Especially for you
I wanna let you know what I was going through
All the time we were apart
I thought of you
You were in my heart
My love never changed
I still feel the same

Especially for you
I wanna tell you I was feeling that way too
And if dreams were wings, you know
I would have flown to you
To be where you are
No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Especially for you
I wanna tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was meant to be
You changed my life
You showed me the way
And now that I'm next to you

I've waited long enough to find you
I wanna put all the hurt behind you
And I wanna bring out all the love inside you, oh

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

You were in my heart
My love never changed
No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Hey Toomuch!!!! Good to see you back and sounding so chirpy! I'm fine, thanks for asking! I am going for my 21 week scan tomorrow and feel excited and a bit nervous. Hopefully all will be well.

Hello to everyone else, Are you all having to watch the football too? My dh is chuntering like mad on the sofa. Please god don't let us lose, I can't take the upset!

toomuchtimeonline · 06/02/2008 19:55

Got + on OPK yesterday and the day before, so action yesterday, today and tomorrow will hopefully prove fruitful. You never know.

Right, I had better move my backside

Nomore, what are you planning on calling the next thread for the No1 Babies Detective Agency?

toomuchtimeonline · 06/02/2008 17:30

hope so .. I have started to talk myself into the possibility of a bfp this afternoon..

hope your business end timing works out for you too

Ready · 06/02/2008 17:28

Fingers and toes crossed for you Toomuch, the old anecdote of BFP the minute you stopped stressing is much talked of

toomuchtimeonline · 06/02/2008 17:25

p.s. I have adopted a sod-it approach this month! We bonged for Britain during the business period and since then I have been on 3 big nights out and booked a day in a spa with evil jacuzzis and everything - and had lots of hot baths!! I figure that based on sods law - I must get pregnant this month after all of my being good and not planning anything..

..fingers crossed the plan works! I have hugely sore boobs and a strange feeling in my tummy which doesn't feel like AF - I am due on today or tomorrow.. I may even test tomorrow if there's still no show.. or do you think the fairy will tell me off..

toomuchtimeonline · 06/02/2008 17:23

Thanks Ready!

And I think you should have wine particularly during the business phase of the cycle

Ready · 06/02/2008 17:01

Don't be so silly TooMuch, you needed to step away to keep your sanity! No one could have a problem with that.

Honestly, I am sure I speak for everyone when I say it is great that you are back - but - ttc is ruddy hard going, and we all need to do what is right for us.
Oh and yes, I fully intend to have a glass of Grenache with my fajitas this evening , probably shouldn't since I am right-smack-bang in the business phase of the cycle - but I don't care

toomuchtimeonline · 06/02/2008 16:26

Hi Ready - huge congrats on the job!! You'll have to have a glass of wine in celebration this evening!!

.. and thanks for welcoming me back.. I felt a bit bad about deserting you all for so long.. {downwards glance}

Ready · 06/02/2008 16:16

Afternoon beauties How are we all?

I have just treated myself to a brew (ticktock rooibos, naturally ) and a sliver of Christmas cake. DH assures me that it is still edible ? I only eat it for the marzipan and icing anyhow ? you should see my face when I eat the actual cake part

MT, pmsl at the thought of you visually knitting at your desk The things we do for each other on this thread

Wooo!! Toomuch, so lovely to see you back. How are things? Yes ? it was a bit like that with the Sperm Run me clock watching, revving the engine
I got the job offer yesterday, subject to health check and security clearance, it?s mine , chuffed. Not sure when I start yet, but it?s something to look forward to.

Nomore, hugs thinking of you.

Hobnobs, sorry that you are feeling low, sending big hugs. You can have some of my positivity if you like , I have waaaaay more than I really need. It really is amazing how much our moods change over the course of the month, those hormones have a lot to answer for!! Hang in there, flower!

Gilly, glad things are busy at work, helps to keep your mind from wandering onto ttc, hopefully? We do miss you though, so catch up when you can ? glad you are getting the chance to lurk though

Big hello to everyone else.

