@flyinggiraffe im actually 35 too (I think lol!) And my cycles have been rubbish in the 7 months I have been off the pill (which I have been on for 17 years... gosh!). Im definitely giving the Soy Iso a go next cycle... they arrived in the post today! Exciting!

In other news my random inflammation (which usually attacks my joints) is focusing on my bowls today and I feel utterly rubbish... have arranged a call with the doctor tomorrow 🤒🤕😴

@ChinChilly really sounds like the EPO is working quickly! Hopefully it will make a big difference!

@Kay00 you are completely right. I was thinking earlier I'm becoming more obsessed as I don't have a lot distracting me from it all. Did a home workout with my OH tonight and it was actually fun and nice to spend some time together. So need to find more things like that. I hope you either ovulate soon or you get to start a new cycle. I have had a few long cycles (60+ days!) the wait is just horrible.

@ChinChilly That's good! What day do you usually get your peak opk? I'm thinking mine might be a bit later this month. I get so confused with the spotting. In December going off the first day of spotting, my peak was CD19, but I logged it as CD13 from when I thought I had proper AF start. I didn't have so many days of spotting this month so i'm hoping its somewhere in the middle there!

@Kay00 I think the soy isoflavones are definitely worth trying next cycle. How long have you been trying now? Am I right in thinking you're 34? (Hope ive not offended you if you're younger!) Have you spoken to the GP at all? I'm 35 and thinking of giving it a bit longer before I go. I think being on the pill for something like 20 years it's going to take a bit longer than the norm for things to start working as they should!

@flowers222 😣 so sorry to hear how hard this is hitting you. Your low mood has come in the middle of a difficult (dark and grey) month, in the middle of a national lockdown during a global pandemic... its not surprising xx please, look after yourself. You are coping really well considering xx

@flyinggiraffe I have a feeling my peak isn't going to happen... it feels as though everything has fizzled out. Im not sure if I can even be bothered to pee on an OPK tonight 😆 whats the point!? It'll only be negative.

@Flowers222 ahh I know that feeling sometimes AF turns up and I feel actually devastated! Taking a break from tracking may be good idea.

@FlyingGiraffe I’ve started POAS they are darker than normal at this stage they’re normally stark white! so hopefully it will be soon! Hopeing yours in soon too!!

@ChinChilly That's hilarious about the EPO working overtime! Have you been poas? I've been taking EPO too but it's not working its magic quite as well as it is for you! I might up the dose for a couple of days and see what happens!

@Moocher90 Agreed - it's like the longest time ever to get to the FW....even worse when you don't know when it's going to be!

@Flowers222 Look after yourself. It's so easy to get anxious about it all. Sounds like taking a break from all the apps might be a good idea. On the positive side 12 days is a great luteal phase length :)

CD9 for me today! Have been getting blank circles on the Clearblue digital opks the last two days. I've failed at doing SMEP properly already as we were both so tired last night haha! I figure doing day 9 as the first day is pretty much the same thing - and as I got a blank smiley it probably wont affect things much! Got no idea as to when I'm going to get my peak opk this month as things seem to change on a monthly basis for me!

I'm 12dpo today, had a big temp drop and getting af cramps so I think that's that this time. I feel like I'm getting a little obsessive and too anxious about it, really thought this would be my month and it has hit me quite hard. Was watching a tv show last night and one of the girls found out she was pregnant and I just started crying 🙈 so decided to take a break from obsessively tracking everything in my hundreds of app everyday 🤣 for the last 2 months I ovulated cd22 so will just make sure we dtd around that time and see what happens

I think i might be on for an early ovulation this month or the EPO is working overtime, I felt abit wet down there so I went to the loo and my nickers look like ive pissed myself 😂😂

@Kay00 thank you! I'm definitely not getting my hopes up as it's only my first cycle after my first AF post pill. So maybe they are just saying high because I haven't done many 😂

@MissC07 oh, they are certainly getting stronger... I think things are starting to happen for you! Make sure you test tonight and a few times tomorrow

Mine are regularly at 30-39% (for about 2 weeks now) but never deemed high... perhaps my base LH level is just quite high.

@Kay00 I was thinking maybe it was as it only last about 30mins but I'm probably overthinking it. So these are my 'high' on Femometer. Ignore my blurry ones the few days before, I'm still trying to get the hang of it all 🤣 I've worked out the white backround and no glare rule now 😂

CD13 for me today, had a bad stomach pain on my left side this morning, felt like I was going to throw up and pass out whilst on the loo! Probably my body trolling me. It's my third day of high OPK's on Femometer, still low on Premom so who knows what's going on!

My time of work is not doing me any favours, I’ve just discovered using a twirl as a straw in my coffee 😂😂 bloody delicious though 🤤

Thanks so much ladies!! I’ll definitely play back my journey and symptoms in the TWW tomorrow, once I’m sure I’m actually preggers. I’ve stocked up on FRERs and two different varieties of Clear Blues 😂

Finally got my car back today YAY! I f**king hated that mini, worst car I’ve ever driven, I nearly left in at the side of the road yesterday on my way back from physio 😂

@Nellieee haha... I want it to hurry the F* up too! I'm so bored right here . I joined a group for women who were expecting to ovulate between Xmas and New Year... and they are getting their BFPs now haha!

My cycles has been all over the place, longest FP was 35, shortest 18.

@ChinChilly forgot to say, I was on cerazette many moons ago when I was about 18! I'm fairly sure it gave me terrible skin back then

@Elsie2021 haha you sound like me re nipples. I'm constantly grabbing my boobs to see if they're tender 🙈 also think I'm 2dpo, but just waiting for tomorrow's temps to confirm. Had a peak on Sunday night and we dtd fri-mon. OH asked last night "do we have to do it AGAIN tonight?" 😂 He was also a grateful for a rest!

Good luck on your TWW. We can be TWW twins. This is my second and it definitely does feel like you're wishing your life away, but at least there's not much fun going on right now for us to miss out on!!

I am 1/2dpo today. Had peak OPKs Saturday and Sunday. FF says I would have ovulated Sunday, femometer says yesterday but we DTD every day from Friday to today so should definitely be covered either way! Going to have a break now 😴

I haven’t temped this month because I wanted to be relaxed (LOL) but I definitely will next month because I think it’s nice to confirm you have. I keep flicking my nipples hoping they’ll hurt 🤣

Very excited to be in my first TWW!! Just need to stop wishing my life away 😂

Literally nothing to report here 😣. 6 days late and pretty bored of it! So bloated, so hungry and that’s it! I’m actually really warm now as well - I had to sleep outside of the duvet last night and I’m like the coldest person on earth!
