@Blossom37
I have FR tests arriving today so going to test in the morning at 9DPO 🤞🏻

Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 13:19

@HerringGull they got a little better today but still got twinges... My temp dropped yesterday and today is slightly higher... fingers crossed it's a good sign but with constant cramps I won't get my hopes up...

@emilyylouise haha I obviously cracked and tested but nada. Will try tomorrow for sure as with my 1st I got my first faint positive 9DPO...
Sorry you've been feeling sick but fingers crossed it is indeed good sign! X

New symptom over here...

Just got my favourite sandwich from greggs and I can't eat it! Making me feel sick 🤢 now that has to be a positive! I'm so hungry but the thought of eating is turning my stomach

HerringGull · 27/01/2021 13:09

How are the cramps @Blossom37?

How's everyone else? Anyone crack and test this morning? x

HerringGull · 26/01/2021 14:58

@Blossom37 mine are a bit like that too, cycles can vary by five days or so. Didn't used to care before TTC! Now it drives me bananas so I track bbt so I know when to expect AF. First time in my life she's not a surprise! 😆 I guess you've just got to wait and see what the cramps mean eh. Hope they're not too sore!

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 14:12

@HerringGull it used to be 28 days regular. Since my little one it's taken forever to get to average 27-30 days and it's only been last 3 months... so honestly could be that. In October I had 19 days cycle so who knows.. I feel like my body just hates me 😆

OP posts:
HerringGull · 26/01/2021 14:06

@Blossom37 how long is your LP normally? Would you expect AF at 8/9dpo? If not, maybe it's something else causing the cramps?

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 13:38

I've been having lots of cramps though so getting a little worried now AF is due early as today feels like normal pre AF cramps. I had them since ovulation though but today they just got pretty bad :(

OP posts:
HerringGull · 26/01/2021 13:34

Good idea @Blossom37! I guess that's the way to go :)
I've only ever used digis - I really like seeing it written rather than squinting at it! But they are only any good if you wait until around the day you're due AF I think. Helps me resist if I don't have any early response tests in the house! I'd have to wait three days for them to arrive and then I could use the digi anyway Grin
If no BFP this month maybe I'll get some cheapies though, hmmm...

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 12:42

@HerringGull oh hahaha you are really good! I got bunch of cheep ones from Amazon though otherwise I wouldn't have tested so often. They were actually the first ones to pick it surprisingly last time 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm using cheep ones until I see a faint line then will try first response hehe. Otherwise I'll just bankrupt 🤣

OP posts:
HerringGull · 26/01/2021 12:38

@Blossom37 haha it's so hard to wait isn't it. You tell yourself it's so expensive to test and you know it doesn't help with the fretting, but then go and do it anyway!! Grin This time around I've decided I'm waiting to test with my DH, so that limits me to weekends! So this month I have to decide whether to do it at 12dpo or 17dpo... hmmm

Sounds like you guys all have lots of symptoms! I haven't noticed any yet, but I guess it probably wouldn't have implanted yet anyway? Last pregnancy I got crazy mad dreams like @AbiBrown and @emilyylouise. I always get madder dreams in the TWW but these were like phenomenally mental! I also drooled lots in my sleep Grin, like my body is saying 'oh hey, you're pregnant, so it will be really helpful to generate four litres of saliva every night...' WTF??!!

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 12:17

@AbiBrown haha fair enough. I was obsessed from the word go we decided to try last time 🙈

I'm a bit unsure sometimes, especially on his bad day or when he gets absolutely nuts playing with his older cousin 🤣

OP posts:
AbiBrown · 26/01/2021 12:13

Well that's only because we're not a hundred per cent! I bet you if it doesn't happen fairly quickly I'll become obsessed! That's it our 2.5 year old is so easy I feel like why rock the boat! I

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 12:06

@emilyylouise Oh with the first one I was obsessed with symptom spotting so don't worry about it 🤣

OP posts:
Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 12:04

Hi @AbiBrown!

That's nice and relaxed way of getting into ttc fun. I'm generally ok whether it will happen or not as our boy is awesome (although sometimes the only saving grace for the terrible two moments is the fact he is cute haha) but I think we both always thought we will have 2 as my husband is the only child and always wanted to have a sibling.

I had a dream I was pregnant last night!

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 11:58

@peach1234 mine is 2.5 and I remember a few things that were different by one that's stood out was being really dizzy.

Oh I was a total testing freak then too 🤣 only holded out 1 day for 8DPO I think and then tested every day 🤣

This time round I've been having cramps all week since ovulation (ovulation cramps were crazy! Actually quite painful) although no idea if it's good or actually bad...

So hard not to get your hopes up isn't it?

I was so lucky with the first one as it literally happened on our first month trying 🙈 now almost year after I'm really worried that at 37 I missed my chance for second one 😬

OP posts:
AbiBrown · 26/01/2021 11:57

I'll join! 6 dpo according to app but I think it's actually 7. I actually had a uti when I got pregnant with my daughter!
The last few days I've sore boobs (around nipples not sides), peeing fairly frequently (might be the tea) and very odd dreams. It's the first month we've dtd around fertile week. We're both in two minds about having another child especially as I'm a staunch supporter of only children, being one myself and loving it!! But I also love being a mum and my daughter's awesome so it's made me want another. Kinda leaving it to nature now!

emilyylouise · 26/01/2021 11:45

@Blossom37 ahh yeah makes sense!
This is our 1st so any new symptoms I'm getting myself over excited thinking I may be 🤣 trying not to get my hopes up

peach1234 · 26/01/2021 11:44

@Blossom37 I'm trying for number 2 too! How olds your first? It's crazy that I feel like I've completely forgotten all symptoms I had or what it was like at all the first time round! I know I didn't test until the day of my period as I was getting cramps but no af but that's all I remember!

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 11:19

@peach1234 oh I fail every time 🤣 I think I resigned myself to the fact I'm a testing addict 🤣🤣🤣

OP posts:
Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 11:18

@emilyylouise I think that it's more the frequent peeing but sometimes can be mistaken as UTI if you are used to them...

@HerringGull hi! Ermmm I have absolutely no will when it comes to testing despite always promising myself I will wait until at least 9DPO (when I had faint positive with my first) but I always fail miserably 🤣

It's been about a year since we decided to try for no 2 but about 6 months really trying. My cycle was a mess tough and only last couple of months my cycle resembled something similar to regular... I had no period for 18 months after my first one 🙈

OP posts:
emilyylouise · 26/01/2021 10:57

@HerringGull

Going to try and wait out until at least Sunday when i will be 12DPO I tested yesterday at 6DPO and knew it would be negative 🤣 so going to try and wait as long as possible now as using all these tests are costing a small fortune 🤞🏻

@peach1234
My cramps only really started yesterday.. today I keep getting waves of feeling sick which is new as not had yet 🙈 I'm getting worried that it's AF arriving.. really hope not
