Especially for you
I wanna let you know what I was going through
All the time we were apart
I thought of you
You were in my heart
My love never changed
I still feel the same

Especially for you
I wanna tell you I was feeling that way too
And if dreams were wings, you know
I would have flown to you
To be where you are
No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Especially for you
I wanna tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was meant to be
You changed my life
You showed me the way
And now that I'm next to you

I've waited long enough to find you
I wanna put all the hurt behind you
And I wanna bring out all the love inside you, oh

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

You were in my heart
My love never changed
No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Trying to catch up...

BB - he's absolutely gorgeous!! Sorry to hear your having issues though - what is reflux? Is it likely to last long?

Sybil - can't believe you're in your third trimester already!! Not sure if you've told us but did you find out the sex?

Scorpio - not quite sure what 3/5ths means but sounds painful - not long now till you get to drink wine and wear mini skirts {toomuch stares wistfully into the distance as she remembers wearing mini skirts many moons ago...}

ready - ooo holiday! Where are you thinking of going?

Nomore - that link was a classic!

hobnobs - I had the weekend off too and it's taken me ages to catch up - how are you feeling chick? Are you in the business end of your cycle now?

Gilly - how's it going? lol at you doing a census of prams as you walked down the street - my dh can't help but examine them now when we are out - in the same way he used to look at an expensive car

Londonlottie - did you fix your lock issue? sounds like just the sort of thing I'd do.. p.s. more stoking the flames of the pram wars..

anyone I've missed - big hello!

phew..

toomuchtimeonline · 17/03/2008 11:28

I'm away one weekend and you all go crazy!!

Hello everyone - loving the fact that we're all chatting away like troopers again!!

.. ok joining in the pram wars.. I want a buggy that works from birth to toddler so I don't have to buy a new one - it has to be able to face in reverse as I want to be able to speak to my little - it needs to have lots of space underneath to store things - and I want proper wheels not these crappy plastic ones - I will use it on paths and also a little offroad but nothing extreme - I have a fairly big boot - and I'm going to get a seperate car seat etc so it doesn't need to have all that...

Do your best ladies!!

pmsl at you having the intricacies of cricket explained to you Hobnobs - been there, and have the mental scars to prove it I still don't totally get it. But dh finds it highly amusing when I wave my hand back and forth when we score a 4 (or is it 6?)

I have a ford focus, the boot is mahoosive - I have got in there! Please can I have a bugaboo?

hobnobs · 16/03/2008 19:43

Gosh, it's been busy (turn my back for a couple of days, and loads of new messages). Did try to catch up yesterday but DH was trying to explain some of the intricacies of cricket to me - in the end discovered that I couldn't look interested and read my laptop at the same time

I know nothing about buggies - other than how to collapse the ones used by nephews / nieces / friends' children - so I clearly have some catching up to do. I remember my mum being so pleased when buggies came out for my younger siblings (from a large family) that she didn't have to push babies round in a big pram anymore and yet Bugaboos look quite bulky (probably showing my ignorance here) and I wonder how easily they fit in the boot of a car. Or am I just being ridiculously practical?

Nomore Sorry you had a wasted trip to the hospital on Thursday . Hope you're feeling better now.

Gilly I've had some of the same conversations with my DH as you - I tried my best to be laid back (excuse pun!) about it in the first few months but then I'd just get frustrated and upset with myself as I didn't feel we'd bd-ed enough at the right time. We then tried one month where I told him and it was a bit counterproductive. I even told him where I write down my cycle dates so he could work out when I ovulate without having to have the conversation. Now, however, I think, with the referral date looming, that he's accepted that we need to make a more conscious effort.

Hello to Babybratt. I remember lurking on the thread (took me a while to start posting) when you got your BPF. Can't believe how time's flown!

Londonlottie Hope you resolved your lock situation without too much of a problem.

Right - need to get dinner out of oven so will have to look at rest of virtual shopping another time. Hello to everyone else.

Ready · 16/03/2008 17:42

Sorry Scorpio - phew

Nomore - what the heck was she going on about!!

How's tricks ladies? Cold and damp and dreary here.

scorpio1 · 15/03/2008 22:35

Ready -I know, i havent smoked for a while (well before ttc) and dont intend to start again. If i did have one i would be out with my friends and nowhere near my family, trust me. I am very aware of smoking and the effects and hate it near/around children.

nomoremagnolia · 15/03/2008 19:11

Have a look at the link on this thread - absoultely hysterical!

Can I just say... and please know that it only comes from the best place, not being a kill-joy.
But smoking outside is still not a good idea - smokers carry the toxins from the cigarettes on their skin and clothes and as soon as you go back in the house - the toxins are in the environment.

PiggyPenguin · 15/03/2008 17:00

Hi everyone, good to see that we are back in chatty mode again!

I have to say on the Bug debate, that they do look pretty but I worry about the size of them, are they not a bit small for a hefty toddler to sit in comfortably? I have a 6 years old mamas and papas that may not be trendy but is very functional and has big shopping basket - so little style but great for carrying milk etc!

Scorpio, 3/5's is pretty impressive, I don't think I got to that level with either of my two before labour! Can I add pate to your list? God, how I crave pate, I have even started to dream about it... And, I have just hit the beginning of my thord trimester this weekend so a looooooooong pate-less time to go yet...

scorpio1 · 15/03/2008 16:23

and i am so very fed up of it (in a nice way of course)

Here is a list of things i want to do:

Drink wine
Have non-pregnant sex
Wear a mini skirt
Maybe smoke a bit (outside of course)
Go clubbing and get in a 4am
Sleep on my front
See my lady bits again!!

Ready · 15/03/2008 16:21

ooooh exciting!

scorpio1 · 15/03/2008 16:16

I am, Millie's not!! She is 3/5 engaged though so we are getting there.

Ready · 15/03/2008 12:12

Hey Scorpio, how are you doing? Ready to pop yet?

scorpio1 · 15/03/2008 10:53

lol @ all your buggy wars

Ready · 15/03/2008 10:37

It is b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l - and my second favourite... could still have the carry cot that I want... Oh.

Ok... so I definitely do not want to be seen as a chav ... but I have hankered after a bug ever since I saw Anna Friel's... yes, that makes me sound terribly shallow, but what I am trying to say is, I have wanted a bug. for. ever.

And just because my body has decided not to produce the baby to go in it... should I give up on my dream - simply because they are flipping everywhere?

Great article... however, I'm not worried about the price - because I want something that will last, is sturdy, the carry cot can be used when staying with friends.
