14 DPO very faint positive - is it a chemical? Help pls

@Emmabaldwinhes looks positive to me! Ur only 14dpo so it wouldn’t be too much stronger than that it might be in a few days! Congrats!

Hi ladies, I had a miscarriage in January and I have taken a test this morning 14dpo and I’m getting positive 1-2 on digital but only a very faint line on others…

Updating - Mine has got fainter on a frer this morning so accepting that I'm out and I caught a chemical.

@Showard97 me too! I have had faint lines all weekend but most were real squinters. Finally managed to get a free today and got this... don't know what to think! I guess we have to retest in a few days but the waiting is agony!

Hi all, this is my first post on here! I am 14 DPO and am getting a pretty faint pregnancy test, is this normal? I also tested on 12 DPO and the line hasn't changed much. I took an equate early results and a cheaply Walmart one both times. This is my first month TTC and every time I google anything it seems that the test should be darker by now. AF is due tomorrow and have I been experiencing some light cramping. Also around 7 DPO I spotted and assumed that was implantation but wasn't sure since this is my first time TTC! Any insight on this would be awesome! Thank you in advance.

I think it was the tests as went out and bought a clear blue standard one and had this.... so feeling

Hi OP, just wanted to say with my son, I was a week late and still had quite a light line. It was obviously positive but wasn't dark like you see on here sometimes. I am sure if I had tested at 14dpo I would have had a real squinter. Good luck!!

How did everyone get on with their faint lines? I am 14dpo and after an ectopic and then a successful pregnancy I am nervous it will be another ectopic

I am an estimated 3 days away from my period. I took a test yesterday, took pictures and disposed of it in the trash because I didn’t notice this faint line. Hours later I look back at the pictures and notice the very faint line.. I’m not sure if I’m seeing things or what. Please give your opinions!

Sorry for your loss @Pmadison2022 that must have been so hard :( I’m in same position re tests, got my first bfp at 10 dpo, now 14 dpo and the line has barely got darker at all (maybe only very very slightly) I did a clear blue and that seems a lot darker than the cheapy ones but not sure what to think.
I had an ectopic back in 2016 but went on to have a baby in 2018 (and had my eldest in 2014) so I’m panicking it’s probably another ectopic. I’m also having really awful stomach pain/cramps the past few days so I’m sensing it’s either going to be a chemical or turn into an ectopic.

Been getting very light postives since 10dpo now today I'm 14 dpo and I just don't know what to think. I'm praying this is my rainbow baby after the loss of my son at 23 weeks... this is so hard

The GP wrote for me a beta hormones check for next week and they'll also be offering me a scan at 8 weeks due to my history. This is so relieving somehow. Thank you so much again for your message and let's keep in touch. :)

Yes @Lilipa let me know how you go. Getting your betas checked is a good idea. And have you an early pregnancy unit in your maternity hospital? I’m in Ireland but I know after 3 or more MC they take you on to monitor everything in ur preg more closely

I'm sorry to hear about your initial chemical. But the news about your current pregnancy sound reassuring! I'm crossing fingers for you for this pregnancy to progress!! Please keep me posted, if you'd like. I'll message you as well in the next few days when I have more to share. I'm thinking of going to do a beta-HCG test privately... @Lilipa unfort In April the line just got fainter for me and a few days later a bleed so I think it was a chemical. However, 2 cycles after that I got a BFP again and although it was faint at 14dpo it did get stronger and stronger (I think I stopped testing at maybe 19dpo!) and I am now 6 weeks pregnant

Hi, I'm crossing my fingers for you everything to have had a positive outcome. Could share the latest update? I've had 3 miscarriages in a row and just got a very faint line at 14 dpo so I'm so scared there will be once again another miscarriage...:(

Hi @Bbf25010320 I’m in a similar position as u with very very faint positive at 14dpo. My last bfp ended in MC at 6 weeks. I’m not holding out much hope for this one. I hope yours was a sticky one in the end xx

I used a cheapie test from Morrison's. Im starting to think AF is going to make an appearance, i can sense it
