Awww thanks ladies. Really feeling the blues today as it's still tiny amounts when I wipe but fairly sure that means I'm out. Just frustrated as I wish af would just get on with it now rather than leave me hanging.. thanks for the info - have bought more pads even though I hate them 🙈😂 got to be good. I normally use a cup and period pants so all the disposable pads are annoying me but hey! In terms of meeting my friend I said to my husband last night that he should go and take out little girl ( they have a boy similar age and we were supposed to be meeting as two families) so I just need to come up with a plausible reason for not going which won't make her think I'm pregnant because that would be even worse!! Just think I'm past the point of wanting to tell people about the mc now - does that seem weird? I feel like if I talk about it it drags up all the emotions again that I have dealt with. Had a follow up call from the miscarriage nurse at the hospital yesterday which was nice just seeing how I was feeling emotionally and whether I needed any support, counselling etc and I said I thought I was doing ok, actually I think it's the whole ttc again and failing which is getting me down more! Anyway. Onwards and upwards! How is everyone else doing?

kiwi17 I’m sorry if it hasn't gone to plan this cycle, but maybe don’t give up hope just yet. As other have said, I’d also heard the first three months were all pretty fertile, so hopefully, if this isn’t your time, having had a period will make your womb really ready and you’ll be in a better place next month. I know that doesn’t really help at the moment, but allow yourself to feel what you’re feeling. Just to add, my first period hasn’t actually been that different from normal. I had the spotting beforehand, but otherwise I can’t really see a difference.
I would also say, don’t feel pressured to see your friend this week if you don’t think it’ll help you at all. You need to protect yourself at the moment.

My husband spoke to my dentist yesterday and mentioned what has happened and that we are wanting to TTC, and she has squeezed me in today for the sedation work I need. Hopefully, this means we’ll be able to start trying this cycle, which I am really happy (albeit, not particularly optimistic, about).

She might never know where you where coming from when you said u could not go and that's ok you had to protect yourself and that means doing anything you have to 💚 how the tww coming in 💚

@kiwi17 @babyghirl my best friend fell first month and I told her that I couldnt go to the baby shower as its too hard for me. And she thought I meant it was top hard in terms of travel:S haha. I had to explain that no it's too hard for me emotionally and I think she is a bit annoyed tbh but it kinda proves you never know how hard and impactful it is untill you have been through miscarriage and infertility!

@justwant2beamum yep it's for an infection risk - I always use pads anyway so I didnt Mind :)

I was told only pads to but I don't mind that cause that's all I use, any first period after my losses have just been norm just some tissue that was left from loss that came away so think that's why I had to use pads. Your right people r forever telling me to learn to say no to people cause I put everyone first but there's sometimes I got to put myself first. 💚

I know I thought that but the nurse that discharged me from EPU said for the first af to only use pads as well?? I'm a bit confused now, if I can get away with tampons I will I hate using pads!!

@kiwi17 sorry you're feeling rubbish and AF is coming. I've heard it's 3 months post mc your more fertile so not just this month. Your hormones will be all over the place. Also I believe it's only mc bleeding youre not allowed tampons? As this is your first normal period not your mc bleeding you should be fine? X

I know what you mean - it's so not in my nature just to think about myself I'm normally just worrying about what every one else is thinking but think I have the right this time to put myself first. Totally understand how you're feeling too! I know once af starts I'll be able to look forward I just hate the spotting bit before and waiting around for it to start properly. Plus worried that as the first af after mc it'll be the beast as some people have said and only being allowed to use pads which I hate:( argh!! This is all so frustrating and hard to hold onto hope..

