@Emmgrem don't take my word for it on how scientifically accurate that is 😂 it's just be going myself a reason for it but it makes sense doesn't it 😂

I've been watching mine so closing this month too! Totally different cycle and pattern to last cycle

@Dex1521 Ahh that makes sense about progesterone rising! You are teaching me! 😂 I just want to speed up time now, it's so bad! I know that last month my last high temp was 8dpo, and then from 9dpo things starting going south so by the time I took the test I already sort of thought the chances are it would be negative. I'm going to be watching my temps like a hawk!

@Emmgrem haha I know that's why I was in two minds but I keep telling myself this cycle I need to use FMU and so I can't test today now as I've had a wee already 😂 only thing keeping me grounded. I have been thinking and have concluded that the big temp rise is due to progesterone rising as it's getting my uterus ready for implantation which is today as I've very mild/dull cramps that go through to my back. Only thing keeping me living in my little pretend pregnancy bubble 😂

Oo yeah your chart is looking really good! Triphastic usually has the third rise on 7-10dpo but definitely keep an eye on your chart and see if it happens. It seems majority of triphastic cycles turn out in a BFP

Don't do it @Dex1521 you'll only be disappointed. Hold out for 10DPO. And yeah that was such a big rise you don't need to get worry about a fall.

I've had another big rise this morning and funnily enough now you've made me wonder if mine will be triphasic as I do have 3 big rises. Although one was just after AF so don't know if that counts. Ahh well, interesting, only time will tell!

Don't think it was triphasic unfortunately but temps are back to were they should be on average. Don't know why I had a rogue high reading yesterday. Tempted to test today but will try not too as only 8dpo

@PowerOfFlowers I only learnt of it today 😅 fingers crossed for me I'm starting to believe more and more it could be this cycle but don't want to get too excited as I'll be so disappointed

@GreenApplesYo my OH will definitely be banned from touching them if is soreness keeps up 😂 I know making me wonder,I've also got quite a bad mouth ulcer today too not sure if that would be anything to do with it but trying not to overthink and google too many symptoms

@Dex1521 interesting you have sore boobs this cycle as well as a different bbt pattern! Keeping my fingers crossed for you 🙂hope it works out. I had really sore boobs up until 12wks. My DP is still being very gentle, he was banned from touching them for a while!

Never heard of triphasic before! You guys are teaching me so much stuff 😄 That temp increase looks great @Dex1521 lets see which way it goes tomorrow. Mine was up and down like a yo-yo until my bfp. It's good that you don't have the urge to test. I didn't either and I held out until 12 dpo. The thought of squinting to see a line earlier put me right off.

Yeah I hope it stays up now and I get my BFP but knowing my luck I'll be the little percentage that gets a BFN with it 😂 yep holding off to 10dpo. I've no urge to test whatever as I'm feared of seeing another negative

Boobs have gotten quiet sore this evening getting like tingly shooting in them which I've never had before. Like I thought I had sore boobs before this but now I have this pain they definitely weren't sore when I thought they were if that makes sense 😂

That's really interesting, if it stays high it def could be triphasic! It says 3 distinct temps shifts within a cycle, but some of the charts I've googled look like yours and it says triphasic is much more likely to end in pregnancy so I've got my fingers crossed for you!

I've not got sore boobs yet like last cycle so I'm hoping that's a good thing as different to last time. I also had cramps from 5dpo last time so watching out for those.
I do have a weird pain where you'd normally get ovulation pain. I thought I had strained my groin working out perhaps, and then it blended into ovulation pain, but now it's still there and actually going for a run and walk today was painful! Hope it's just my muscle, unless it's a good sign of course 🙈😂

@Dex1521 oh yeh, it could be triphasic! Looks like it might go that way, would be great if it does. Fingers crossed your temp stays high tomorrow too. Did you say you would wait until 9dpo to test?

Me again lol but I've been googling it all day and I think I have had a triphasic cycle which Ive never heard off but according to a lot of articles they very commonly end in pregnancy but I'm not getting my hope up and I've managed to keep away from the tests as still on 7dpo and need my temp to stay up there to confirm it's a triphasic cycle. Not getting any hope up either as I still have 0 symptoms

@DrS44 ovulation is gonna happen so soon for you if they're still darker keep DTD!