Hey MT How's things? Glad to hear the knitting has been going well - it sounds as if a few of you have been knitting lots of cute things - I need to catch back up with you all - I particularly love Nomore's uggs p.e. good luck with your appointment tomorrow - how's things going? Is DH being more available for BD at the moment?

Hello Hobnobs - nice to meet you! Sounds like we may be cycle buddys as I reckon AF is just around the corner too however, I am feeling suprisingly positive this month - we BDed every day for 9 days during the operative period this month and my temping has shown the perfect chart - and I had the LH surge on the day predicted - so fingers crossed for both of us!

Ready Nomore - I missed you both - how's things?

Ready - glad to hear you're still the optimistic chick I left a few months ago (I was rolling on the floor at the story about your poor dh and his sperm test.. I could just picture you in the car looking at your watch ) Any news on the job yet?

Nomore - Sorry to hear your CD1 - Did I read right that you're going down the IVF route now? How does that all work - how long will it take etc?

Scorpio - Can't believe you are due in April - how time has flown!! You look absolutely amazing in your photos! Glad you had such a good day

Sybil - How are things with you hon?

Big wave to Gilly - not long till your hospital appointment - how's everything with you?

Poppy, LondonLottie and everyone else - huge waves!!

.. It's good to be back!!

hobnobs · 06/02/2008 13:40

Hello. Nothing much to report here - am feeling very premenstrual and a bit down about it all at the moment so have no doubt that CD1 is just round the corner at the weekend . Amazing how much I seem to change over the course of a month. Ready I admire your optimism and positive attitude - keep it up. Hello Toomuch I think I remember your name from the months when I lurked on the TTC No 1 threads last year - glad you're feeling positive.

mistlethrush · 06/02/2008 12:16

Hi Toomuch! How are you. We need a few more people back here - its been a bit quiet. Mostly only knitting news!

toomuchtimeonline · 06/02/2008 11:13

Hi girls {toomuch skulks in..}

Can I rejoin you? I know I've been away months but I needed a break from the whole TTC malarkey.. I feel much happier now and even fairly positive about this month as I'm CD24.. anyway .. I missed you all ..

{toomuch skuttles off to catch up and hopes she's allowed back in..}

Hi Scorpio, hope all is well

MT, you are right (as usual ) - I really can't let it become something impossible. Had to giggle at your comment about purl stitch... haven't mastered that successfully yet either - garter stitch - no problemo.

scorpio1 · 05/02/2008 11:38

hi everyone, just thought i would drop in and see how you all are.

I am having a restful day today, so so tired and have been stressed alot lately. no more!

mistlethrush · 04/02/2008 15:34

Ready - quite well thanks - could do with a few more shows, but they are coming, as are the team!

Casting off is easier than you think - don't build it up into 'SOMETHING DIFFICULT' when it isn't! I always find casting off in knit is easier than purl - so if you can, get so you would normally be doing a knit row - then knit two stiches, (Presuming that you are knitting so that you start with the stiches on the LHS and end up wiht them on the RHS) with your lft needle (still with lots of stiches on), go into the front of the first stich that you knitted and gently pull over the top of the 2nd - then knit another stitch and do the same again. When you get to just one stitch left, make it a bit bigger, then pull the whole ball of wool through and gently tighten. The trick is not to cast off too tightly - otherwise it will be difficult to do and make a hard edge - but not too losely as it will be loopy that way - I'm usually just a little slacker than I would normally be knitting. GO FOR IT and GOOD LUCK !

Ready · 04/02/2008 14:44

How are your businesses going MT?

Ready · 04/02/2008 14:43

I find painting more of a draw at the moment when I am at a loose end. Should upload some of my pieces to show, since I have no knitting to show-off
I guess it's because I am not very good, and being a perfectionist, if I throw myself into it, I will become obsessed, so better to just stare at the scarf with the needles still poking into the ball of wool - than attempt to cast off.
