Hi ladies,

I’m new to this and would really appreciate your help. This is my first month TTC. I’m currently on CD4 so still middle of my period. Just wondering what helped you all conceive in your first month of trying and any tips you have. I have clearblue OPK ready and have been tracking my cycles for a which vary from 27-34 day cycles with 2 random 45 day cycles one of them being my last cycle.

Anyone else TTC this month?

Ahhh congratulations @JoannaRose!! Sorry to hear about your Nan 😢

Has the reality of the BFP sunk in yet? I think I'd be in shock with a positive at 9DPO! Did you feel any different or were you testing anyway?

@Chels139 thank you sweet it has been such a rollercoaster I am feeling desperately sad about Nan and desperately happy about little bean all at the same time!!
@Rmd123 thank you! 😊 if my Flo app was correct then yesterday when I got my BFP I was 9DPO but I am wondering if I ovulated earlier as I also took a CB digi yesterday and got a BFP so it seems very early for that...unless perhaps....twins?! 😬 twins run on both sides of our family so it could happen!!

Sprinkling baby dust and hoping for more BFPs here soon! Xxxxxxxx

@LiGigi @Chels139 @BubblesNSnuggles Thank you so much ladies! I am in a state where I am nervous to get too excited in case it doesn’t work out but I also want to be excited! Very sadly I lost my dear nan yesterday who I was so so close to and she really wanted me and DH to have kids. She has been deteriorating a couple of weeks and i so wanted her to be around for me to tell her whenever it happened but sadly I lost her yesterday eve, a few hours later I got my first line on a test 😭 it’s been/still is such an emotional rollercoaster....sadly she won’t get to meet our children but this is helping me get through the grieving easier because it is exciting and good. Sorry for the essay just emotions all over the place. I really do hope this is a sticky bean xxxx

Thank you ladies @BubblesNSnuggles and @greenfrogs1 I just took a FRER on my 2nd wee..wanted to hold on until later or tomorrow but it seems I have terrible patience and look!! Am i dreaming? Is this real?! Xxx

I am 10/11 dpo I think and have been testing past couple days on IC one strips and getting BFNs, however, last night I got a squinter within the timeframe but it seemed to disappear after 20 mins so I tried not to think too much of it. This morning I tested with FMU and I got another squinter but I think it is slightly darker! Can anyone see this?? This photo is unedited Xx

It has really made my weekend and I have no idea how people wait until 12 weeks to actually tell people. I want to tell everyone! This was month 2 TTC so we have been very lucky to have success so quickly. We have my grandad round for breakfast every Saturday morning and I just so wanted to tell him this morning.

@FieldView Thank you, and tbh... no I thought I was out this month as we only DTD like once possibly twice during my peak so honestly thought I had no chance. I had no symptoms either which I could pick up on tbh. So sorry but I'm not much help.

Sorry I have been so quite this week guys I have been super busy sorting our house out. However I'm CD26 today and 15DPO and also AF due today or tomorrow however I have normally had cramps and stuff around a day or so before AF and nothing. Randomly about 30 mins ago I decided to do a test and.....

I'm sure there is a line........

@FieldView are you noticing any symptoms today? You're 8 DPO? I took my first OPK test of this cycle today and so ready for BD fun this weekend! Feeling pretty good about this cycle, I hope this positivity stays even if there's not good news in a few weeks.

@Ihoeihoeihoe thanks for dropping by and for sharing your tips! I've not tried preseed but I think I might give it a shot if nothing happens this cycle :)

@greenfrogs1 I’m sorry to hear AF arrived. You can use salicylic acid in pregnancy and TTC, just as long as it’s at a max concentration of 2%. My GP and dermatologist told me 😊

Oh really? Well hopefully it’s a good sign but I am only 8DPO so not sure if it is too early!
