that deals with our Doctors - have already OKd with Doctor - she's a very nice person, but I have absolutely no faith in her medical comments whatsoever, and could do with someone that might think a bit before talking...

Hope that dh will cooperate a bit more this month. Otherwise its very difficult to go to any healthcare professionals and say that we're actively trying when dh has managed to miss the critical period by days (weeks?!) again...
