Especially for you
I wanna let you know what I was going through
All the time we were apart
I thought of you
You were in my heart
My love never changed
I still feel the same

Especially for you
I wanna tell you I was feeling that way too
And if dreams were wings, you know
I would have flown to you
To be where you are
No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Especially for you
I wanna tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was meant to be
You changed my life
You showed me the way
And now that I'm next to you

I've waited long enough to find you
I wanna put all the hurt behind you
And I wanna bring out all the love inside you, oh

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

You were in my heart
My love never changed
No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

lavender?

How about a wheat bag hot water bottle? No danger of burning with boiling water if he's a bit shakey and lovely and soothing for poor circulation/aching bones. You can get lavendar scented ones too which are calming. Got my elderly uncle one and he loves it
I'm internet xmas shopping today too, shall we meet for a coffee halfway round and compare purchases?

PiggyPenguin · 27/11/2007 10:02

Morning all. Hope everyone is feeling a little better today. Have been reading other threads and suddenly realised how close we are to christmas!!!! How my god, how can we be less than four weeks away and i haven't bought a thing. Need to do some desperate internet shopping this afternoon.

Any ideas for a ninety year old nan who will not want yet another cosy scarf/glove ensemble, doesn't do ornaments etc and barely eats. All suggestions greatly appreciated, I know how good you all are at this!

Ready · 26/11/2007 21:25

Scorpio - Don't be daft, chick! I will be back in the spirit soon, so please don't stop your enjoyment, I just wanted to explain why I am not my usual self

Nomore - How are you babe?

MT - Hope your cough goes soon, and I hope the x-rays show nothing untoward.

Kensgirl - Lovely news about the scan Hope you are feeling a little more relaxed after the scan? Big hugs.

Toomuchtimeonline - I have wondered where you have been, how are you feeling? Sorry you are down, big hugs.

Thanks girls for your support. I will hopefully be less of a mardy bum soon, it's just hit me harder than I thought. I hate the fact that I am now in my 16th cycle - it's heartbreaking

Gilly - Don't let me forget to chat about names in a few days, a name on your list has made it onto ours recently How are you?

Thinking of everyone x

kensgirl · 26/11/2007 20:52

Sorry its cd2 Ready . I was so hopeful for you this month, and feel gutted for you. Thinking of you, honey xx

Hi there Bella! I can't believe how far you are already, and glad you are well. thanks for your supportive arm, I needed it x

I had my scan today and all was well. The sonographer puts me at 6 weeks exactly, and says everything is just a she would expect at this stage. The baby measured 4mm and had a heartbeat, so I'm feeling tons better today.

Hugs to you all xx

Sorry Ready i didn't think

mistlethrush · 26/11/2007 11:41

(((Ready))) I know how you're feeling, although I do benefit from being distracted by ds... and, at times, wondering whether we're sensible even considering another one!

We're giving things a rest until after Christmas now.

Would quite like to get rid of my cough sometime before then - went for chest xray just in case today - results won't be sent to GP for 7 - 10 days though. Arrived to complete disarray as department had moved and today was their first day in the new location. Ended up at A&E xray instead...

Ready · 26/11/2007 11:26

I am lurking, but not able to get into the spirit of names etc just yet... hopefully soon (CD2 here)

BellaBear · 25/11/2007 10:57

kensgirl, I felt exactly the same. I even worried that the sonographer was being a bit ahead of herself by smiling at me before the scan! It has lessened by now (29+5) but not that much, even though I have both bump and kicks. A wise mnetter said to me that this is your life now, you will never stop worrying... great!
Good luck.

kensgirl · 25/11/2007 10:35

Thanks Mistlethrush. Its nice to hear about your story, and makes me feel more normal . My scan is at 10am and I am sorely tempted not to go,and be kept in safe ignorance . I'm wildly swinging betwen thinking I have no reason to panic, as I have no pains, no bleeding, still sick and sore, and then competely not believing that it can possibly be ok and trying to steel my nerves. Maybe its hormonal , wish I could fast forward about 8 weeks, and wake up with a bump.
Your ds sounds so adorable, you should post a piccie for a short while.

hope everyone is Ok today and enjoying their weekends.

mistlethrush · 24/11/2007 20:21

With ds I had scan at 6wks. Appointment was at 9.30 - got there a little early - dh in tow. At 10.15 I asked how much longer the delay was as I had run out of finger nails. Did see heart beat very clearly - and then at 9wks ds was jumping round (they called it a boogie baby - now know what they're talking about as ds quite enjoys the programme... his version of 'dancing' is really funny - you stick your elbows out as if you were doing a 'bulldog' impression and lean forward and waggle one elbow in and downwards then the other very rapidly ). Just a warning - never felt completely calm throughout pregnancy - always thought that the same thing was going to happen - even found an out-of-date test when I was about 6 months (and feeling lots of kicking) and saw the date on it and thought to myself that I couldn't be pregnant after all - there was always a bit of me that was being paranoid.

Fingers crossed that alls well!

kensgirl · 24/11/2007 09:53

Wow, Scorpio, a girl!! I'm and for you . I'll get my thinking head for names for you. Off the top of my head all i can think is Piper, but not sure ...Congrats!

Well, my boobs are sore on and off, as is the sickness, but I will have a scan on Monday, at 6+3... hopefully we will see what we are supposed to, maybe a little heartbeat even. I'm so nervous though, I keep thinking they will just say " Sorry, KG, but there's nothing there..".

very enviousof your knitting skills everyone, I don't think I even have the patience to try!

toomuchtimeonline · 23/11/2007 22:27

Hi Scorpio - I've been lurking over the last few weeks as quite depressed by the whole TTC... but fab news about your pink flavoureed DC4!!! Congrats!

It works ok for Courtney Cox...but I know what you meant That's why I don't think William would work for us (we have a W surname) but Ready is trying to talk me round!!

OP posts:
nomoremagnolia · 23/11/2007 10:24

I though you had Spanish connections gilly? Or do you just like Italian names?

OP posts:
scorpio1 · 23/11/2007 10:22

oh i like Maisy. Not Courtney, our surname is a C name.

nomoremagnolia · 23/11/2007 10:19

I like Alyssa and Drew (though Drew can be a boys name) or how about Courtney? Tallulah is one of Maisy's freinds!
