Anyone else act like an errant child during the TWW by pretending you’re not feeling very real symptoms because you’ve symptom spotted before and have been let down by the red she-devil herself?

I had the worst cramps yesterday and now my back is sore but I’m pretending I don’t feel it and not using hot water bottles/paracetamol because I tested this morning (stupid b I am) and got a BFN.

Frustrated, angry, downright stubborn, stupid ... anyone else wanna join the crazy b club? Hmm

@Happyhappy37 That's amazing! I've got a 3 year old son so we are trying for a second but with him it was a complete surprise lol.

I love that 'whatever the universe decides' I think if I'm not pregnant, I'll be ditching the tracking kits. This month has been so stressful and just a bit disappointing the last few days. Wishing you all the best :)

I started not preventing when I stopped contraception 2nd may this year. I have two boys an almost 16 year old and a soon to be 4 year old.
I'll be 38yrs on Saturday. So i am just working with whatever the universe decides.

First response. It's there, I've dug out all my other tests in the bin (there's a lot) and there's nothing like this line on them. The line is pink too, I don't want to get my hopes up so I'm now terrified to test again because I've been so down the last few days. I know I said I wouldn't but I've not been myself and now that there's a chance I feel good??

Um, just like twitches? defo not AF related, in my lower back and around my sides. Also I could feel my boobs throbbing in work yesterday which I've never experienced, but then again I've never looked for AF signs. All I know is a day before she's coming I Get those weird cramps/feelings. I always have done since I can remember and so far...nothing today but still so early.

My phone is crap and the flash won't turn on. I'm waiting for it to charge and I'll defo try to send one xx.

@KSP8273 Yay you tested! What brand? Do you have a picture? It’s frustrating as shit isn’t it when you can’t tell either way. Wish we just got a letter from the stork like “whaddup girl, no baby this month so get on the gin.” A) Practical, B) Saves money, C) Hilarious.

What sort of pains did you have? This month I had some very distinct ones which in the back of my head I knew weren’t regular but I tried my best to ignore them.

@ToadstoolFairy Well I believe I'm 14DPO today but could be 13DPO and I TESTED TODAY ANDDDDDDDD I REGRET IT. I'm so unsure because I can see it more today but it's still soooo 50/50.

I don't have anymore tests in the house and I'm finally not ordering any. I've spent over 100 pound on them it's a joke. I'm due tomorrow. Hopefully the b*tch don't come lol. FINGERS CROSSED FOR US. I had the weirdest pains yesterday though. I'll know first thing tomorrow morning because the past two periods I've come on in the night.

When do you think you'll test next if AF doesn't show??

I dtd whenever (not tracking ovulation atm)
Most times i totally forgot about the tww.
Af symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are literally identical, honestly best for me to live in ignorance 😀

I must be around 13/14DPO. The red she devil is due tomorrow so I’m going to wait. I feel awful though; so dizzy all the time which has come out of the blue.

How are you getting on? You must be around the same DPO as me? We can hold out together!

A line is better than no line right? What DPO are you now? I'm in the exact same boat. IT SUCKS. I'm literally feel insane and can 100000% relate. I think the best thing to do is wait a few more days to test. Maybe we could both hold out together???

I say this after I've gone and bought 6 more CB tests FFS.

Hi ladies, sorry for not posting. To say I’ve been frazzled in an understatement.

So on Saturday I spent the day with my best friend who is expecting a peanut 💕 and we spent the day chatting about TTC/signs/symptoms etc. When she left to go home I decided to take a test (for no other reason other than ‘why not’ ... I already knew it would be negative.) So I peed into a cup and swirled a clear blue around it, left it and then came back. It was stark white but then when I went to throw it away I SWEAR I saw the faintest blue line. I couldn’t even get it to show up on a photo.

Now me and my OH had decided that we wouldn’t tell anyone for ages if we conceived because of the risk/my own pre-existing health conditions but when I saw the faintest blue line, I went into full shock and face timed by best friend (OH was at work.)

I legit felt like I was going mad. I was more convinced it was an evap line but just needed to show someone. So I end up walking up to her house after just spending the day together lol and we’re hunting around for this line under her kitchen lights - we even took the test apart. In the end I put it down to an evap/trick of the mind but my friend was insistent I do another test (this was the photo I posted.)

Naturally when I saw it my hands were shaking and I was in pure disbelief but decided to leave it a few days because it was so faint. Yesterday me and my OH went for a walk and I got so dizzy, which got me thinking so I came home and did a stealthy test (ninja mode) without him seeing. It was a faint positive!

I woke up this morning and took another in the same brand but it looks so faint and I’m worried that something has gone wrong as the line is not getting darker.
