Me and my partner have been timing ovulation and I’ve been using fertility lube (conceive plus) and taking supplements. I know it’s only a 30% chance every month but I thought doing everything right would help. We had sex every day of my fertile week including twice on ovulation day and I’ve just come on my period. Really thought I had a chance this month!
Has anyone tried the male supplements as well as the female ones and found they have helped? Or anything else? I know it sounds silly buying all these products but I just willing to try anything to help!
Also, i hear mixed views on when to have sex near ovulation/fertile week. Is everyday better or every other day? Also heard people say to have sex 2 days before and one day after. But we did that this time.
Thank you and happy new year. Hoping this year will get my BFP ♥️

The only thing id do differently is have sex every other day rather than every day. Give him a chance to rejuvenate! It worked for us.

Ttc is such a headfuck, I have no idea if supplements work but if you both try and eat healthily and not too much caffeine and alcohol that has to help.

I'd say it took the vast majority of my friends 6 months+ to conceive so don't lose hope!

Only about 4 months, just hurting every time even though I know can take up to a year! Doesn't help when my friends took them 1-3 months between them all. Thank you x

Ah, the spam, it's burning my eyes! Grin I get it OP, it's incredibly frustrating. How long have you been trying? From friends anything from 1 month to a year plus is normal, even if you're having lots of sex and generally healthy.
