I’ve just done a test with fmu and it’s pretty much the same as yesterday so I’m taking it as indent lines. I’ll calm down and enjoy my weekend and if AF hasn’t arrived I’ll try again next week sometime xx

So 14dpo. Cd26. BFN. Temp is highest it's ever been. 🤷‍♀️

Totally jumping on this! Brand new on mumsnet, first cycle TTC. Off the pill October with one cycle contraception free first to get a feel for it. Ovulated like clockwork (from app and manually working it out) for the last two months (Christ, I did NOT expect the ovulation cramps!) glad to have them though for the very obvious sign of it! DTD 5 days on the trot, not sure if it’ll hinder or help as the advice is sooooo varied but we went for it! Only 1 day DPO and AF due 30th. Praying for a 1 cycle miracle! Baby dust all round ladies!! Xx

@Alist12 - just before I found out I was pregnant with DD, (maybe TMI but..) I had a lot of CM but very watery like I'd wet myself! I had to change my underwear a couple of times a day. I even told my mum that I felt like I'd wet myself! Lol! But I was pregnant instead!

Also @ELBlack hopefully it’s pg signs and not AF! Keeping my fingers crossed for you too x

@Mariex1989 oh babe don’t worry same happened to me! I tested with a hcg strip cheapie and there was absolutely nothing there so that’s why I’m pretty sure I’m out! Only thing we can do is hope they aren’t indents and wait a couple of days! 🤞🏼✨

I normally dry up the day after ovulation but somehow I'm still having creamy/clear sticky cm. Is this a good sign?

@Mariex1989 I've also got wine just in case. I'm starting to feel pretty unwell, like low level nausea and my stomach feels funny. I think AF will be here by Sunday as this is typical feelings for me. Really hope you don't need your Prosecco though 😉 x

@jasmineh couldn’t hold my pee in any longer and wish I hadn’t tested again now. Same as earlier but can definitely see something very very very faintly. Camera doesn’t pick it up though. I’ll try again with fmu either tomorrow or Sunday.
When are you going to try again? Fingers crossed they’re both not just indents! 🤞🏻 X

@Mariex1989 eeekkkk🤞🏼 How exciting! I am clinging onto hope that I had a faint line on mine yesterday but I think it’s an indent! When I edit the photo it’s more obvious but pretty sure it’s what all clear blue tests do!

Hi I'm new to mumsnet.

Currently 13dpo. Planning to test tomorrow.

I have irregular periods so not really sure when I would be due. Luteal phase last month was 12 days. Previous one was 15 days. So thought I'd try testing tomorrow. We're in shielding (have been since mid march) and I have to do my online shop tomorrow. Will be the last one before Christmas so need to know whether I need to order alcohol or not! Lol x

@ELBlack I’m currently holding in me pee as long as I can as I’m too impatient 😂 there’s a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge chilling for in case it’s not what I want to see.
Just looked at it again and it’s got stronger but obviously I shouldn’t take that into consideration as it’s been a couple of hours. 99% of me knows it’s just an indent line but clinging onto the 1% of hope 🙈 x

@ELBlack I’ve just done one of the tests. I don’t know if it’s my eyes playing tricks on me but I can’t see the faaaaintest ever line. Most likely a BFN but I’ll test again when I have a stronger sample as it was very watered down I was just trying to drink loads to POAS 😂

@Mariex1989 thank you! I see some people get positives at 10 days, so i had hope 🤷‍♀️

I'm not actually sure when my period is due exactly as it's not come back since I had the coil out beginning of November, but according to when i ovulated it will be around 23rd or 24th.

Ooh good to know, I might stock up. I have clear blue 6 days early and the ones which tell you how many weeks. Good luck with your test! Let us know x

I’ve just been out and stocked up on frer’s, they were on offer in boots so thought might as well. As much as I’d like to say I’m going to wait, I’ll probably test straight away when I next need the loo 🙈

Hi ladies, feeling really stupid but I'm 10dpo today and took a test. Of course it was BFN and now I'm feeling really grumpy. I did have some hope, but that's all out the window now! Hope everyone else is OK!

@Foundmyfeet I'm just the same. Last night which was 9dpo I had cramps, which felt like mild AF cramps :( the only thing giving me hope is that usually the week before I come on I have a terrible breakout and irrational mood swings, but can't help feeling like it's not my time this month

Morning ladies, got a faint line on the IC this morning. I'm 8DPO according to app but think 10DPO really based on temps and EWCM.
Trying not to get too excited.

@Mariex1989 - that's the plan anyway but let's see if I can hold out testing until then really. That PMS outburst could well be a BFP? I had sudden rages for no reason because of those damned hormones! Lol!

@ELBlack - uh-oh, feeling twinges in my tummy and the timing is about right for a visit from AF next Friday. In saying that, I've had these twinges when I was pregnant so now I can't tell if they're AF ones or not. I usually get a stinking headache just before she arrives and when she does, my headache disappears.

@jasmineh - I think I'll give it a try. I should tell DH what I'm going to be doing in case he walks in on me and gets excited! Lol!

@Emmgrem - I too was on the pill for many years, about the same as you and then fell pregnant 10 months later. I was 28 at the time. Burping is a good sign! For me anyway. I had horrendous gas and indigestion as a pregnancy symptom each time. I won't be testing before Christmas...will try to hold out until NYE if AF hasn't arrived.

@Moonchild88 - never heard of the grapefruit and pineapple methods. How do they work? Sounds like you add some rum to it...

@Alist12 - I'm no good with reading those strips. I can only understand static and flashy smiling faces! But I can tell you that I ovulated the day after my period finished once and that resulted in my 14yo DD. So anything is possible!.

Do any of you ladies get a burning feeling in your uterus' as a symptom of AF?
