Especially for you
I wanna let you know what I was going through
All the time we were apart
I thought of you
You were in my heart
My love never changed
I still feel the same

Especially for you
I wanna tell you I was feeling that way too
And if dreams were wings, you know
I would have flown to you
To be where you are
No matter how far
And now that I'm next to you

No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Especially for you
I wanna tell you, you mean all the world to me
How I'm certain that our love was meant to be
You changed my life
You showed me the way
And now that I'm next to you

I've waited long enough to find you
I wanna put all the hurt behind you
And I wanna bring out all the love inside you, oh

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

You were in my heart
My love never changed
No more dreaming about tomorrow
Forget the loneliness and the sorrow
I've got to say
It's all because of you

And now we're back together, together
I wanna show you my heart is oh so true
And all the love I have is
Especially for you

Still no AF so did a test again this morning and there was very faint pink line on the first reponse... I can't quite believe it - but I've had 18 days of high temps now and I have the most painful boobs ever!!

However, I also had a spot this morning like I normally get when AF is about to arrive.. so I don't really know what to think..

OOOOOOOOOOH do tell the story

toomuchtimeonline · 08/02/2008 09:43

{too much sneaks in... whispers, so as almost not to be heard, "faint line"... then skuttles back out}

scorpio1 · 08/02/2008 09:25

sybil - my ds2 is Jamie Levi

toomuchtimeonline · 07/02/2008 17:44

p.s. Gilly - I moved from up north and settled down south and we love it down here now - I don't think we'll ever go back! It's great to go home to visit but as you say jobs and stuff will never be the same up there.. You have to do what feels right for you though - just saying don't be scared about moving away for good (because even for good can change in the end - you can always sell up and head back to the toon!)

toomuchtimeonline · 07/02/2008 17:42

Thanks Sybil - still no sign of AF!! Jamie is a nice name - I didn't realise you'd picked names and knew it was a boy! Congratulations!!

MT - 7!! You must be feeling very woosey (sp!?)!! When will you hear about the results?

PiggyPenguin · 07/02/2008 17:24

MT - sorry crossed posts, but 7 phials!!!! Thats a whole armful surely!

PiggyPenguin · 07/02/2008 17:23

Hi, good news from me in that the scan went really well and baby Jamie seems to be thriving!

Gilly, are you planning to live in London or commute? We live in commuter distance and find it has worked out really well on both house prices and good local schools (something to think about for the near future hopefully )

Toomuch, hoping for good news for you, fingers crossed...

Ready, you go with the fantasy shopping girl, I miss it!

Scorpio, I am loving that bag and have already showed it to dh with a 'meaningful' isn't this nice?

MT, I don't believe anyone resents you wanting more than one child, certainly not here. I'm sure we hope you get the result you are hoping for and have our collective fingers crossed for you.

Hi to everyone else, hope you are all having a good day...

mistlethrush · 07/02/2008 17:06

Gilly if it helps, I stayed in one job for longer than I should have done as they had good maternity benefits and I had worked there a long time - but ended up moving anyway - and moved to somewhere I shouldn't have done (it was just there and 'appropriate') - went through mp there, would have had good maternity pay etc there - but left as it was making me miserable - got pregnant during my notice period which wasn't ideal in terms of my new job. Current place not great maternity pay ie just statutory which is rather stingy in prfession...

Appointment was fine - mostly talking about past history, then blood test (7 phials?!!!) - and dh needs to have blood test too.

That'll teach me to take so long on posting.. crossed with all of you. Back later

Ready · 07/02/2008 12:19

Scorpio, loving the links - your bag is gorgeous. The website is really good ? added to favourites Hope you are doing well?

OMG! Come on MT, reign me in quick

Gilly, I think that they would consider your DH?s morphology as ?borderline? ? 13% is not way down is it. Look here, says ?of limited clinical significance? ? I guess there has to be a cut-off, which is 15%. Has he given more than one sample? It?s just that illness etc can affect samples. And I know it sounds clichéd but ? it only takes one. And it has happened before, so hang in there, promise! Hugs.
I can?t believe they took the monitor back after the trial ? what do they do with them? Surely they cannot sell them after they have been used ? 6 months worth of OPKs, well fingers crossed you don?t need them! I was really chuffed to get 2 + and today my temperature spiked, so all signs tallying, fingers crossed now I s?pose.
Sorry that you had a weep on Monday because of everything. It must be so hard thinking of what might have been. If moving to London is right for you now then go for it, would you be able to cope without your income down there when you have a baby? Is it worth holding on to your house up North as an investment? Lots to think about ? I know the feeling Thinking of you, flower.

