Hi ladies,

I’m new to this and would really appreciate your help. This is my first month TTC. I’m currently on CD4 so still middle of my period. Just wondering what helped you all conceive in your first month of trying and any tips you have. I have clearblue OPK ready and have been tracking my cycles for a which vary from 27-34 day cycles with 2 random 45 day cycles one of them being my last cycle.

Anyone else TTC this month?

Thanks in advance x

Thank you! I forgot about it, moved house, and then it just happened. Madness. GP tomorrow and still can’t believe it xx

@Dungareesandfreckles Thank you. I bought new wedding shoes this weekend (getting married in July) and taking comfort over the fact I won't be "bulging" and unlikely to be showing on my wedding day if we conceive from April onwards 🤞. Positive thoughts 🙂. Will keep you all posted this time next month for round 2! AF arriving exactly every 4 weeks is quite impressive so that's something for now 😅xx

Dungareesandfreckles · 28/03/2021 17:49

@LilyRose202 so sorry to hear this. Keeping my fingers crossed for next month, let us know Flowers ❤️

LilyRose202 · 28/03/2021 12:45

Hey all!
So AF arrived and I took a test just incase anyway as it was more dry and spotting at first. BFN! I thought I would be devastated but I think you can only be disappointed once in the same time frame and I'm now over Thursday's test. Onwards and upwards for next month! 😊. Good luck everyone else! 🤞 Xx

LilyRose202 · 26/03/2021 19:02

@BubblesNSnuggles and @Dungareesandfreckles Thanks ladies! And sorry to hear about the MC. I fell pregnant accidentally a few years ago but MC. Hate how you can conceive when you're not planning it though 🙈😅. Typical!
I'm trying to think of what to do this weekend to keep me very much occupied and take my mind off everything babies. I feel this whole thing is making me obsessed and anxious and I'm only 12 days in! 😅xx

Dungareesandfreckles · 26/03/2021 18:46

Thanks @LilyRose202!

If helps, I’ve not had any bleeding yet. Hoping it stays that waty! ❤️

BubblesNSnuggles · 26/03/2021 18:41

@LilyRose202 my first pregnancy I had a small amount of implantation bleeding but unfortunately miscarried at six weeks.
Second pregnancy had no implantation bleeding and resulted in my now two year old son. Third pregnancy (this one) had no implantation bleeding And I’ll be 12 weeks on Monday.
So to answer your question, definitely can still be pregnant without any implantation bleeding! 😊

LilyRose202 · 26/03/2021 18:12

@Dungareesandfreckles Thank you. I will keep you all posted. I hear congratulations are in order for yourself! Yay! 🎉😁. Really pleased for you!

For anyone who has had a BFP, do you always get implantation bleeding and if so, when? Can you still be pregnant and not have had any bleeding? Xx

Dungareesandfreckles · 26/03/2021 17:01

@2020newbie I have everything crossed for you. Please let me know how you get on testing! ❤️ My eyes are here to help you with any squinters! X

2020newbie · 26/03/2021 16:59

@Dungareesandfreckles congratulations 🥳 definitely a BFP

I really hope I’m joining you in the December baby club 😂🤞🏻

amberdem · 26/03/2021 16:14

Thanks @BubblesNSnuggles that's good to know!

BubblesNSnuggles · 26/03/2021 14:52

@Dungareesandfreckles that’s a definite positive! Congratulations 🥳😆❤️

@amberdem keeping everything crossed for you! Keep in mind that after the read time (usually 3-5 minutes) tests often give false positives due to evap lines. I’d definitely retest to know for sure.

Dungareesandfreckles · 26/03/2021 14:44

@amberdem ps I’m feeling fine, no symptoms really. Just anxiety!

Dungareesandfreckles · 26/03/2021 14:43

@amberdem that’s a good sign! Let me know how it goes?

I’ve got one at the ready tomorrow. But the line in the second has made me so excited I’ve had to take the afternoon off work, I can’t concentrate haha!

amberdem · 26/03/2021 14:39

@Dungareesandfreckles after reading through the other messages I dug our the test I did last week (bin diving, lovelyEnvy) which I thought was a BFN but actually has a super faint line too.

So now I'm thinking I'm either MC or it's implantation bleeding Shock or I'm seeing things.

I say, how am I supposed to get any work done with all this drama! Have bought another test to do in the morning. How are you feeling?

Dungareesandfreckles · 26/03/2021 13:30

Has anyone else used this test? I just picked one up and I think this is a BFP?!

Dungareesandfreckles · 26/03/2021 11:51

Hi @amberdem

My personal experience of TTC is a constant low level anxiety, which I’m sure is also made worse by lockdown. I just wanted to mention as I’ve found the whole process so much more stressful than I though - and I’m usually quite a relaxed person.

I hope your appointment goes well, and hope your palpitations don’t continue!

And hello! Star

X

amberdem · 26/03/2021 11:15

Hello,

First time posting! So very new to the abbreviations!

I'm in CD2 of my 3rd cycle TTC. This period came 5 days early and is soo intense mentally, have been having palpitations and feel feel very panicy. Has anyone else experienced this when TTC? I have a mamogram booked on Monday, so a part of me feels it's a blessing that it came early, as I wouldn't have want to have felt like I did yesterday during my scan, I don't think I would have coped!

Anywho, just wanted to say hello, and am looking forward to following your journeys Smile

2020newbie · 26/03/2021 10:36

@Dungareesandfreckles definitely see a line

Dungareesandfreckles · 26/03/2021 09:44

@BubblesNSnuggles thank you! I need to get myself out of the house and stop obsessing now!

@LilyRose202 good luck with your test, let us know how it goes, fingers crossed for BFP! ❤️
