Sorry been MIA again. This month I finally got into temping after last months long cycle and all the unknown! Attached my first ever chart and I’m in my first real TWW. I still never got a peak with my clear blue OPK so I’m probably just going to give up with them and keep temping in the future only. I had the longest period ever this cycle as well!

I had read about drinking grapefruit juice to increase CM (I didn’t really have a problem with it but I’m all for natural stuff and I actually love grapefruits 😂) and I highly recommend. I pretty much started getting loads straight away! I’m probably going to start eating pineapple now I know I’ve ovulated 🤣

We actually timed DTD very well this month. We normally only go every other day but OH really wanted it that extra day on my chart 😂. I’ve literally been forcing him to take his pills in front of me to make sure he’s actually doing it as well.

I feel so much more relaxed with temping and it was was easier than I thought it would be. I naturally wake up at roughly the same time anyways and on the weekends I have managed to either fall back to sleep.

Any cycle buddies in 3dpo?! I’m sure I had someone at the start

I'm OK, just tired! I'll probably know when ovulation actually hits as it's very painful for me, but would be nice to find a peak before then so I can have sex before the pain sets in. I did a couple of OPKs just now and they were both light-medium lines, I guess they need to be much darker.
My cycle is usually 29 days, AF this time came 28 days after the last one started, just both periods have lasted 12 days each.

@minipilling how long have your cycles been so far? Tbh I would have started before CD12 - I don't think you have to wait for AF to finish before you start the OPKs.

@minipillingyou poor thing that some long bleed. How are you feeling? What length are your cycles usually? Can't do any harm OPKing if you're not short of them.

On CD12 and still bleeding brown sludge, hopefully it tails off today! I had an upset stomach last night which I also got last month on day 12, think it's hormonal. Feeling cramps in my ovaries. Should I start doing OPKs today or is it too early?

@crabette trying so hard not to get my hopes up 😂🙈 it's the strangest feeling ever. Genuinely never had this before. Ok can stop worrying about it so but also going to try forget about it so I don't get my hopes too high!!

@Gracie2021 mine wasn't on one side!! But I did get a weird kind of pulling feeling of movement, I guess fluttering is a good way of describing it! Around 5dpo! 🤞

Weird one for ye all - has anyone ever gotten a kind of fluttering/spasm/twitch down on one side where you'd normally get ovulation pain but this is a few days post ovulation? I can see it twitching..... it's the strangest feeling and kind of freaking me out if I'm honest. It's been on and off all morning and my diet has been good so it's Not IBS plus it's not a feeling I've ever had before 🙈

@Juno231 Ha! I was here on the first thread, but trying to figure out tracking and my cycle really first of all.

Due date according to the NHS calculator is 13th October! And I called the midwife hotline this afternoon to register, so 12 week scan is 30th March. Feels like an eternity away! Currently researching all the things I'm no longer allowed to eat lol.

@crabette haha I love that this bean is off the back of some strangers telling you to jump OH! Feels like you've been around ages but actually it didn't take you many cycles of proper trying to get there!

Now tell me what the expected due date is per FF, I love fantasising about that

@TheDaydreamBelievers Ha, yeah 100%. Bizarrely he actually did say at the time, right after DTD that he felt like that was it! 🤷🏻‍♀️

For what it's worth my OH never took any vits and I'd say is pretty unhealthy lol, but I don't think it can hurt. The coq10 is part of the pregnacare conception supplement, but I know a few folk on here have taken it independently.

Totally feel you on the TTC now with hard jobs and being knackered! Pretty sure that's what our fight was about 😂

@Gracie2021 thank you :) . Yeah TTC is blooming annoying in that its all hindsight! We only know we have DTD enough when we know when ovulation WAS in retrospect!

This is why it would have been way easier to TTC at 20, when we were all over each other constantly , rather than now when we have hard jobs and are knackered.

I might start taking Coq10 ... I'm also wondering if I should be making DH take more vitamins (he takes Vitamin D... when I make him)
