Hello!
I’m a mummy to 2 girls ttc our 3rd rainbow baby after a loss last month. I’m officially 4dpo is anyone else in their 2 week wait who can join me?
Might be nice to get to know some other mummies to be to help ease the stress 🥰❤️

Oh ladies I can't believe your MILs say anything. I'm so lucky my hubby's parents are lovely and just don't get involved with opinions at all. They just welcome grand babies as and when the come. Although we break the news gently over months of dropped hints of "when the next one comes along" so it's not too much of a shocker. My parents weren't too convinced about us wanting a third... but now they're excited for an announcement.
My next thing is the sex of the baby. I have two boys and I just KNOW everyone is gonna want it to be a girl. Not because they don't love the boys but just because it's a change. So I think we won't find out the sex until birth. 😂😂

Noting symptoms.... I feel like I've been hit by a bus! Splitting headache all day. And spotting has disappeared. 🤷‍♀️ NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON!

Mine is the opposite constantly on about us having a baby🙄.. Haven't even told her we are trying where as my mum knows and apart from her weekly list of baby names😂 she tends to stay out of it x

Totally agree; you don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors (particularly bedroom ones 🥰) and it’s a real intrusion of privacy! 😔

@LKB89 welcome if 8dpo I’d wait until at least 10/11 and even then it may be too early and just add unnecessary stress. If you have the willpower then I’d recommend waiting until as close as possible to af.

What is it with in laws hey! My mil is the total opposite she didn’t agree when we got pregnant with our first daughter as we were ‘too young’ we were 23 & 24, both working and owned our own home so mature enough to make our own decision. Second daughter came along 3 years later and she had something to say about that too.
Now we are trying for a 3rd and I’m sure she will object to that too but she can do one 😂

@1sttime21 my mother in law randomly messaged the other day asking outright when she’s going to get another grand baby! Apparently she needs some good news as it’s been a crap year; no shit Sherlock!!! My husband doesn’t understand why it upset me so much; apparently it was just a ‘conversation starter’ and that I should let get so sensitive about it 🤬

This 2 week wait is killing me, its like torture, think i am starting to imagine symptoms.

AF is due a week today....tempted to test but i know it will just show a BFN...cant help it!!
When would be the best to test? I have the CB early detection?

2 weeks ago I forgot to put the ovulation test out the way with the static smiley🤣 she's been constantly asking how I'm feeling since she visited then🙈 don't think she realises it's just an ovulation test😂 so tempted to have some fun with it while she's here lol x

Me too. Usually I pee on an frer and AF shows up straight after. This time round it's been days! 🙈
I was kinda excited to start temping again! Hahah! How sad is that!

Ahh I just hate the not knowing and clinging on to that glimmer of hope only to be greeted with af shortly after 😭

Same thing happened with me with my second daughter I didn’t get my bfp until 15-17dpo. I just feel like I’m out because of my temp shooting down but who knows!
I’ve never got a positive opk when pregnant just so you know I thought they tested for 2 different hormones?
Imagine if you were pregnant with that £100 you spent on you new ttc kit! 😂

@WillowRose1411 haven't tested again. More Frer arrive today. But opk was negative this morning, so I figure that suggests negative hpt. I really don't know what to think. Because I tested randomly throughout the TWW with opks just to make sure I didn't get a second peak. And I didn't. So no idea what's going on. I did have a similar thing with my first son though, my period just never really came and on 15dpo I finally got a positive. So who knows. 13dpo today. I'll give it a few more days then test again.

Good morning. My temp shot right down this morning and my ovulation day changed AGAIN. Apparently I’m 15dpo so should get af today if that’s correct (which I don’t think it is!) I think the high temp on cd 16 due to a bad night sleep messed everything up so I’ve just deleted it from my chart!
Expecting the nasty bitch tomorrow or weds.
Feeing really defeated about it all- like I said before I’m running out of time a bit as my sisters IBIZA hen do and wedding are June 2022 and I don’t want to have a baby younger than 6 months really 😔 or be pregnant (think I may get a few looks!) this month would have been perfect time wise.
Still have my fingers crossed for those of you still in! And hope af turns up for you @Cakelaur have you tested? Xx

A little spotting throughout the day yesterday, it was (possible TMI) brown and quite dry although had a little fresh blood right before I went to bed. I had a weird pulling sensation around my belly button last night which obviously I googled and again it could be a symptom but otherwise I just feel like I'm getting AF early. Looking back at last month on Ovia, I started spotting around the same time for 4 days before she turned up so reckon it's just going to be the same.

I'm the same though, just want it to come so that I know but not due until Friday.
