Feb Bus 2021 - no more TRYING to conceive, let's blimin do this!

CD4 for me today, cycle #60000000 at least. 🤦🏼‍♀️ TTC bubs #2 since Jan 2020.
2 miscarriages, umpteen national lockdowns, at least a stone heavier 🙄 Let's do this 💪❤️

Hi! Been a while since I've been on this board. Just started TTC #2 and this is cycle 1. Conceived first month last time around but AF now more irregular so not expecting to get so lucky. Also tried OPKs for the first time and have only got negatives so who knows. Just at the start of the 2WW so we'll see. Wishing everyone luck!

Sorry @RHODXB but it is still early, the picture you shared was definitely positive. Maybe test again tomorrow with FMU. The waiting is so hard though, hope you can do something nice to take your mind off it tonight

@RHODXB Sounds like it's still early. I would wait and test again in a few days or after AF due date if you can handle the wait Confused. Its not easy all of this and I hope you're doing something tonight to take care of yourself Smile

That's a nice idea @Incrediblytired I'm so so fed up of lockdown anything to cheer things up!
I haven't been using opk we just dtd every day in fertile week but think I will next cycle just for something else to do so know if timing right.

@Incrediblytired ahh I see, a jump start for us on the next cycle on the bright side! I'm day 3.

I did use OPK's this time and found them really helpful as I ovulated 2 days later than predicted, just used the cheap ones though and don't want to get reliant on them.. would rather just keep dtd enough to cover any ovulation eventuality.

Are you ladies using any ovulation kit? Or just going by dates? I’m not sure dates work for me so thinking of getting a kit!

Also realised that I’m likely to be fertile on valentines so plotting a date night in and going all out with new lingerie!! 😀 Anyone else got valentines plans? (Normally I’m a bit Scroogey but will celebrate ANYTHING in lockdown 🤣)

@glow92 absolutely definitely AF 😞 but I’m not surprised as loads of stress in Jan. kind of don’t mind as I get my hopes up if I’m a day late.

Hey @Incrediblytired I've also jumped in here after crashing out of January being 5 days also (wtf indeed)... are you sure it's not implantation?
I've wrote mine off as definite AF as it's been over 2 days now.

This is our 4th cycle and first time using OPKs! We DTD CD 8, 10, 12 and 13 then ov CD 14!

Thank you 🙏 I have had shooting pains in my nipples, nausea when hungry, cramping especially on one side. I also feel almost like I have cystitis coming!! Just hoping it sticks!! Xxx

@Fifi1086 it probably is normal! How long were you on the pill for? My periods were quite light when I came off it and took a few months to get back to normal x

Hi @Fifi1086fif 😌 sorry to hear you are having a painful AF . Not sure if it’s normal but it was the same for me. I stopped the pill in July and cramps were awful (would wake me up at night) and I never suffered from cramps previously. It look my body a good few months to settle and cramps have mostly subsided , i feel like i only got my first ‘normal’ AF last month after 6 months. They should really provide us with more information on conceiving after the pill . I know we are all different, hope it settles down for you soon 💕