Awww it's hard but I don't believe your more fertile after a miscarriage as most times it took me a year lol, but be open with ur friend she should understand where your coming from I have nt been near his mums in weeks cause his niece had a baby bot 7 weeks ago have nt meet him I really don't care what anyone says tbh I'm protecting myself cause no one else will remember that, do what will make you comfortable and remember it will happen just relax and don't stress we got this 💚

Thanks @Babyghirl I've had another small bit when wiping today so think I'm out - feeling really gutted don't know why I believed the whole 'more fertile after mc' hype :( if I can't get pregnant when I'm supposedly more fertile what chance do I have on a normal month?! Sorry just feeling rubbish and ranty. Supposed to be meeting up with a friend on Friday who is due in June and I'm now massively dreading it and trying to thing of an excuse to get out of it :(

Count that as your period as if it was a cp you where only a few days late so Friday if it was a full flow would be cd1 for you. 💚

I had my CP on Friday and have stopped bleeding today. Last time I bled for 2 weeks but I think I was further along. I'm expecting another period within a few days? I've ordered an Clearblue advanced ovulation kit and can't wait for them to arrive! I just can't think of anything else but pregnancy/babies .

@Annny27 glad it's not just me 😂 I literally googled that exact search today but with 8dpo instead of 7dpo 🙈🙈 please someone save me!! I know, problem is I think I'd rather just know if I'm out that's the frustrating thing! It then leads to all the '8dpo bfn then bfp' googling then 🤣 nightmare. Hope you find something to distract!

@kiwi17 nope not sane here. Been on the googling. I haven't been checking apps but i know when period is due and i am around 7dpo. Today's is

"7dpo boobs arent sore but they usually are - what does this mean"

Conclusion - means F all 😂😂😂

@babyghirl yeah they can check for clotting disorders which will be useful! Ita nice not to be checking my apps and noting my symptoms tbh haha!

Made myself more miserable now especially as I'm only 8dpo and if that was implantation bleed wouldn't have built up enough hcg yet anyway 🙈 anyway please tell me that everyone else is being more sane today??

Well I'm cd22 today a load of creamy glue like cm my period due in 5 days so just waiting on her showing her ugly head 😂😂😂😂 but I'm OK with that going to phone docs on Monday c if they can book me in for more bloods like lupus blood clotting and things like that so when I get to the rmc clinic they r all done and it won't hold me bck. 💚

Sorry your feeling down today viral hugs send to you and its so better r body's doing what they meant to and getting ready for carrying a healthy baby nxt time around we got this 💚 but my fingers r crossed that it could be implantation bleeding just cause u have nt had it before doesn't mean you won't ever get it every pregnancy is different and different could be a good sign 💚💚

Just think this is the clear out your body needs in order to carry a wee healthy baby nxt time around, so your body getting ready yep we all got this ladies happy easter Monday I'm off today so might just treat myself to an Easter egg and a few blue today 💚

@kiwi17 I was convinced I would get pregnant before my period came back! I had cramping 2 weeks ago which must have been ovulation. It’s so hard isn’t it. Hopefully this month for us all 🤞

@mrsF111 that's so hard poor you :( good thing you've got your period on one hand but definitely rubbish on the other side including about your friend. I have a feeling that will be me too... my friend is due June and I bet we're still ttc by then. Definitely hugs and chocolate/wine recommended. I'm feeling down today, having almost convinced myself last night that I was pregnant because of similar symptoms to last time I have had a tiny bit of red when I wiped this morning so I'm guessing it's the spotting starting before af. I'm only 8dpo so could cling on to the whole implantation bleed thing but I've never had that in either of my other pregnancies/mc and in my mind now blood = not good. :( ah well... will need to pick myself up and move on but may allow a wallow first. It a even harder as it'll be my first af since the mc so realistically have no time frame to work to so not sure when she'll arrive. Hope every one else is doing ok! I need to take @Babyghirl s advice and relax I think!!

Sorry the witch showed her ugly head, but glad your body is doing what it's supposed to do, this ttc lark is hard and tiring but we will all get r sticky bfp soon have yourself loads of chocolate and some wine today have a down day if you need to then pick yourself up tomorrow dust yourself off and get bck on the ttc train we r all rooting for you girl. 💚💚

My period has finally arrived! At least it means things are back to normal and I will hopefully be able to get pregnant quickly now. Same day as one of my best friends had her baby though, we started trying about the same time so feeling a bit crappy. A year on and I’ve had 2 miscarriages and put on nearly a stone. It’s hard not to feel jealous no matter how happy I am for her

You can ask for routine bloods to check for different things. This group has helped me so much as all us ladies r on the same boat and its good to tlk to people in the same place your in nothing is ever tmi lol can ask anything and we will answer if we can 💚
