@KLR2019 I have heard the same too, I’m keeping all my fingers crossed. Sorry to hear about your precious MC, definitely test when you can do it so it puts your mind at ease. Your symptoms sound promising but could be your period too, this is my issue 🤣 so hard isn’t it! I’ve got some cramps again now.. and I’ve had runny poo this morning but more struggling to go yesterday. Will definitely keep you updated. Will keep my fingers crossed for you too!ā¤ļø

KLR2019 · 25/01/2021 17:55

@leigha22 I heard that coming of the pill your really fertile not sure how true that is but a few friends as soon as they came of was pregnant that month!

Well I was thinking of waiting until the day I am due on my period but I cannot wait my minds going mad and because I’ve MC at 6 weeks in the past I just want to be sure I am so I might test 1st Feb. As for symptoms I’ve had feeling sick, cramps the right side of my vagina, pain behind my belly button, runny poos (sorry TMI), struggling to sleep and increased appetite

Fingers crossed we both have BFPšŸ¤žšŸ¼šŸ¤žšŸ¼ Keep me posted when you test

leigha22 · 25/01/2021 17:26

@KLR2019 yes we seem similar! We haven’t DTD since as I’ve felt so lethargic and having all these symptoms. My cramps have been quite a lot, mainly on the left side, quite low and my CM hasnt really changed at all it’s just remained quite wet. I’m really hoping I get a BFP but also accepting the fact it’s my first month off the pill so if I do get my period it just means my bodies getting back to normal which is also a positive for me.

My cervix is the same, felt more ā€œclosedā€ yesterday as opposed to today. It’s so hard isn’t it, any twinge and I’m like omg is that our baby being made 🤣🤣 I’ve gotta hold out til Saturday though, I’ll be 10dpo then. When will you test? Have you had any symptoms? I know people say it’s early as implantation hasn’t happened but I did read that some people had symptoms and got BFP on 5dpo - might be coincidence though! X

haidri · 25/01/2021 17:16

@BWaiting pray for me during this hard time. I'm sending you lots of love and strength for a successful pregnancy! ā˜ŗļø

KLR2019 · 25/01/2021 17:16

@leigha22 not far behind you then šŸ¤žšŸ¼ I ovulated the 22nd, DTD 17th, 21st and 22nd partner has a demanding job.

Well my CM today has been normal dry but yesterday it was white and the same what your getting but I’ve have cramps I think it’s just my mind telling me I have symptoms because we are now actively trying am praying I don’t get my AF šŸ‘šŸ¼

I also checked my cervix and it’s firm and closed high up too which I read it shows your past ovulating but it might not go softer until implantation happens, just don’t no what to do all I can think about is am I or am I not 😩

BWaiting · 25/01/2021 17:11

Hi all. Sorry just being nosey and reading the thread! Hope you're all okay. I'm currently 10dpo on my first cycle of trying.

@haidri I didn't want to read and run. I had a MC AT 12weeks with no heartbeat detected.
I then had a baby (9 years ago when I was 24) and that was a normal pregnancy.
Since then I've had 2MC both at 8weeks with no heartbeat detected. Both when I was still in my 20's.
I am a generally healthy person with no underlying medical conditions.
I have read up so much for so many years about how this is very common. More common than we think. The doctors will only investigate it if it happens 3 times in a row. The only advice I can give you is to take your time, only try again when you are ready (it's taken me 3 years to try again because I couldn't face heartache again).
Sending you lots of love and patience, if you need to talk, I'm here xx

leigha22 · 25/01/2021 17:01

@KLR2019 I’m not majorly hopefully as I only came off the pill a few weeks ago so don’t actually know when my period is due but going on pains and CM I ovulated 20th and we DTD 14th, 18th and 19th. Mine will be an ER yep! If my cycle is 28 days then it’s only a couple of days off so should show if anything to show! How are you feeling? My CM has been quite creamy and wet, sometimes making me think my period has come. What about yours?? X

KLR2019 · 25/01/2021 16:51

@leigha22 fingers crossed for youšŸ¤žšŸ¼ Hoping it’s good news, when are you due on or are you doing a ER test? I ordered some that was meant to be here next weekend but they came today think it’s a sign!

I know it’s far to early to test for me with my being 3 days since ovulation, what is your CM like?

leigha22 · 25/01/2021 16:37

@KLR2019 hey! I’m on my TWW, I’ve had every symptom going (nausea, headaches, cramps, back ache.. this list goes on) but think it’s just the rise of hormones after ovulation. I’m 5dpo now and my boobs are terribly tender around my nipples mainly. Not sure what I should be looking out for in regards to getting a BFP but will be testing Saturday if AF hasn’t arrived between now and then x

KLR2019 · 25/01/2021 16:18

Baby dust to you all for the new year šŸ’–

Hey there lovelies thought I'd join the thread! 26 (27 in March) TTC 6 month now, no underlying conditions that I know of, was on contraception pill 10 years, lighter cycles post pill but I guess it's part of the adjustment period... I use OPK, BBTs & pre Natals! Trying to not place too much pressure on me & hubby for it to happen as our families do enough of that at the moment (huge covid lockdown baby boom brewing around us to keep the pressure surrounding us going šŸ˜‚šŸ™ˆ) CD 7 going to start my OPK today, fingers crossed this is our cycle šŸ¤žšŸ»šŸ„°

Baby dust to you all xoxo

xTinkerbell · 23/01/2021 10:08

@MrsA9 Thank you, I really didn’t expect it this month so the biggest surprise was AF being early.

