@babyghirl I think trying to stay as calm as possible is a good plan :) are you going to do a 6 or 7 week scan or something?

@27DONFIN yep I didnt even take a pregnancy result this month which was much better for my mental health than squinting over lines which aren't there!

@Nuggetlover27 have you ovulated or just about to?

P.s just had our 2nd sperm analysis through after 3 months from the last one And they have improved since the last time :D

Previous: morphology 2%
Now: morphology 6%

Previous: motility 50%
Now: motility 58%

Previous count per ml 13million
Now: count per ml 43.5million

Things we have done differently:

1. loose boxers
2. taking wellman every day
3. eating more fruit and veg
4. exercising

I am super please but now also panicked that we have unexplained fertility as they haven't found anything to explain it so far!

I was on CD 28 but my cycle have been up and down in nov it was at 28 day cycle in Dec it was a 24 day cycle messed up from my loss on holloween there so don't know how. Far I am or where I am lol x

Lol I have stopped testing think I'm ascared to take a weeks test off what will come up on it 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 blanking this pregnancy out tbh like it's nt there awful after 3 losses what why ur mind works. All I can do is hope it works out 🙏🤞🍀💚

Hi Ladies hope all are well. Iv been MIA trying to let go a bit more deleted my tracker so not symptom spotting as much. AF is due this weekend and I know she’s coming. Think I’m ok with it.

OK but have myself down for a 4th loss as I have zero symptoms so I will be OK either outcome really thinking its something to do with my heart shape uterus tbh but if imm going to loss would rather it happen sooner rather than l8r. 💚💚

@Annny27 I hope that you're feeling better now than you was on Sunday? I completely understand and I feel exactly the same 💕 I want to be a mum so bad and I'm ready but it's just not happening ☹️

Told him this morning was going to try hide it for as long as I could incase it goes wrong then he would be none the wiser so I would nt disappoint him again but I knw he would be mad at me 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

16dpo and my period arrived in full force today after spotting for a few days! Onwards and upwards 🙄

Deffo darker!! Hope they do prescribe it 🤞 if not its worth googling natural ways to increase progesterone!

All clinics r closed in Belfast I'm going to argue with the doc on this one, that the sis out off the fertility clinic told me it's them who have to issue me it.

Today's tests nt testing anymore lol you think it darker x

Ahhh can you speak to a private gynaecologist? Thats who prescribed mine to me

Well phoned fertility clinic for progesterone and they said they won't issue it as they did not help me get pregnant but when doc phoned me yesterday she told me to phone them, but they told me today that it would be my doc to give me it so nw waiting on a doc phoning me to tell them wat the fertility clinic said omg why is it so hard to get my hands on them 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

They closed for 4 weeks so I could wing it with the doc and say that and hopefully they give me it until at least the fertility clinic opens again 🍀💚

Was actually taking a loooot of pills that month as i had stopped the seven seas conception and was taking individual pills.
So:

Iron 56mg

Vit D 4000 IU (250 micrograms)

Folic acid 1400 micrograms (1.4mg)

Selenium 50 micrograms

Zinc 10mg

Vit C 80mg

Vit B6 2.8mg

Vit B12 5 micrograms

Could you call the fertility clinic and ask for cylogest progesterone given that you have had 3 miscarriages??

I have aspirin but won't give me progesterone but will phone and ask again if nt phone the hospital and try my luck xx

Another friend said that to me the other day @sunnysideup2020 about vitamins! What dosage did you take? I Will look into it this month. I am also trying dairy free this month to see if that helps? Who knows haha!

@Babyghirl its getting darker since yesterday for sure!!! Call your gp to get progesterone and aspirin please please please 🤞🤞🤞

Ah also i was thinking for ttc... well i remembered.
Before i got my bfp i was on a high dose of vit D supplement (in drops), high dose of folic acid and also on special iron tablets to get my levels up.
Don't know if it helped but couldn't have harmed.
