Yes it's terribly early and I wasn't expecting anything. I'm just using up the sticks as they go out of date this month... unless that might be the problem!!
I will keep testing regularly (I have about 30 odd sticks to get through lol) and won't see anything as definite for a long while yet!

@Remembermee The only things that have me ever so slightly apprehensive is that you are 7DPO and the horizontal evaporation lines. I would keep testing every morning to see if the line progresses! Fingers crossed for you!! 🤞🏼❤️

@eloiseislost looking back I've ovulated somewhere between CD16-21 for the last 3 cycles so I am exaggerating. I hope it comes earlier this cycle. I'm anxious/nervous/excited to ring up for my blood test 😊

I've just had another look and it looks the same. Yes there are some horizontal evaporation lines. The line looks like it's faint pink... or that's what I'm assuming!

Still no sign of a positive OPK but we move... poor hubby to be in doing the deed daily 👍🏻🤞🏻 Just to cover all bases!

@Remembermee How did you go from peak to oral fertility? 🤣
Yeap, that's a line! If you got your peak on the 28th January it means you most likely ovulated on the 29th, which puts you at 7DPO today. It's a bit early but a line is a line! Does it have colour? I see a steak of dye running through as well, have a look again when it's more dry. Fingers crossed this is the start of your BFP! 🤞🏼

You are right, waiting for ovulation is the most boring part, especially for us, using the SI method. It's not exactly like we are having fun in the meantime! 🙄
I'm sure ovulation is way less than a year away for you 😝 you'll dread being in the 2WW in no time! 😉

Thanks @MrsKin90 and I'm so sorry AF has hit you so hard this month and it's so painful. Definitely hibernate and do what you need to do to get through the first few weeks of this cycle. And we will all be here when you need. Sending you lots of love.

@Remembermee I was thinking what on earth is oral fertility?! Yes- that's a line for sure. I would test twice a day now to see how they progress.

@eloiseislost ha I thought I'd let you go wild peeing on things to take your time up, I imagine the wait really isn't very easy. I'm sure you'll register with the midwives when you're ready too, but it's all looking good for you so hopefully you'll do that sooner rather than later. Eventually you'll have to be practical about it 😁 because you wouldn't want to accidentally delay your important pregnancy care and there might be a waiting list! There. Consider yourself told off 🥰

I am a bit hibernating but also just a bit 🤷 this is the boring part of the cycle isn't it. 🥱

My scan is this morning and my DH is allowed to come. I have been up since 5am unable to go back to sleep! Feel nervous but also hopeful. 🤞🏻🙏🏼🤞🏻🌈

@MrsKin90 its so good to hear from you! I've come to rely on you as the voice of reason. You were hibernating for a few days and here I am, still peeing on OPKs, taking digital tests apart, not registering with the midwives. 🤣
I'm sorry AF is particularly cruel this month. 😔 I hope you are treating yourself to nice things and you are being kind to yourself. And all jokes aside, if you need to hibernate, hibernate; we will all be here for you when you need us. 😘

@Oilyoilyoilgob 😊 I'm okay. My period arrived with a vengeance so I'm trying to survive that as it's the most painful one I've had since I was a teenager! I'm only CD3 today so about a year away from ovulation. How are you doing?

@AdriannaP scan day!! FINALLY. Remember to take lots of deep calming breaths. I hope your partner can go with you, I think you said he could. 🤞❤️ No idea what time your scan is but I hope it's super early as think you've definitely waited long enough!

@Makingnumber2 I don't think there's any other way to detect hcg at home, or any other hormone for that matter. It has to be a strip with a control line and a test line and some dye. If you think about it, they have a similar system to do urinalyses for protein, infections, etc. So digital HPTs couldn't have been different really.
But what's amazing is that the CB digital has a second strip with low sensitivity and no control line, so it can detect very high amounts of hcg without being affected by the 'hook effect'. The density of that line is read with lasers and it tells you how high your hcg is, i.e.: how many weeks. 🤯

@eloiseislost I don't get how the weeks predictor strip manages to ping up a number of weeks on the digital display?? That bit has blown my mind a bit... Apart from that though it looks disappointingly like any other standard HCG strips!

@AdriannaP it's great you'll be monitored more frequently throughout this pregnancy- help to keep worries at bay Smile definitely in our dreams we would be getting as standard a scan every month!

@Bizawit glad the soft disc SI went well and sounds like you timed it perfectly with the ovulation bloating just starting up. Will keep everything crossed for you!

@AdriannaP I hope the scans give you reassurance throughout the pregnancy! 🙂 My cousins back in Greece got scans every 4 weeks with their pregnancies too. I think that's a bit excessive but the standard 2 scans from the NHS is pretty poor.
