Little recap,
I came off the pill in June 2020 I don’t think I ovulated for the first few cycles, so I started tracking in September, everything seem pretty regualar so I’ve just been asked plodding along tracking.

I haven’t really done anything different this cycle apart from drinking alcohol 😂😂 I’m not really a drinker but I’ve been knocking back the midweek voddys 😂 I haven’t had any symptoms really apart from some really odd dreams for the last week or so. I had a sneaky suspicion because I didn’t get any of my usual pre AF symptoms, no sore boobs, spotting and minimal cramping.

OH knows, I’ve told him its still super early so not to tell anybody just yet! He was really shocked but had a big huge grin on his face.

I’m feeling nervous because I know my TSH is still too high and that potentially puts me at high risk of an early lose so I’m just going to take each day as it goes at the moment.

@Cams50 @MancMama39 @Tillybabs I’m so tempted to POAS when i get home 😂 I haven’t had chance to have a pee since 12:00 and some people apparently get higher HCG in the afternoon? Could be a waste of a test but most of them were free 🤔

@Kay00 I took soy isoflavones this cycle! I’m only on CD9 and I’ve already had EWCM and my cervix is high soft and almost open fully. We will see whether this means that I will actually ovulate sooner. I have a lot more pinching and stuff happening down there than normal for sure!

Hey all, just dropping in! I've been trying to catch up, it does make me miss this group, you're all so supportive.

Just had my first scan and things are looking okay so far, it has been a pukey ride!

@ChinChilly that looks a BFP!! 😁 It actually looks very similar to my first test that I did at 11dpo (1st day of missed period). I fluffed up my digital one so only had ICs left. I've attached it so you can see.

@Moocher90 I had terrible ovulation cramps post pill, almost as bad as my period cramps!

Hope you're all doing well, especially with the continuing lockdown it certainly doesn't make things any easier!

@ChinChilly oh no!! What a nightmare, we've all been there I'm sure. As for not believing your test haha, would it help doing a digital at the weekend maybe? I'm not sure your levels would be high enough just yet but I'm sure it would in a few days!

@Juno231 it's like fate, I've just turned up at work and they've got a ripe pineapple sitting on the side 😂 will chop it up for the kids to eat and I'll much on the core!!

@Moocher90 sounds like a normal dip, fingers crossed for another jump back up tomorrow!

I'm sure it's just the TWW madness (especially as I'm only 5dpo, and that I didn't have it when I actually was pregnant) but omg my sense of smell has gone mad today!! Like even through my mask 😱 I'm definitely just driving myself round the twist but I swear it's so noticeable 😂

@Moocher90 could be a fall back rise perhaps? My temps often fall back a couple of days after ovulation.

@Juno231 ooohhh!! A new supplement. Looks good! I will be considering it too

So my temp went down today but not under 36 which was the lowest it got before I think I ovulated which was on Sunday. Also since Friday CD13 when I got a pos opk my RHR has gone from 61 to now 66bpm so I’m hoping it’s just a dip and tomorrow my temp will go up again. My nipples have also started to hurt since I thought I have ovulated so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it has happened.

@TheDaydreamBelievers I didn't realise there was a Ovulation support option, or I would have chosen that

I am only taking the Conceive plus now, it has the 400ug folic acid needed, contains Vit D and a lot of different B Vits too!

I might top up with B Vits in LP if I ovulate to ensure LP length.
