@positivitytree2020 thank you for sharing that about the stuff to extend LP, I hadn't really given it much thought and have just been repeating what I've seen others say, I hadn't realised they could cause problems so that's helpful to know! Good to know there seems to be an alternative with the raspberry leaf tea!

@Dex1521 yes I’m charting, having an anovulatory cycle tho, so hoping AF will show up in next week or two so I can just move onto the next! 🙄

@DrS44 be careful trying to extend your LP! I’ve totally fecked my cycle up as a result! 😌 some people are fine but I’ve done a lot of research over the last few days and Vitamin B and/or Angus cactus has really messed some people up! Apparently the hormone balance is so delicate, and can be thrown off very easily! 😌 what I plan to do once my cycles come back to normal is drink some red raspberry leaf tea but only after I ovulate!

@Emmgrem charts looking so good! It’s funny mine is spiky after ovulation and yours was before it’s like we’ve swapped 🤣 I did a FRER this morning obviously a BFN just couldn’t help myself after seeing the spike in BBT but I’m not losing hope. Definitely this is like an emotional rollercoaster I really wish there was more support or awareness about it but I always find ttc is always very hush hush so you always go through it alone

@jessi60 I'm feeling the same, I was not expecting pregnancy to be such an anxiety provoking time! I realise that might sound mad and I'm thinking now I was quite naive going into this. Terrible anxiety about something going wrong but also now some anxiety about what if everything goes well and I have a tiny new baby. I had a nightmare last night that I didn't know how to hold a baby and it's head was flopping everywhere, woke up crying and had to YouTube how to hold a baby 😂 It definitely doesn't match how I thought I'd feel when I fell pregnant!

Here's my chart today, another rise but mine are more gradual than your pattern. Had pains on my right side last night which woke me up in the night, definitely more frequent urination, nipples still like rocks too.. but sounds like a lot of people get those and it's still a bfn. Really worried now if I get a squinter and won't know whether to tell DH on Xmas morning and get his hopes up or not!

@jessi60 ahh I know what you mean. I feel like that too, imagining going through all this emotional and physical turmoil and that's not even at the pg stage yet. I can't imagine what the next stage of anxiety is like 😣 People really don't talk about this side of it enough- you just see the happy announcements and then the happy smiling babies at the end of it and none of the reality behind I suppose.

Hey, I’m doing okay thanks. Just finished a night shift and back in Christmas Day.
Feeling abit down with the news on here yesterday. This whole TTC journey and then when you go on to being pregnant is so stressful and full of worry 😞 feel like it’s a never ending circle.

I had a big rise in BBT today the highest temp I’ve had which I am assume is an implantation dip. Just trying to stay hopeful 🤞x

@jessi60 literally all I listen too is guns shooting or football screaming 🤣 glad I’ve got my own wee thing now. I bought him an Xbox last year as he hadn’t played one since he was a teenager and he loves it again.

My boobs were sore the last two cycles too but not this one. If anything I don’t feel pregnant this cycle but the last two I did lol

@Emmgrem yeah that’s a good idea actually! If I see a cute “daddy” onesie I’ll get it and tell myself that too lol. I don’t think it was as we’ve put our presents under the tree for each other but it isn’t brand new he bought it off a mate at work for £50 who’s kid barely used it game and all 😂 couldn’t tell it’s second hand it’s in great condition. Animal crossing it’s like a wee avatar and you own An island and have to run around fixing it up and making new wee friends and get them to move there lol nothing too exciting but so addictive

@PowerOfFlowers I’ve been getting a tension headache always around 5pm the last few nights and now this stabbing pain when I move or sneeze. I googled the pain and it said it’s round ligament pain but I doubt I’d get that until 6+ weeks into a pregnancy. Haven’t had it the past two cycles so let’s hope I’ve also had 0 AF style cramps which I always get

@Dex1521 ha I’m getting an Nintendo switch but for Christmas off my partner. Felt like I was too old for it but then he sits and plays on fifa on his Xbox so thought why not 😂😂

My nipples and sore boobs were my main symptom. So sore! X

@Bells20 Mine are exactly like that too!! Having a nipple piercing one of them makes it extra sensitive too ouch ouch!

@Dex1521 that's so cool - I'd love to start crochet! Your DH sounds lovely ☺️ As for your symptom update - I didn't get this. My only symptoms were very sore boobs and bbt going up! And because I normally get very bad pmt in the lead up to AF, I was surprised by the lack of PMT symptoms.
