@1992EM Ah I don't think so as I ovulated 6 days ago.

I just realised if it doesn't happen this month or next, I'll be pregnant for my 30th birthday if it happens over the next 9 months 😭

@tabbycat92 I am sorry I can't help. I tried to do it last week but couldn't find it 🤣🤣 . I think it is high up and slightly open /soft at peak to allow sperm to get in and close to the eggs to get dancing 👍. I think you are peaking or will peak very soon so baby dance away . Legs in the air for 30 mins after with a pillow under you .

@apwilso ahh amazing, get a pillow under your hips and legs in the air after . No idea if it actually works but I did it this month .

Well as I’m still not able to read opks confidently, I can say with some assurance that I know absolutely nothing about cervix positions or where to even start with that!!🤪

In other news, this is my first time dtd with pre-seed (thanks @1992EM for that tip!) and my first session of acupuncture for fertility starts on Sunday so I’ll let you all know how that goes!

I've been checking cervix positions this month. Never done it before, so I could be feeling the wrong thing for all I know.
However today at 5dpo it's high, slightly open and very soft, creamy cm, which I've read is a good thing? Anyone else check their cervix or cm?

@Misty84 I would say that is a peak or you will peak in a few hours. That's what my peaks look like and I also confirm with a CB one too x

Sorry to ask such a basic question but I’ve only started using cheapie opks a couple of months ago (until then used CB) and I haven’t even got close to a positive ovulation result on them so far, however today def dark although not quite as dark as control line- would you count this as positive or negative?🤔 I’ve put yesterday’s on as well for comparison. Thank you 🤪

I plan to do a digital on Saturday and hopefully will calm down with the testing 🤣

@apwilso Means I don’t really know exactly when I ovulate considering 2 apps say different things and I never get clear positives on opks 🙄 So annoying and just means the longest stretch of dtd- exhausting for all!!!🤪
Think I’ll go with the later prediction as my cycles have extended to 30 days rather than 26/27 as they used to be. But we’ll dtd every other day until then anyway x

I have managed to work out how to post photos. The app doesn't work for some reason . I didn't expect a progression on the frer as takes 2 days but the cheapie looks to be progressing thankfully . I just wanted to confirm I didn't make it up 🤣🤣🤣

@Misty84 good question!!!! Day 10 today! I'm a late ovulater so I'm around day 19. This is the month where I'm going to try no opks as I know roughly when I should be ovulating for one I'm wasting so much money and two I become obsessed! I find that I'm an over tester so not doing it will hopefully stop be getting stressed with it.

So the things I'm doing different this month are:
No opks
No pregnancy testing until i actually should be!
Using pre seed/conceive plus lube
Been taking conceive plus tablets which apparently are magic pills so let's see about that!
And lastly ENJOY!

I won't be ovulating till around Wednesday onwards next week. Again other half is working away... he's not too far though so might take a trip😜

@1992EM I literally ordered pre seed 10 mins after reading your message 😛 Gotta throw everything at it!

@apwilso We usually seem to have similar cycles, what day are you on now? I’m CD11. I’ve got one app telling me I’ll ovulate in 2 days and another telling me it’ll be in 5!🤪 I’m temping for the first time plus have the opks as usual...trying to do everything I can! Looking into acupuncture currently and have emailed a few places. Mood has been so low and stressed over the last week but finally felt a bit better today. xx

@apwilso I am normally a clean freak and my house is always so tidy but literally can't be bothered doing anything 🤣 that is a good idea as I can't hold my water and am going to have to avoid him until it arrives. I thankfully have a few meetings today so that will keep me out the road for a bit . I am back in the work next week and literally have no idea how I'll make it through the day 🤣 .

@1992EM I had a weird period this month and then I was sleeping like 14 hours a day on the weekend like napping in the day and everything and I was like don't even trick me but I must just be knackered! I'm going to use that lube this month as well as we used it off and on! I think I might buy the baby grow cos I was thinking that as well just so I don't have to wait cos I'm like you!😂

@apwilso The no symptoms literally is what made me test. I have massive boobs but they aren't sore , I am overly tired and that was literally it . My face hasn't broken out like it usually does and I haven't had spotting. I do think I had implantation bleeding at 6dpo but it was so little that I had assumed it was a cut from shaving 😅. To the point I didn't even record it on flo.

@misty84 I wish I had bought it earlier as now have to wait 🤣 . It will happen. I had lost all hope and I know 10 months isn't that long in the grand scheme of things. I used preseed everytime we dtd and I also dtd on the day of peak,day after and 1dpo . Usually we do it before and then are too tired at the crucial point.

Aww surprising your OH with a baby grow is exactly my plan too! I’ve had it bought for months, hidden in a drawer!🙄

@apwilso I have ordered a baby grow which should arrive tomorrow so will try hold my water until then . I certainly won't be able to until our anniversary so think I'll say it is either an early present as we don't really do valentines day .

I have some sort of insomnia now though as I have seen every hour . Not sure if I was just desperate to test 🤣. Also got similar discharge to fertile window which is a bit strange and a near positive opk yesterday. I am going to try another later and see if they actually do pick up pregnancy. Other than this, I have zero symptoms so I wouldn't worry too much about symptom spotting as I have the opposite and have nothing.