MT, of course you thank your lucky stars for ds, but that doesn?t mean that you can?t investigate why you are having problems conceiving and try for another. I suppose it comes down to how much investigating and procedures will affect you. I am not saying it will be easier this time, but perhaps take less out of you, as it is not all your hopes resting on one thing. I hope that makes sense? Good luck with your appointment, chin up I did have a glass of wine

Hobnobs, it is perfectly normal to want DH to get on and do it. Men really are wired differently to us women. Some gentle reminders will hopefully chivvy him along. Don?t stress yourself out about it.

Sybil, all the best today. I am sure it will all be fine

Toomuch, how are you poppet? Hope that you are resisting the temptation to test early? I?ve got my eye on you

Everyone else? hope you are all well

scorpio1 · 07/02/2008 12:05

also thesein pink, not baby pink.

abit at £££, but DH is a softie when it comes to Millie already

toomuchtimeonline · 07/02/2008 12:04

p.s. morning everyone else and thanks ready for noticing my 3 post faux pas

toomuchtimeonline · 07/02/2008 12:03

Sorry for posting 3 times last night.. I tried and my mobile rejected it so I gave in - didn't realise till I got to work this morning what had happened

Hi Sybil - 21 week scan!! I can't believe how time has flown!! You must be so excited!

Gilly Thanks so much for you optimism - I'm actually CD28 today of a normal 26 day cycle - still no AF and tested this morning and BFN.. not sure what is going on. I really really feel pregnant this month - but then again I have before.. oh well. By the way, I love the names Violet and Luisa! p.s. I've been using OPKs for months now and they are really good as they let you know what is giong on and you can feel as if you are doing something!

Scorpio can't believe there are only 9 weeks to go! Love the changing bag!!

MT Hope the appointment goes/went well! I love hearing the one in a million stories like your short story - gives us all hope

mistlethrush · 07/02/2008 11:46

Gilly don't get too down about results - I know dh's weren't brilliant, but ds proved that it can still happen even in these situations.

I came across a short story sometime ago (can't remember media) - v. brief precis. Woman feeling very broody, couldn't find right man - started series of one night stands, storing 'results' in freezer (Tupperware?). The men were 'scored' according to IQ, job, looks etc, so she was going to decide which version to 'go' for. She met a man at a bus stop, got talking, found out he was a Doctor - one thing lead to another - on a whim, rather than stocking freezer she used turkey baster then and there - woke up flat on back in bathroom with legs in air, found out that man had gone, no contact details etc. A little while later she bumped into him again, felt but got talking, and started relationship - he early on said he was infertile - and started to just enjoy the relationship and not be worrying about getting pregnant, or even wanting to be - but just one of the turkey baster's contents was OK and got through...

I know its just a story, but it was rather nice!

Things that can help though - eat a brazil nut or two a day; zinc; vit E I think.

I suppose I'd better get back onto the folic acid really.

I'm out of the office for the afternoon and look what happens - its been Piccadilly circus or something!!!

Congratulations on the job Ready, hope you had that glass of wine!

I have a nasty feeling that someone I went to NCT classes with last time is pregnant again - saw her dh dropping off child at nursery yesterday and saw him talking to another mother in the car park and being given 'congratulations'. Very : that will be the 2nd one of the 4 of us that kept in touch. Except that I haven't had any correspondence from any of them for ages - despite suggesting meet up etc. So double and and .

Appointment this afternoon. Thing is, I don't know whether we should just thank our lucky stars for ds - he did take so long and so much heartache in coming - and settle for just one. Sorry, I know that most of you are just desperately hoping for #1, and I've been there and felt that.

hobnobs · 07/02/2008 10:27

Congratulations on the job Ready . Hope you had a glass of wine to celebrate last night. Hello to everyone else and thanks for any excess positivity and hugs. Suspect I'll feel a bit better over the weekend though got a bit stressed with DH yesterday as he hasn't booked his semen analysis yet and with work commitments and time off, not sure how long it will be now before he gets an appointment. (Partly my fault because I didn't want to make a big thing about it when he came back from the doctors at the beginning of last week - just hoped he'd get on and do it - doesn't he know he's meant to read my mind !)
