@Bells20 I’m fine thanks. I’ll be 6 weeks on Wednesday and then have my scan the week after so hoping I can see a heartbeat🤞🏼 I’ve just got sore boobs and tired all the time but no nausea or anything. But I’m not even six weeks yet so still time for all of that 😂 trying to distract myself from thinking about it all the time to be honest. Xx

@Emmgrem ah yeah I’m gonna just keep with the 7 seas folic acid for now as my cycle length seems to be regular just takes a month at a time to get a WD and first AF 😂 no sign of her yet FF predicting tomorrow so expecting it anytime soon but had 0 cramps or symptoms these past few days. Really hope it’s not late as I just want to get it over and done with

@Bells20 hope you had a nice day too! Ours was quite but lovely still. No AF yet but BBT is down to levels before ovulation so expecting her shortly. There is definitely positives as for me this is my first proper cycle (when AF arrived) technically as I’ve only had a withdrawal bleed so far so have a good length cycle is a bonus and it’s always advised to have a WD and first cycle before ttc so I wasn’t too upset when I saw a BFN the other day as I knew why

@PowerOfFlowers good to hear it. I'm good thank you, 7+1 today, I initially lost a few pounds too but probably gained those back the amount I ate Christmas Day haha. I had a bit of nausea last week but had nothing over Christmas. I'm feeling really tired and still having some insomnia but other than that wouldn't really know I was pregnant at the moment!

I'm ok thanks @Bells20 😀 6 weeks today (or 7, depends which app I look at!). I feel fine until 4pm and then I'm just so exhausted and feel very nauseous. I eat little and often but i've lost 5lbs since finding out. How about you? How are you?

@Dex1521 @Emmgrem is AF definitely here for the both of you now then? If so I hope she comes and goes fairly quickly so we can get onto the next (and hopefully very lucky!) cycle! Both of you had great luteal phases which is a really good sign! Of course it's disappointing too but defo sounds like there's lots of positives.

Yes, it took me a similar amount of time for regular cycles @Emmgrem About 6 months. How are you today? Has AF arrived for you?

@Dex1521 EPO is supposed to help with EWCM.
I take folic acid, DHA and Coq10 at the moment. But I do see your point about not messing around with your body too much @jessi60
It's funny how some people take forever to get a withdrawal bleed and others it's a few days.
I had mine 5 days after like clockwork. But then first cycle was 18 days and this one is 33 days and counting! My friend told me it took her 6 months off the pill to get regular cycles!

Any sign of AF yet Dex?

@Dex1521 Yeah you sound like me tbh. I had my implant out end of September and then had a withdrawal bleed after a few days and then got my first period 28 days later so 🤞🏼

I think you can probably mess with your body too much by adding loads of extra things early on. I just took the pregnacare pre conception ones x

@jessi60 yeah that does help! I came off minipill on 27th ocotober so it’s took more or less two months to get a normal cycle (that’s if AF shows in a few days) so I’ve more hope of it working after I have a full AF which was longer than the 3 days at the start of this month. A positive to come from it is I seem to have got my regular cycle back pretty quickly around 28-31day cycle so taking that as a positive out of the whole thing. Definitely not adding any extra vitamins or supplements in yet I just didn’t know what it did 😂 all I take is the 7 seas pre conception pill once a day which is a folic acid and some other vitamins too

@Dex1521 If it helps, I had my withdrawal bleed and then had my first period 28 days later and then it was the month I conceived. So I had a period first aswell so might be the case for yourself, I think it must help regulate everything. If I was you, with you only just starting to TTC and waiting for your first period I would give it a couple months before you add any extra supplements and things in. Xx

@Emmgrem maybe January will be our month 🤞once AF arrives that will be my first proper cycle after coming off the pill as all I’ve had so far since Coming off the pill in October was a withdrawal bleed on 1st Dec for 3 days. There is definitely so many symptoms that are so similar it’s so annoying. On 7dpo I had a sharp pain I thought was implantation as I have a dip in temp too - funny how we convince ourselves of pregnancy because of symptoms

What does evening primrose oil do I’ve heard of it but not sure what it does. I’m going to stick with the cheap OPKs for this next cycle and if nothing I’ll maybe get a CB digital ovulation test. It’s definitely worth getting one if you’re not getting a peak on IC OPKs as I think the CB is much more sensitive.

I'm defo out too and our charts are looking pretty similar now! I thought I could feel AF coming yesterday but on reflection I think I just ate too much 😂

I'm not surprised I'm out but the big thing I've learnt first cycle is how many pms symptoms there are and how they can last for nearly 2 weeks 😅 I've never had sore nipples before I swear! Looks like I'm going to have to put up with that for 2 weeks of each month now 😆 No idea how I'll tell the difference in symptoms when I am actually preg.

Ahh well let's try to educate ourselves together and roll on next cycle! Are you going to do any different next time? I'm wondering about evening primrose oil, and potentially investing in the CB monitor (as Ive never got a peak OPK yet)

@Emmgrem enjoy your drinks I’m on the bucksfizz 😂. I feel like I can see a faint something but again don’t know if I have line eyes from all the looking at mine and mine was definitely an indent as yesterday evening was a very clear BFN and I also had a big temp drop today.

Temp drop just below cover line for me this morning at 11DPO and BFN unfortunately. I mean I think I can see a squinter of a line if I look for long enough but I expect it's an indent based on how common people say it is for them to be visible on FRERs. And I think yours was more visible than mine Dex.

No sign or feeling of AF so I'll wait until 29th and test again if she's late arriving I guess.

@Dex1521 oh sorry to hear that lovely, but like everyone said you're not out until AF. Plus FMU will be stronger so still worth trying again in the morning. I didn't realise you're only 23, your OH's age is no problem at all for a man!

We went out for a meal tonight and I had a few gins😬. Also bought a big bottle of baileys in anticipation for tomorrow and Buck's Fizz for the morning after I've tested 😂

Hi all, I've just got back from my scan! Feels very bittersweet with the news from AMS recently so I don't want to appear insensitive but I've found it helpful to see others scan experiences so just adding mine. I'm measuring 6+4 which is just a day behind what I expected. They did an abdominal ultrasound and could see the baby and heartbeat but the view wasn't too clear so did an internal one too so we could hear the heartbeat as well. Absolutely fine, no pain at all. It's obviously still very early so no guarantees but things are looking good for now. I feel much less anxious and it was a lovely early Christmas present for us! Here is a rather blurry photo haha
