Welcome to the 🐧 huddle. This a safe place to give and receive support for everyone who has experienced the loss(es) of a pregnancy or baby. Pregnancy and child loss is one of the most difficult things we can experience and it can also be the most lonely time too. So many of us have found much comfort from other lovely ladies on this thread, together we're rooting for lots of BFP's! Let 2020 end on a positive note x

Thank you @kiki275 its really appreciated, I genuinely thought I may have felt like that but I was taken straight back to the scan and operations which is horrible as it should be a happy moment. Its very early days and I will be keeping on here with all you lovely ladies. Hopefully 2021 will be all our years. Smile

Kiki275 · 25/01/2021 16:01

@kim80 tentative congratulations. I can totally relate to the uncertainty, especially compared to previous BFPs when I was swinging from the chandeliers practically. Keeping everything crossed for you x

Thank you 😊 I am going to test tomorrow with a pink one as iv heard about it going over with a blue one. So will see how I get on tomorrow at 12dpo. I cant Believe it but instantly found myself thinking back to the scan and also both Erpc's which is so sad as it should be a happy moment.

I think I am going to hold off telling my partner for a few days and just let it sink in. Thank you so much I hope it sticks this time.

@slinks8113 I have only told this post as I'm the same its a very weird feeling and not sure how to deal with the feeling at the moment.

Will keep you all posted. Smile

Slinks8113 · 25/01/2021 15:09

Looks like a BFP to me! Congrats, really pleased for you! It will be hard not to panic, I also worry if I fall pregnant again how I will cope with that. Just got to take it one day at a time :) enjoy the moment x

kim80 · 25/01/2021 13:45

Oh @Mumlili9 I'm so sorry to hear it's the end of this particular road for you, although I'm pleased he's home. I can't imagine how difficult things must be for you at the moment. Thinking of you both xx

@mumlili9 I am so sorry to hear this, I hope he makes a full recovery soon. Thinking of you both. You know where we all are x

Slinks8113 · 23/01/2021 06:05

@Mumlili9 I'm so sorry to hear that, I really hope he has a speedy recovery and my thoughts are with you both. X

Marshmallow123 · 23/01/2021 05:45

@Mumlili9 I’m so sorry to hear that. I hope that your husband makes as good a recovery as he can. My thoughts are with you both xxx

Mumlili9 · 22/01/2021 23:22

Update on my husband

Hes finally home but totally oxygen dependent, and it looks to be a permanent thing because of the damage covid did to his lungs. It gave him double pneumonia on top of copd and he has scars on his lungs.

Sadly this means the end of our journey ttc. He can't find the puff to get up the stairs let alone dtd and probably won't for 6 months or so. By then I will be 40 and we always said that we would stop trying when I turned 40.

I will be hanging around to see you all get your rainbow babies though probably a silent watcher

Slinks8113 · 16/01/2021 06:16

@Mumlili9 how are you doing? My prayers are with you and your husband x

Kiki275 · 13/01/2021 09:12

@Mumlili9 that must be terrifying for you. Keeping everything crossed for him to rally quickly xx

VenusStarr · 13/01/2021 08:36

I am so sorry @Mumlili9, that sounds absolutely terrifying. He's in the best place and you did so well to get him help so quickly. Keep taking to us here. Sending you lots of love ❤️ xxx

Janefx40 · 13/01/2021 08:00

@Mumlili9 that must have been absolutely terrifying for you. It sounds like you did amazingly well to think so fast and get him help. It's so extra hard that you can't go around to a friend's or family member for support while you wait. It must be unbearable. I'm sorry I can't say or do more other than that I'm here to listen and you are welcome to PM me too if you want to talk to someone. Xxx

Mumlili9 · 13/01/2021 07:54

@Janefx40 no he stopped breathing completely and the only thing I could think of was to put his cpap machine on him and call an ambulance. It was so quick. He coughed and collapsed. Ive just spoken to the doctor and he has been started on medication and oxygen therapy so its wait and hope now

Janefx40 · 13/01/2021 07:50

@Mumlili9 oh my love that is so awful. I'm so sorry. Of course this thread is for supporting you. Covid is a nasty illness but hopefully the hospital can help him. Could it be that they've chosen to admit him because he has COPD sooner than they would have done without it? We will be thinking of him and hoping for a quick recovery. Despite the scary stats on tv, the odds are still very much in favour of him recovering. Thinking of you and sending lots of love. Keep us posted

Xx

kim80 · 13/01/2021 07:50

@mumlili9 sorry I pressed the wrong button before finishing.

I am so sorry to hear this. I will have everything crossed that he responds to the medication. Please look after yourself and you know where we all are if you need to rant, cry or just talk. Sending a massive virtual hug. I will be thinking of you xx

kim80 · 13/01/2021 07:48

@Mumlili9 I am so sorry to hear this

Mumlili9 · 13/01/2021 07:18

Ladies I know this thread isn't for this but I think im losing my husband. He was admitted to hospital last night because of covid and his copd. At the moment its waiting to see if he will respond to the meds and oxygen. Im so so scared, I don't know what to do

kim80 · 10/01/2021 15:47

Hi @slinks8113 I had to wait 9 weeks for my body to get back to normal after medical management, then the month after that I ovulated around day 17 and then the following day 15 and then this month iv just tested as high fertility on ear blue ovulation tests but on day 15 again so I still don't think mine have got back regularly as they were. I have noticed that I also spot more before my period now so still not sure mine is fully settled 3 months on. Sorry if that doesn't help. X

Slinks8113 · 10/01/2021 15:09

@VenusStarr sorry I hadn't read your message before I posted! Thoughts are with you, hope you'll be back soon x x

Slinks8113 · 10/01/2021 15:09

Girls, I think I'm going crazy with this bbt! So it looked like I ovulated a few days ago which I thought great, things are going back to normal after the medical management in December. But then it now seems AF has arrived but on and off, would say heavier than spotting but not consistent like a normal period. I know I can't will my body back to normal but it's a very frustrating time! Anyone got any experience of first month after medical management and if this was similar or not? Not sure if ovulating has bought on the bleeding, can that happen? X

kim80 · 10/01/2021 14:18

@VenusStarr I am so sorry you feel that way but fully understand it. Taking sometime away is always a good way to deal with things.

You know we are all here for you whenever you need us. Take care 🙂 x

kiki275 · 10/01/2021 12:26

@VenusStarr I wish there was something I could do or say to help. Completely understand why you need the distance. Please take care and look after yourself. Hopefully we'll see you soon in brighter times xx

Hi everyone, sorry I've been quiet. I'm struggling a lot. I'm triggered all the time by photos and even just talking about pregnancy or getting pregnant. It's all a bit much for me at the moment. We're taking some time off ttc.

Best wishes to those with positive news and I'm rooting for you all 🌟 ❤️
