Has anyone fallen pregnant after the Covid vaccine?

Hi,

I’ve been offered the vaccine. I actually had Covid last month, so am wary of having the vaccine so soon, plus i’m awaiting embryo transfer in Cyprus (As soon as restrictions lift here and there)

I’m really torn. I keep reading about a spike protein in the vaccine and the body potentially attacking the placenta if you become pregnant....

I’d usually jump at the chance of the vaccine, but with IVF pending I just feel as though we have no idea yet as to whether the vaccine impacts IVF success rates.

So, anyone fallen pregnant naturally or via IVF since having the vaccine?

Many places, including fullfact.org....

Professor Jonathan Stoye, Virologist at the Francis Crick Institute, told Full Fact: “I would never say never, but the possibility is vanishingly small.”

Vanishingly small isn’t really good enough when you’ve spent 6 years trying to complete your family, not to mention the financial strain and the heartache of IVF.

I’m trying to gauge just how many ladies have conceived with no issue after the vaccine.

The vaccine is in its infancy, so how on Earth can we be sure that it won’t impact on natural conception and IVF?
