Wasted my FRER at 9dpo

I promised myself I wouldn't! But I woke up this morning feel awful, so off I went and POAS and at 9dpo it was a BFN. AF is due in 7 days.
Why do I do this to myself!!
I'm annoyed now and just really disappointed. But the last few days I have felt so tired, off food and sick so I sort of had convinced myself I was. I've set myself up for a bad day. Sorry for the rant!

Hey @treesall AF is definitely on the way, I usually spot for 3 days before hand that's what this is I guess. But it's okay, just planning for the next cycle now and looking into BBT if you have any tips for me!
How are you? Have you tested again? x

@tulips87 I have a positive digital too now but that doesn't mean anything - also had that last month. Fingers crossed.

I'm sorry you had pink but it's not over til AF arrives - it could be implantation perhaps?

Morning guys! So I had a huge temp drop this morning which I usually get if AF is coming. 12 DPO so took a test - BFN!

Oh well. Guess I’m out and just have to wait for AF which is due on Tuesday.

To those who asked about tracking BBT, I find it so much better than OPKs. I’ve only done it for 2 cycles but I find it useful to know when I’m in my TWW and an indication if AF is coming (the temp drop today).

We don’t have issues timing sex, we usually do it most days before TTC anyway, so as long as we do it every other day I don’t see the need for OPKs. They stressed me out this month as I wasn’t seeing a peak and I ended up O’ing late.

Anyway, now planning for my third cycle trying! I know it’s stupid as it’s not long at all, but when I first started TTC I really didn’t think I’d be at this stage. The only time I’ve ever conceived before was literally after one accident.

So my plan this time is to take soy isoflavones again (I took them quite late this month which obv didn’t work for me!) and continue taking inositol. I’m gonna try conceive plus lube as well as I’ve never noticed any EWCM, so fingers crossed for cycle 3!

I'm out this cycle. I wiped this morning and had a speck of pink. AF is due Tuesday and I usually have spotting for 3-4 days before hand so that's me, I also feel like AF is on the way as I'm feeling heavy lower down. Boooooo!
Might have to find myself some new POAS buddies for next cycle as you're all getting your BFPs this month ♥️♥️

@tulips87 yes definitely! It's so disheartening seeing BFNs isn't it. Erm symptom wise, my boobs are sore, had some cramping last weekend and I gagged when changing my sons nappy the other day, but other than that, not really. All of those things are out of the ordinary though.

@missrose0110 congratulations! That's lovely news to wake up to! You must be so happy after those BFN's, it's crazy what a day or two can do. Do you have any symptoms?

@treesall really have my 🤞🏼 that this is the one ♥️ How many DPO are you? Could that have something to do with the faint line?

Guys, i tested again this morning at 13dpo and THERES A LINE! much more visible in person but hard to pick up in person. I can't believe it xxx

Morning ladies. I have a line this morning but it's super faint, even on a frer. I should be happy because at least that is a good start but all 3 of my failed pregnancies have started with very faint lines. My one successful pregnancy had a strong line by this point so I suspect this one will go the same way 😭

@Pixieandpip I'm sorry about your mmc.
I also got pregnant straight away with all mine, although 3 ended in mmc and I expect it to happen straight away again but clearly not! I'm so impatient and it's also been 2years since the last pregnancy so I'm sure things have changed with my body and it's all probably slowing down.
Why do we become crazy women when TTC!

Yes I hope we all get there. It’s my first month trying from first period after a mmc.
I’ve just been slightly miffed as last time fell pregnant straight away without trying and now it’s not immediate I’m getting impatient although fully aware I’m being a brat as many people far worse off and been trying a lot longer.

@Pixieandpip I did the same at 5dpo even though I was 100% certain it'd be bfn. That's what cheapy tests are for, right?

Officially... poas crazy!! Funnily enough it was a BFN which I knew it would be.. still did it anyway!

@heybabes I tried to track bbt but with w toddler that often disturbs me at 5am it just didn't really work. I found it white stressful needing to take me temp before even properly moving out of bed in the morning! But they do say it's the most reliable indicator.

I hope you get a BFP, my fingers are crossed for you

@heybabes but if you test and get a BFN at least you can treat yourself to some nice food and drink.
However if you do test 🤞🏼 it's a BFP!! And if it isn't, we will be here for you and can go the next cycle together.

I don't track BBT but have been considering it but my sleep is so rubbish and I know it would stress me out.

@heybabes we’re in our second cycle of trying (after 2 consecutive miscarriages) so we’re trying a ‘relaxed’ approach but I’m thinking it’s something I’d want to do as well as use ovulation tests. Atm I just know I’m ovulating because of heavy discharge.

What’s the body temperature tracking like?

I convinced myself I could see a slight hint of a line earlier so ended up doing a load more tests. This is my latest test...very clearly negative! Booooo. Feel a bit embarrassed by my crazy testing today. Will do one with fmu tomorrow and then try to retain some composure!

I’ve almost gone into opposite of POAS. I was thinking I should maybe test this weekend, as tomorrow will be 12DPO and then I know whether I can indulge and drink this weekend. But now I’m terrified! I don’t want to see another BFN.

Do you guys track BBT?
