Especially for you
I wanna let you know what I was going through
All the time we were apart
I thought of you
You were in my heart
My love never changed
I still feel the same

Especially for you
I wanna tell you I was feeling that way too
And if dreams were wings, you know
I would have flown to you
To be where you are
No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Especially for you
I wanna tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was meant to be
You changed my life
You showed me the way
And now that I'm next to you

I've waited long enough to find you
I wanna put all the hurt behind you
And I wanna bring out all the love inside you, oh

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

You were in my heart
My love never changed
No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Hey hey hey - enough of the 'interloper' and 'putting up with me' comments MT and Scorpio You're both welcome here

Sorry Ready you weren't quite first - it was fettle who was very first to say hi, but you were next

it's all here

PS if anyone else wants similar deal, let me know! Offering 10% off and free postage on orders over £50 - will arrive in good time for Christmas.

mistlethrush · 04/12/2007 09:34

Scorpio - have a look here!...

www.pamperedchef.biz/sarahrushton?page=products-category&categoryId=1000

Also, to make your money go further, offering 10% discount - and you would also get the benefit of being the 'host' so you would get additional free things...

If you want to make your life easy in the kitchen and also make your food delicious and probably more healthy (OK, don't use their pudding recipies if you want that!), might be an option. The stoneware is fab. The food chopper is great for small people - ideal for weaning, then good for disguising veg in things - then good for younger cooks who want to help but you don't want to trust with sharp knives yet. Lots of other great ideas if you want to email me!

i have nearly done xmas shopping, just dp to go. i bought my parents a bottle of champagne for xmas this year - they have everything and the things they don't have they dont want - their house is beautiful and they dont do tat, or bath stuff (everything very posh), etc. so champagne it is!

anyway you lot are fab shoppers - dad rang last night and i have £150 for xmas presents...what do i want? and i have enough bags and shoes (no really!)No clothes either. HELP!

I hear sadness amongst the ranks. keep going ladies, you are wonderful woman who deserve this. And you are fab for putting up with me!

mistlethrush · 04/12/2007 08:55

I joined in July last year. It wasn't until I 'stalked' Kensgirl (due to similar previous history - sorry Kensgirl!) over to this group that I started any posting about ttc - none of the other threads I'd seen seemed to be the right ones. Thank you for putting up with an interloper! Probably been about 2 yrs since I started to ttc #2...

Ready · 03/12/2007 22:03

Found my first post - October12th

Ready · 03/12/2007 21:22

Times Article In case anyone else is interested. Agree MT - some of it was way TMI - the "spongey" comment made me go green! Certainly found it interesting though. I think you might be right, if you are poorly, I would imagine your body is not working at 100% which could affect processes, including pregnancy. Here's to you feeling tiptop in the New Year and a BFP very soon

Nomore - OMG!! That is soo cool that I was first to welcome you. It does bring it home that yes, we are still here, and still trying, so in many ways it is but I love that it was me that first welcomed you ... I am going to have to go and look at when I first posted on here. I was Ready4Motherhood then. Sigh.

How's everyone doing?? I tried to get some xmas shopping done today, and only managed to get 2 things on my list - everything else was out of stock or the wrong size, wrong colour - Not amused.

nomoremagnolia · 03/12/2007 17:50

I was pondering the fact that I joined MN about a year ago and so I went off looking for my first post. It's my MN birthday on Wednesday (I first posted on 5/12/06) and I was looking back at what I posted a year ago and guess who was there to welcome me? (I was thechristmassyone back then)

"Hi everyone, can I join your thread? Have been TTC for 8mo, was told about this site by a friend. I've been lurking for a few days and have set myself up with a christmas name (as seems to be the general idea!) What next?"

By RudolphsREADY on Tue 05-Dec-06 19:59:06
"Welcome aboard ChristmassyOne! You are in the right place, there are so many wonderful and supportive ladies on the conception threads.

What next? you ask... well, from a personal point of view, I ask LOTS of questions (I've been ttc for 3 months now) and always get the answers I need. Also, I like the banter and jus to generally chat with people that are going through the whole ttc battle too, and I just love to hear about the BFPs - I can't wait til one of them is my own!!

Good luck x"

TeeHee
But here we still are a year later

(and where are the christmassy faces this year??)

Found that article - a bit tmi in some places... Had similar sort of experience in terms of the not feeling right, but not the bit - managed to get referred for scan due to bleeding and all snowballed from then. At least she didn't end up with chemo - but at least I got through with the chemo injections and didn't have to have next level up...