Ok I am a silly sausage I read my thermometer as 36.32 this morning as I usually read it shinning my phone touch on it as I'm still half asleep 😂 whilst changing the bed I thought hmm I'll just double check that figure again as my thermometer saved the last temp recorded and look!! 😂 it was 37.32 what does this even mean now the highest temp I've ever had in any of my cycles

Never mind my OPK is still high (just as dark) so I'll input the lower one as I've probably not ovulated xx

I took my BBT at 6.30 this morning and it was 36.26 (roughly the same as it would be normally but a little higher!) then I went back to sleep for almost 3 hours and decided to take it again to see and it was 36.56? Could that mean I ovulated during those 3 hours? Or do we think it's just because I took it later that it looks higher? I'm gonna DTD now again shortly 😅💃🏼 xxxx

@Emmgrem yeah I definitely think you've covered yourself! It's good you got the solid crosshairs too so definitely confirmed you ovulated. Your cover line is really high like 0.2 higher than mine lol. Maybe that's a good thing with it being the first time it's been different hoping this is your cycle 🤞✨

I'm honestly kinda scared to take my temp again tomorrow Incase it goes even lower or doesn't increase by much 😂

Mine has dropped to cover line too but also I've now got solid cross chairs, my ovulation date has moved forward a day, and cover line is much higher up than before so whole different ball game now 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ I think we covered ourselves BD-wise though right?

@Dex1521 Lets hope yours jumps right back up tomorrow then it could well be implantation as I think they say anywhere from 7-10DPO if I'm not mistaken.
I might look at pre-seed or conceive plus next cycle too.
Sorry you were feeling down, no need to be as you're totally still in the game and it's very early days for you cycle wise. But I do get that the mind wanders and you do think.. omg of my DH ends up having a problem, I've been going through all this hassle of OPKs and temping and taking supplements for nothing!

@DrS44 Yayyyy I'm so happy you persevered and got that peak! Can't believe how many close attempts you must have had. Now to watch that temp climb and we'll all be pretty close together for our tww 🙌

Thanks everyone for the responses on pre seed. It's something I'll definitely look into more. Temp drop again today right down to the crosshairs don't know if I'm hopeful enough to think it's implantation but surely it can't be AF at 7dpo? It's a funny cycle for me this time round I've had 0 symptoms that would be worth considering like I have my blocked nose which is due to the rise in progesterone I get that every cycle but I had no cramps or anything except for some ovulation pain

@Dex1521 we started to use pre-seed cycle 3 and that was the cycle we got bfp! But like @Bells20 said, we were very lucky to fall that quick and so couldn't say if it was a contributor, but it's worth a try as it's not overly expensive and lasts for ages!
I was also taking pregnacare the first 2 cycles and stopped for cycle 3 just to change things up. But again it's more than likely just a coincidence! 🤞🤞 this is your lucky cycle☘️

Yesss @DrS44 - so glad you got your peak! Fairly sure mine was at CD27 (based on spotting - ovulation bleeding maybe?) in my first cycle after withdrawal bleed.

Also @Dex1521 we used the preseed. I think it's called Conceive Plus over here now. I'm same as @Bells20, def wanted something to help when we were DTD so much. I think that's really EWCM's job but mine would come in patches. I also saw the Dr Aimee stuff on it but I feel like you can find negative reviews etc on just about anything these days thanks to the power of the interweb. So we just used it anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Dex1521 I used pre-seed the cycle I fell pregnant but I would take that with a pinch of salt though because I was incredibly lucky to not have try for very long so it's hard to know whether anything made the difference for me. I personally liked it though, tbh I didn't look into it too much. The pill made me dry as anything so I defo needed something to aid baby making! Creamy cm sounds like a good sign! 🤞

Had the tiniest bit of white creamy cm tonight and felt really bloated for the first time this cycle. Only symptoms I've had up to now if they can even be classed as symptoms. Hoping implantation occurs soon and I get some signs maybe is it 7-10dpo it happens?
