You don't use fmu when using them and don't drink anything for a couple of hours before u do test so around 2 o'clock is best then a lot test bot 8 to cause you can miss ur surge by a couple of hours I don't use them cause they stress me out cause I was never finding my peak and my doc told me to get rid of them xx

justwant2beamum, as others have said, is there anyway you can go to be with your DH? If not, is there any chance he could do the trip at a different time?

Does anyone have any tips of using OPks please? I’ve never used them before but we have decided to try. Do I need to test at the same time everyday?

@kiwi17 depressing isnt it! If it isnt normal for you then I would test. I started spotting each cycle after my miscarriage so is normal for me annoyingly:/

Is he going away somewhere far or is it a drive away where maybe you can meet up for a wee break during the fertile period and spend a weekend together would be in my head to bet ya this is the month I would catch if he was here lol its a tough one or maybe take the couple off weeks to relax take a break could do you the world off good 💚

@Babyghirl it's so hard and so awful what you've been through so many losses.

Well hopefully I get pg this cycle then he can go away if he likes. I'll be pissed off If I don't catch though which is most likely then he's away. I might tell him he has to say he can't go on trips at the moment but not sure what he'd say to that

The hole ttc should be an exciting thing for us ladies but here we r filled with dread off stressing will I ever get pregnant again to when we do it's the stressing over if we will go through another loss I have got so use to losing nw when I do get a bfp it nt if I loss its when, but we have to hold on to that hope that if I stop nw I won't get what I want and that's to be a mum. Hopefully dp does nt have to go and you can still catch ur egg 💚💚

I was only told pads for the MC bleeding they never said anything about only pads for first period to me and I used tampons. Isn't it annoying how we all get different advice?!

@kiwi17 totally understand I'm starting to get a bit down about TTC again, it comes in waves sometimes I'm ok then the thought of starting again and then if I eventually do fall pg again the horrible drag of those first weeks it's so unfair we have to start again isn't it! I keep thinking about my wee sept baby and all the plans I'd made for the future based on that date. I feel already like I won't be successful this month and DP announced today he would likely be away end of April for work for 4 weeks so I will miss a whole cycle in May and I'm really down about it already 😩

Aw @Babyghirl I love that, virtual neice or nephew! Its a huge relief to have gotten to this stage! I had alot of scans with our local EPU prior to our 12 week scan which helped the weeks go by, and kept me calm as I was so anxious it would be ectopic again. Thanks so much for your kind words xx you will certainly get here too - its been a long journey, an awful one at times, but it will be worth it eventually, for all of us ❤❤ I'll keep popping back on to say hello- and will often be checking in on you all! Xx

I'm 14 weeks pregnant now, so I'm past the 12 week mark finally!! Still taking each day as it comes though.

@Babyghirl I know what you mean - it seems so unfair , a friend of mine got pregnant whilst on the pill??! And I'm here literally doing everything right and it's not working. If it was down to pure will and desire we'd all have our babies for sure ❤

I totally get you better to tlk to someone that's been through it so they get what why ur feeling I hate hearing someone's pregnant with no problems that sounds awful to say, I knw someone who has had 7 kids and everyone of them has been taking off her that annoys me 😠😠😠😠😠. Here we r really wanting it and we have to go through everything just to get it. 💚

@Babyghirl no she doesn't know about it - I'm torn as I know she conceived with zero problems first try both times so feel like she just won't get it at all. Definitely agree it would be easier but don't know if I can cope with the pity ironically. Thanks @Miscarriage39 staying in for a delivery - great idea! 😂

kiwi17 I don’t think it’s strange at all that you don’t want to keep telling people. As long as you are not avoiding talking about it to avoid dealing with it emotionally, it sounds like a normal part of the healing process. It’s great that you got a follow-up call though. Good to see that some services are offering support. Asking your husband to go Friday also sounds like a perfect solution. Could you just be poorly or waiting in for an essential delivery?

Does she knw bot your loss if so just tell her you have took your first period after it and its that heavy you can't move she should understand I have told my close mates abot all my losses they don't tlk bot them unless I bring it up, so maybe it would be good to tlk to her bot wat has happened and how your feeling sometimes it's good to tlk to someone, I was so surprised at how many off my mates went through it to and listened to wat I was feeling. But glad you had the tlk with your husband and told him how ur feeling and looking after your feeling 💚
