Anyone testing this weekend?

Hey ladies,

I’m thinking of testing this weekend - nervous for the result as obviously a BFP is very much wanted. It’s our first cycle of actually deliberately trying for a baby....we already have a beautiful 4 year old daughter but due to medical reasons I was advised not to have another baby until they were resolved. Sadly I had a miscarriage back in July with a sort of unplanned pregnancy.
My partner has left the country to go back to work for a few months so I will be all alone testing and seeing the result - need some virtual friends for support :)

Curious if anyone else is testing soon? If so which test kit is the most reliable? AF is due on the 10th and I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to hold off until then. I think I’m around 7 dpo at the moment!

Just a random update on this after thinking I was out, ended up getting a BFP this week when I was about 10 days late for AF (or maybe I just ovulated late!)

After many negative tests I have now taken several of these bad boys just to confirm!

Anyone testing this weekend?

BFN for me too. Not a hint of anything and AF due in 3 days. So pretty sure I'm out.

Going to really figure out timings and up the BD next month!

It's so frustrating isn't it. Sending solidarity to everyone in limbo! I'm not even bothered now if af comes just want to get it out of the way and move on with this month ha.

I’m exactly the same, tested again tonight and BFN. I’m on cycle day 33, and still no sign of AF, no spotting.

34 days is the longest my cycle has ever been obviously it’s messing with me this month. I just want it out of the way.

Same here!! Patchy brown discharge but no flow and a BFN on FRER. Just want it to get going now and get me to the next fertile week :-(

Tested again tonight with a FR test and negative. So pretty sure I'm not but equally why isn't af here?! Ahh so annoying . Going to continue waiting it out a few more days!

Hey ladies!

I was impatient and tested this morning.... BFN 😩
AF is due in a couple days so if I was pregnant I would of assumed something would’ve shown on the test. Must’ve got my timings wrong.
My partner isn’t back in the country until April so that gives me time to really focus on my timing/peak ovulation etc.

Sending baby dust to all who are still waiting to test 😘

@EmbarrassingMama ah really? I took another test yesterday and literally couldn't see anything! Trying to wait a few days now and have some tests coming this week. Still no sign of AF though.... I'm not assuming anything until I either see an unmistakeable line or AF comes. Just want SOMETHING to happen!

Not a sign of the brown discharge at all now even when feeling my cervix (sorry tmi) and I've been sick...def not sat here googling sore boobs, nausea, sickness and spotting...could I still be pregnant? Knowing full well by tomorrow I'll be in full flow. The things TTCing does to us!!!

I've got some spotting so I think I'm out. Had a proper sob. Really thought symptoms were pointing towards pregnant this time 😢

Completely understandable to have a little cry. I’m feeling a bit rubbish today, Really tired and grumpy. Probably AF around the corner.

@MNGal1987 yes you’re right! At least i know I’m not the only one who doesn’t get pregnant despite DTD every few days 🙄 our time will come! We are one month closer to our 2 lines 🥰 xxx

Haha @Firsttry132 it’s funny. Spend most of my life trying not to get pregnant and now the complete opposite 🤦🏼‍♀️
I was pregnant back in June 2020 without even trying (unfortunately ended in a miscarriage).

Totally understandable you had a wee cry but like you said you can always try next cycle - and it is fun to try!

@MNGal1987 I’m due tomorrow! Yeah I normally spot for a day or so before so it’s normal unfortunately ☹️ Gutted, had a little cry this morning but we will try again next month ☺️ Wish it was as easy as have sex=get pregnant 😂 xx

@Firsttry132 oh sorry to hear that! When are you due? Is pink discharge normal for you prior to AF?

@Randomness12 we are in the same boat, I tested yesterday morning and BFN 😕

I think I’m just going to test on the day AF is due (unless that comes first!)

I tested and got a BFN this morning too. Still no sign of AF though but I’ve still got anything up to 4 days.

Think I’m out! BFN this morning and pink discharge when I wiped which I think is AF on her way! Oh well, big glass of red tonight for me ❤️ Good luck everyone x