The good thing (that our Doctor found out when he rang for a scan appointment) is that, if you mention molar pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage, you get seen right away, and don't have to wait...

mistlethrush · 03/12/2007 10:37

BTW, I like Sophie and Emily as girls names, and both would go well with surname. Unfortunately, won't be able to use either as Bil most inconsiderate and beat us to producing children and has used both...

mistlethrush · 03/12/2007 10:35

Ready - missed that (didn't get onto system over the w/e - too busy walking dog in rain and playing trains with ds) - anything interesting in the article?

Have had -ve test, so now confident that all OK. Still going to wait until after Christmas though - it would be nice to get properly well before starting ttc again - part of me is wondering whether it was because I was coughing so much and so under the weather that it didn't work this time (then the more logical part of me says that this isn't the case and it just wasn't meant to be this time).

We've started opening the Advent calendar at home. Not sure that ds really has worked out about Christmas yet - I'm sure that next year will be different. He is insisting on singing (well, OK, droning) 'Little Donkey' quite a bit - although those are the only words he knows unless you sing it with him - and he does know some of the words to 'Away in a Manger' - and he does recognise Father Christmas. He liked looking at the advent candle being lit in church yesterday.

Ready · 02/12/2007 12:41

That's the royal you But obviously especially relevant to certain peeps

Ready · 02/12/2007 12:40

I read an interesting little article in Style, supplement for The Sunday Times, this morning - about a woman who had a molar pregnancy. Just thought I would let you know, in case you weren't sure what paper to get today - get The Sunday Times for that reason

scorpio1 · 29/11/2007 20:45

If i had a boy this time he would be Dexter William.

Boys i know:

Oakley
Logan
Mason
Brodie
Austen
Joshua
Arlo
Jack
Harry
Jude

I like all the girls names listed, although i want a bit more of a less common name for this baby, same as DS1 (Reilly).

I have nearly finished xmas shopping, had to to get the specific toys the boys wanted. Plus i would stress too much! We are going to butlins just before xmas so i won't have time anyway.

kensgirl · 29/11/2007 16:51

Ohhhh, Christmas shopping, they are scary words . My legs on't seem to have ny juice in them at the moment, so I think it could be internet shopping all the way!

I like most of the names, too. I like Martha but it doesn't go with our surname, so we are currently on Hannah, Anna, Imogen, Ava, Isabel, Emilia.

no joy for names for a boy, any inspiration anyone?

dh is away London next week so it loks like loys of sleeptime for me, although I will miss him really .

mistlethrush · 29/11/2007 09:49

I like Millie - it reminds me of the Millie Molly Mandy books that I read when small - lovely books, nice illustrations...

scorpio1 · 29/11/2007 09:36

Well we are calling the baby Millie whilst she is in there....but sorry Ready i think her RL name is Tayla....it suits me if you knew me in RL and fits the other children's names. We are thinking Tayla Millie C.... or Tayla Millie Chloe C.....

mistlethrush · 29/11/2007 08:31

Yes, I like fantasy shopping. And its so much more pleasant that reality shopping at this time of year. Even got dh interested in that site - he's gone for the pirate ship. Nomore - how old is dgods - I'm sure I could find something off that site that would be appropriate quite soon!

Willow - can't quite persuade myself on that one on two counts - I know a dog called Willow, and I also also think of a T shirt design that a friend's partner (now ex) did - was a fantastic design... The caption was 'the smack of leather on willow' (which sounds like a cricket quote, in case you were wondering), the picture was of Willow from the Buffy series... ()

Saw a tiny bit of film inc really young baby (ie the ones where they don't even lie straightish on your shoulder - sort of go in a lump) and nearly said out loud 'I want one' last night!

Ready · 28/11/2007 21:57

Bug and Uggs Gilly

MT - Have you succombed to the fantasy shopping bug

Ok... feeling more chipper - I am such a glutton for punishment, me! so... I am ready to talk names now

Love Martha and Verity but especially love Hannah... that is now on our list since one of our favourite names has been used by a close friend - we went back to the drawing board, and DH has always liked Hannah

Have to say I don't really like Courtney, sorry, or Tayla either. Oh, and Tallulah just makes me think of Bugsy Malone

Do like Willow

That American website had me in stiches - some of them are not even words, let alone names

How are you all?

nomoremagnolia · 28/11/2007 13:31

aww! such cute stuff Love all the wooden toys, such a pity DGodS is still quite young - there are some great things for ages 3+

OP posts:
mistlethrush · 28/11/2007 08:54

www.littlenuttreetoys.co.uk Just found this site by accident. Wow!!! Could spend a fortune. And as for the fluffy pony - look on the last page of the 'wooden toys section !!!!!!!!!

Still done very little actual Christmas shopping, although Fair Trade sale locally helped, and also went to a Jewelry party (although spent most on something for me )

Lets hear some more names then...
