@Ams19 what do all the dotted lines on yours mean? Is that where you skipped testing some days? I wondering whether I should have done that on the days I was drinking the night before 🙈

We are cycle buddies so I'm 5DPO too and thinking of testing Xmas morning, so 11DPO too.

My chart is nowhere near as good as yours. Dropped this morning, still above cover line but all my post ov temps are just hovering around the cover line. I know I have the capacity for them to get much higher like they weirdly were on my AF though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I did expect more of a rise but my DH was away last night so I can only think, perhaps I'm cooler without him in the bed like usual 🤔

@Emmgrem lots of reasons really! But the main one being I'm at home for Christmas and I don't want to test Christmas Day as I'll be really sad if it's negative and won't be able to keep my mouth shut if it's positive. Likewise, I want to have the space and time to digest whatever the result is with my partner. And we are staying at our wedding venue the 26th so thought it would be best to wait til then.

I'll have a few Christmas Day but not many, as I'll be seeing my extended family and there's no way (antibiotics or not!) I'll get away with not having a couple!

Also when I test, if it's positive I want it to be as dark as possible! I don't want to have to squint or it be too faint and then not get excited. I want my OH to believe it too 🤣 otherwise he will just be like let's wait a few more days and see 🙄 he's very sensible and rarely gets overly excited so at 13 DPO I would hope to see a strong(ish) line if I was pregnant.

To be honest though I really think I'm out. I'm having mild cramps again this morning and I'm pretty sure I had that last time! Raging if it is AF as it will mean another very short luteal phase. I'm really not symptom spotting at all just enjoying Christmas and letting what will be be!

I'll post back if AF shows up soon, if not it's unlikely I'll have any updates til the 26th 🙈 xxxx

@Bells20 that reassures me a bit seeing your chart so hopefully it’s normal - I really want that green line lol. Yeah I’ve been looking at FF pregnant charts on google images and they look so healthy and strong compared to mine. I’m going to test on Xmas day I’ve decided at 11dpo and will keep note of any symptoms after 7dpo to compare to what I had last cycle.

This morning I’ve been getting a funny shooting/stabbing pain a bit higher up than a cramp would be but lower than my belly. It’s not painful just funny feeling when it happens. Maybe it’s the little egg moving along 🤣 or I’ll tell myself that to keep my hopes up haha

@Emmgrem honestly it makes me sick seeing all these heavily pregnant teens hanging around town doing all sorts they shouldn’t like smoking - doesn’t help I live in a town where teenage pregnancy seems to be in the in thing or maybe I just notice it more lol

I know @Dex1521 it is so frustrating! We spend most of our early years trying not to get pregnant, thinking it's so easy! My ex a few years back got a girl pregnant from a one night stand when we were on a 3 week "break"- he found out 6 weeks after we got back together. Blessing in disguise in the end, but I just think what are the bloody chances?!?! 😂

@Dex1521 I've attached my chart below. I was convinced it wasn't looking good for me, I paid for the upgrade on FF and compared my chart to others. It looked nothing at all like other pregnant charts by 7dpo 😂 but here we are! Check out that temp decline early on! I don't wanna get your hopes up too high obviously but I also don't want you to rule yourself out just yet! Also I haven't really been tracking BBT recently hence why it's tailed off a bit towards the end! But hope this is helpful to see.

Temp has been dropping slowly for past two days. I don’t think this is a good thing maybe AF is on her way early 😢 I’m only 5dpo so feel it shouldn’t be dropping this early already for an implantation dip. Honestly feel like I’m out again this month 😫 I just have no luck - I never thought ttc would be this difficult but I was so naive. How do all these teen pregnancies happen but it won’t happen for a loving supportive family like us 🤬

Oh if anyone wants a white lie to tell about not drinking 😉my DP suggested 'I'm on antibiotics'. Thought it would be a good one as no one can be like, oh go on just have one.

@Dex1521 haha I totally know what you mean about the funny feeling in your womb. I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me or this is just a normal post ovulation feeling I'm not used to yet. Boobs are def sore and I swear I felt nauseous yesterday all day but it's wayyy too early for that to be anything I know.
Also wanting to test before Xmas just so I know if I can have Buck's Fizz etc.
I think I'll have to pretend I'm too hungover to drink if it's a BFP. Or just have one and get DH to help me sneakily get rid of the others 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Foxl2222 I'm now CD24 and 4DPO. I'm up really late tonight though so technically it's Saturday and I'm 5DPO! Anyone else get so excited to temp in the mornings? 😂 I've had 4 raised temps now so just hoping it continues.
I don't know how many days a usual cycle is for me as my first one after withdrawal bleed was only 18 days! So I'm seeing this as a positive either way that I'm getting closer to a normal length cycle.

@DrS44 you may have already said but how come you're waiting until Boxing Day to test? Will you drink Xmas day?

Also @Emmgrem AF is due 27th/28th according to the apps but my cycle was super long last time (36 I think?!) and my luteal phase really short (9days) so if I manage to get to the 27th without AF I'll be quite suspicious but I'm doubting my chances with these mild cramps 6DPO 😭 xxxx

On another note I'm not feeling overly hopeful as I've started getting some very mild cramps 😭😭 got these about the same time last month so not a great sign 🥲🥲 but I'm honestly not obsessing! Very much feeling like what will be will be xxxxx

Lol @Dex1521 my OH and I are like that too! Everything is baby related atm. We live near all his fam who are either pg or have toddlers so we're consumed by baby talk everywhere and ofcourse the whole "you two will be next" 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I'm jel that you and @DrS44 are already in your TWW and @Emmgrem what day are you now?(sorry I'm sure you've said) !! I've another week before Ov even due😩 I feel more impatient this month that the others for some reason. Which is odd because when I got my bfn last month I wasn't as gutted cos I could enjoy Xmas! Weird roller coaster of emotions this journey lol xx

@Emmgrem yes I was thinking that too! I’ll be 10dpo on Christmas Day and I might do a FRER that morning but will expect a BFN tbh it’s more to see if I can have a couple glasses of bucks fizz as if it’s completely clear I’ll have a drink but if there is a shadow of a line I’ll skip drink. but then I’m going to wait for AF or test CD 14 whichever comes first.

I have 3 FRER left over from last cycle as I only used one as AF arrived all guns blazing before I got to 13dpo and I’ve got easy@home ICs that came with my OPKs. So far I’ve been pretty relaxed but I did have a funny aching feeling in my womb area this morning but tried to not think about it/ignore it as I’m only 3dpo. Last cycle I was symptom spotting like a mad women but this cycle I’ve been a lot more relaxed but also really busy with work so that’s kept be distracted so far.

After ovulation last cycle it’s weird to say but I felt pregnant but this time around I don’t?

@Emmgrem I did the same thing, mentally made a list of why it would be ok not to have a BFP when I did, it definitely included being able to drink at Christmas haha. I did find it really helpful actually and felt like my disappointment would have been well managed but fortunately I did get my BFP. I hope you will too!

@Dex1521 @DrS44 What day are you guys going to test, have you got FRERs at the ready or are you going to wait until you miss AF first?
Are you doing any crazy symptom spotting or trying not to think about it.
I think I might write a list of pros if it's a BFN for me to make me less disappointed! Drinking at Xmas, eating blue cheese, not having to lie to our families (it'll be much easier to say I'm doing dry Jan next month) and at least now Ill know my cycle is a decent length and getting back to normal.
However above all that obviously secretly praying for a BFP! 😆
