Impatient TTC - Thread 3..or 4?

@Wowthisisreal clearblue advanced digital is what I used today and was 100% better than trying to work out if lines are as dark as control line. I got faint/medium lines with those cheaper ones this morning then peak result with digital a couple of hours later.

What are the OPKs everyone recommends? I think I'll have to use these next month but yes @sunflowersaremyfav93 @mackjm20 sounds like we will be in TWW together although my app says due to ovulate on the 27th. 🤔

After getting faint-medium lines on regular ovulation tests and convincing myself I’d missed it, I ordered the digital ones you said about in prev thread (through amazon prime). They arrived today and say i’m at my peak now (unexpected). So DTD and hoping to do it tomorrow morning too as OH was barely standing to attention when he finished (think it was the pressure!). Just happy to know I am hopefully going to ovulate 🥳.
Thanks for the advice/insight - the digital tests are sooo much better!! xx

I haven't watched one born yet i find it so scary I may just wait till I'm pregnant to prepare myself 🙈

day 10 of flashing smileys today so think I'm done for this week. I'll test next Sunday. I stupidly did a test yesterday, I don't know why I knew full well it would be negative. My husband just laughs as all the way through our relationship I've done sporadic pregnancy tests just in case, even though we've always been really careful so he just think it's an obsession for me- which tbf is probably true!

Celebrating V day tonight, we don't normally but we're hoping itl be the last one before we have to be sensible parents so we're making the most of it! I'm also eating all the food I can't when pregnant like super rare steak, soft cheese and weirdly you can't have truffle when pregnant so I'll be doing some truffle chips tonight! And plenty of wine! Hope you all have a great one!

Arghh I've been awake since 5am so of course I've been Googling early pregnancy signs! Why do we do this to ourselves?! 😩

@sunflowersaremyfav93 Love one born every minute but I struggle to watch it after having 2 kids 😂 I can honestly say that any pain, exhaustion etc is all forgotten the moment your baby is in your arms and I've had 2 emergency sections after 20+ hour labours 😓 Pancakes sound good, maybe I should persuade him to make me pancakes for breakfast too 🐷😆
@mackjm20 my fav is honey ribs or lemon chicken 🤤 I'm really craving it now 😋
@CookieMonster3001 The extension is amazing but really has taken over our lives. DH has been doing most of it himself so we never get much time together and the dust, omg the dust gets everywhere 😖 it's given us much needed space though.
TWW is going ok (probably because all I can think about is Chinese! 🤣) trying not to symptom spot but I've got a horrible headache today and very tender boobs at 3dpo 🤨
Don't buy anything or you'll find yourself buying all sorts and it will be never ending. Instead make a wish list on Amazon!

Just found the new thread! Got completely confused as stumbled across The other one by accident the other day and stuck to the one.

I’ll have a look back at everyone’s post in a min (now i’ve found them).

So I’m on day 14 of cycle and flo app predicticting today as ovulation today. - ovulation test this morning was visible but nowhere near as dark as control line so count it as negative. However, have lots of egg white CM so guessing it is coming up to that time? So confused - anyone else have this? Worried I’ve missed LH surge and my chance this month. (First month ttc) xxx

Hahah omg I hear ya @CookieMonster3001 every little thing I'm like ... ooh is that?
Its sooo tempting isn't it!! Ages ago, maybe last summer I bought a lovely little outfit from Zara thinking I'm putting it out there to the universe, I have the outfit, now the universe will give me a baby to put in the outfit... made the mistake of telling my mum and she was all like send it back you're going to jinx it blah blah so now I just have a load of things saved! It's so hard isn't it.. I was also looking up videos of implantation and fertilisation in the last TWW. I completely get it!

After a brain fart this morning, I found the thread! Thank you @sunflowersaremyfav93 I cant believe this is our 3rd (or 4th) thread!!! Hopefully this will be the thread we all get our BFP's, some newbies join and continue the legacy that is impatient TTCers!
@sunflowersaremyfav93 ahh I know the feels! Last night I was watching videos on youtube of the fertilization and implantation process lol and OH is on a zoom call tonight with his mates so ill probably end up watching more stuff on there like TWW symptoms and I breathed today? Is that a sign of pregnancy?! lol

@mackjm20 yep the birth defo scares the crap out of me too!! Especially the thought of tearing or being cut, or the first poo after giving birth...

@Wowthisisreal ahhh sorry AF arrived but at least your now not in limbo, sounds as though you maybe ovulated later and that pushed AF back? Hope AF isn't to bad!

@Kayeyeem oo an extension, that must be fun! Chinese sounds perfect to me!! how is your TWW going?

4DPO...dragging! hopefully the mind will be kept occupied this weekend! I have to admit, the one thing I have noticed this month is the lack of cramping...usually I cramp a lot around ovulation and pretty much a lot of the TWW but nothing this month. Maybe a twing or two when I ovulated but that's about it! Who knows!!
I also really need you guys to talk me out of a bad idea! I am so tempted to buy a babygrow, I have seen some really cute ones on etsy! My OH would go mad if he found out, but it would be so cute!

Ah yeah AF arrived on Wednesday, a day early so pleased to get her out the way so we can get to baby dancing! My fertile week starts Sun 21 Feb so I've warned my OH to be prepared haha!!
It's suchhhh a good programme isn't it, it looks utterly horrendous but I imagine that feeling when your baby is placed on you for the first time just being incredible, I can't wait. Feel like my brain is just full of baby stuff I need to get myself out for a walk at lunch.

@sunflowersaremyfav93 yesss I hope we do have a tww cross over! Has af arrived for you yet? I have no idea when to expect mine now lol! Omgosh I love one born! I get like that all the time! I said to Dh yesterday 6+ months trying feels a lifetime but I know for some (and maybe us) it can be so much longer! But whenever it happens I cannot wait to me a mum butttt the birth scares the hell out of me- like I love one born but I’m always like oh god it looks so painful lol! I have zero pain threshold haha x

@Wowthisisreal sometimes I've found that AF can me late for me if I'm stressed, there have been times where I've really convinced myself I'm pregnant and AF hasn't arrived until I've tested. The mind playing tricks it's crazy! On to the next one though.., I think me you and @mackjm20 will have the next TWW together.

@Kayeyeem were the same with V day, we just sold our house and are buying a new build so are now saving for new bits for the house so I'm happy with him making me pancakes haha! A Chinese sounds bloody perfect if you ask me!!

Happy Friday all... I've started the day by watching one born every minute at 7:30am... I think that's an indication how what will be consuming my mind this weekend.. in one of those moods where all I can think about is how much I can't wait to be a mummy.

@mackjm20 Me too! It's so nice to have others in the same boat to chat to 🙂

Carrying on from the chat about Valentine's Day...We're short on funds this year due to building an extension so no presents or cards 💝 all I said I was worried about was having a Chinese 😂 Who said romance is dead!
