On to thread 5 Ladies!

@Annny27
@Nuggetlover27
@27DONFIN
@Babyghirl

Please tag anyone I’ve missed from the old thread.

I’m currently enjoying my first glass of wine in about 10 weeks. Will happily give up alcohol for a baby but no baby I need alcohol 😂

Really hope that’s the start of a BFP for you @Babyghirl let us know when you test in the morning.

@Annny27 Sorry it looks like AF has arrived.

@Nuggetlover27 Fingers crossed for a positive FW

@Justwanttobeamum I only have the cheapie ones from Amazon- the thin cardboard sticks. I think I had the clear blue ones a while back but they're just so expensive if you don't get pregnant within the first cycle!! The cheapies worked fine for me in the past though.

justwant2beamum · 25/03/2021 21:38

@kiwi17 what opks do you use? I've just got cheap easy at home ones but thinking I should maybe get clear blue?

kiwi17 · 25/03/2021 19:21

Fingers crossed your body proves you wrong @Justwanttobeamum 🤞🤞! I have used opks on and off, with my first it took 10 months and by the last few cycles we were using the opks which may have helped as I did then get pregnant? This time round it took 3 cycles to get pregnant which then mc but I only used opks the third month and it did seem to work. It was interesting because it got darker and darker and then I had 2 days when it was as dark or darker than control line so we were able to time dtd.. I've not got into doing it twice daily though as I'm a bit stingy with wanting to buy more tests 🤣 I normally just do fmu and leave it at that. I was temping last few cycles too but haven't started that again yet as I find it a pain to have to do it before I get up in the morning and on my days off wake up later than work days! Have you temped? Hope it works for you - mine have yet to show a positive line just keep fluctuating slightly darker then lighter again so I'm guessing it's because my cycles a bit chaotic atm. Same as you though- watching for ewcm and dtd every couple of days and we'll see what happens!

justwant2beamum · 25/03/2021 18:19

@kiwi17 well for now I'm assuming I didn't unless my body can prove me wrong by giving me a BFP 😂 did an OPK again today, barely a second line, all mine have been pretty non existent so far. Good yours was darker today! Do you usually use them? Do you increase testing to twice a day? Mines are normally not very dark, even in jan my highest in pre mom was 0.56 and it defo wasn't as dark as control line - but I must have ovulated cause I got pregnant.

kiwi17 · 25/03/2021 17:59

@Justwanttobeamum that does sound positive though- fingers crossed for you 🤞🤞🤞

justwant2beamum · 25/03/2021 17:08

@kiwi17 i thought I had ewcm and felt ovulation pain end of last week/last weekend which would have been about cd14 which is normal for me but as I was bleeding from the ERPC till CD13 and still getting positive HCG I wasn't doing opks and assumed it wouldn't be. So I'm wondering if maybe I already did ovulate... I'll carry on doing opks until I get AF I think. We DTD on CD13, 16 and 17. So if I did ovulate last weekend we at least had a shot. Also preparing for the fact I might not ovulate this cycle. Praying I get regular ovulation and AF asap

kiwi17 · 24/03/2021 18:00

Ah @Justwanttobeamum it's so upsetting isn't It? I have been doing opks for a week now and today it was darker but still negative so I am hoping it might be in the next couple of days but who knows? You might just squeeze into the end of Dec if it happens soon but I know what you mean 🤞🤞 on the plus side hopefully 2022 will be our rainbow year ☺

justwant2beamum · 24/03/2021 17:47

@kiwi17 I'm going mad with this too. My ERPC was 5th March stopped bleeding last wed. Test vvvv faint on Sunday. Nothing on opks yet and I'm getting impatient already. I guess I just feel like I've lost my chance at a 2021 baby which is what I thought I was having and struggling with that x

Babyghirl · 23/03/2021 20:57

@Annny27
Yea I think I'm going to don't think I could go through another miscarriage tbh and hoping nxt wed I have a plan after my app of the way to move forward 💚
@kiwi17
Thank you hopefully after app on Wed we know wat direction we r going 💚

kiwi17 · 23/03/2021 20:48

Thanks @Babyghirl and @Annny27 that's good to know - it's definitely showing how different it is for everyone so I need to just relax (as much as I Can!!) It's only been 6 days since bleeding stopped so I'm probably getting wayyy ahead of myself. I hope you get some answers soon @Babyghirl

Annny27 · 23/03/2021 12:29

Ewcm* not an exam hahaa

Annny27 · 23/03/2021 12:29

Ffs its cd7 and already had 2 days of exam which means an early ovulation! If it wasnt for the hycosy I would be delighted haha! But if I ovulate on cd10 I will have to have last minute sex and then cancel the hycosy because I will be on my period by the times its booked for! Not sure what I want to happen haha 😂😂

@BabyghirlThanks 🥰🥰 are you holding off of trying atm untill you have answers?

@kiwi17 I wasnt taking opks but I ovulated about 3.5-4 weeks after miscarriage and had period about 5.5 -6 weeks after. I actually still had a positive pregnancy test (faintl) when I ovulated!

Babyghirl · 23/03/2021 06:51

@kiwi17
The first 2 miscarriages I had after them I stressed so bad it took me a year to fall pregnant after them so the first 3 pregnancy's it took a year each time 4th time I fell I left the stress behind and fell pregnant ten weeks after my 3rd miscarriage also lost that I'm now waiting on my app for the fertility clinic nxt wed to c what is going wrong, but just go with the flow 💚

kiwi17 · 23/03/2021 06:28

Thanks @Babyghirl that's helpful. I know I need to be patient with my body but it's so hard!

Babyghirl · 22/03/2021 22:00

@kiwi17
Can take up to 2 weeks after a nagitive to ovulate again but also not everyone does ovulate until after a period following a miscarriage they say them opk is nt reliable after a miscarriage until u get ur period and start a new cycle, but worst thing you can do is stress I have been there 4 times nw and have learned relax approach is the best thing to do goodluck 💚

kiwi17 · 22/03/2021 19:30

Hello just wondering when other people got their first positive opk after mc? I stopped bleeding over a week ago but only stopped spotting last weds so not sure if I should still be waiting or whether I've missed it. We want to try again asap so not waiting for first af. Had a negative pregnancy test last weds so I'm hopeful but not sure how long it takes. I had an expectant mc in case that makes a difference..

Babyghirl · 22/03/2021 18:42

@Annny27
I'm excited for you to get this done 😂😂😂😂 cause of the people that fall soon after 💚

Annny27 · 22/03/2021 15:13

Hello ladies

@happygolucky20 best if luck to you ❤

I have read that too much vitamin b can be bad for your nerves - not sure how much to read into that but I am umming about taking my b complex high dose

@babyghirl good luck for appointment!

@mrsf111 yes I had day 3 blood tests which indicated slight pcos but as i ovulate regularly they arent bothered. I am also very small which is the opposite of what they say for pcos - but i do have a hair tummy haha 😂

I will be taking it easy on the forums this month as cant try this cycle due to my hycosy later on the month after ovulation smile so will be checking in from time to time :D xx

ELM7 · 22/03/2021 11:01