Fingers crossed for sometime soon!

haidri · 23/01/2021 09:36

Hi guys, I've just joined!
I'm 24 years old and I had my first pregnancy end at 12 weeks miscarriage on 30th September 2020, and now I just birthed another miscarriage at 12 weeks again!

It's my second miscarriage in a row, and I'm a healthy 24 year old with no underlying medical conditions nor a history of health conditions.

Has anyone heard similar stories of anyone in their 20s or have any tips other than to see a specialist? X

MrsA9 · 23/01/2021 09:23

@xTinkerbell sorry about AF, glad you're ok though and looking forwards. Take care of yourself x

xTinkerbell · 22/01/2021 23:39

Sorry 3 days early, not 2

xTinkerbell · 22/01/2021 23:39

AF appeared today... 2 days early (well I dont actually know my cycle length having just come off the pill but used to be 28 days). I’m feeling okay about it. Just counting down the days till we can start trying again

MrsE95 · 21/01/2021 16:57

Sending big virtual hugs to you @Sparkles512 and @xTinkerbell. I know exactly what you mean it I sooo bloody hard right now and it literally feels like all we can possibly focus on is TTC like there isn’t anything else to distract you from it. šŸ˜ž Really hope you both catch on soon! šŸ’–šŸ™

@MrsA9 I’ve had such a shit shit day at work today I’m actually so excited to pee on a stick tonight it’s going to be the highlight of my day I might even pee on 2 šŸ˜‚

Aaahhhh it’s sooo excited having ladies in the TWW now though 😁😁 xx

@MrsA9 yessss! so pleased for you, I'm 1DPO now so we must only be a couple days apart!

Will try and symptom spot, I'm bloated as hell today but I doubt that's anything related this soon haha.

MrsA9 · 21/01/2021 11:19

@glow92 I think you were right! Pretty sure I got a positive opk yesterday (CD15). Good luck in your TWW šŸ¤žšŸ¤ž x

@MrsE95 it's amazing how exciting peeing on a little stick can be šŸ˜‚ hope everything gets moving for you quickly x

@Sparkles512 & @xTinkerbell I'm sorry you're both feeling so down, here's an internet hug šŸ¤—
I'm only in cycle 1 and can already feel how much of a rollercoaster it's going to be. We put so much pressure on ourselves (not even just TTC, in life in general I think), it's perfectly normal to have days it all gets a bit much. You're not alone though x

xTinkerbell · 21/01/2021 09:45

We are in the TWW, AF due on Monday though even if it doesn’t show up I think I’ll try to hold off on testing. With my first I waited till 4 days late. Just very aware I’ve only been off the pill since mid December and may not be in a normal cycle so no AF on Monday could simply be my body adjusting.

I honestly don’t think I’m pregnant. With my first I just knew. I’m okay with not being pregnant because I know falling pregnant in the first month is unlikely by my god the anxiety!

I suffer with general anxiety disorder anyway but I get so anxious that maybe it won’t happen for us again. 3/4 of my paternal aunts suffer from PCOS and one likes to inform me that just because I conceived easily doesn’t mean I don’t have it to. My partners cousin is dealing with secondary infertility and it all just makes me so anxious that we could struggle to.

Anyway, sorry for that moan I just needed to get it out there cause I’m driving myself a little crazy this morning.

Sparkles512 · 20/01/2021 22:18

This TTW is dragging so much we have covid and I'm on furlough to who knows when!
It would be fine if I could tell myself it's okay if I don't get pregnant this month we will book a little holiday to take our minds off it... Oh wait we can't even leave the house to see our families 😢
Feel like I'm on such a downer at the moment and a baby would give us and our families something to look forward to.

glow92 · 20/01/2021 22:13

@MrsE95 I don't know whether it's the excitement of coming off contraception, or maybe the hormones from it affected me for so many years but it's changed me completely!! My drive used to be quite low which I felt rubbish about for so long.

MrsE95 · 20/01/2021 21:54

I checked my old tracking from when I got pregnant with my first and I ovulated on CD 16 too 😁 it is hard when you’ve got nothing really to go from and you’re just stabbing in the dark! 😫

Can’t wait for us to get busy and also for me to finally start having a sex drive again after bleeding for nearly 20 days straight 😫 xx

OP posts:
glow92 · 20/01/2021 21:48

@MrsE95 I was a little concerned that it was short... I'm only cycle 2 and have nothing to compare to last month, we'll see šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø
Haha I'm still not fully clued up on when is the best time to aim for! But we have been pretty 'busy' 🄰

MrsE95 · 20/01/2021 21:41

Glad I’m not along @glow92 šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ it’s soooo addictive isn’t it!!

That is a beautiful peak! Hope you did lots of baby dancing around about now šŸ™ŠšŸ˜‚ xx
