The dreaded TWW!

Anyone else in the dreaded tww?
I'm currently 2DPO. Would be nice to chat to others in the same waiting game to keep us sane!

@Highfalutinlootin, I got my bfp with dtd on day before ovulation. I think that there is quite a big risk if you dtd on day of O because some eggs only live 12h and sperm can take a while to reach the egg, so depending on what time of the day you dtd it can be too late for the egg and sperm to meet.
Every other day apparently is better as it gives enough time for sperm to replenish, which from what I’ve read takes ~48h. If you do the two days before O you should in theory be fine, and any other days of dtd are a bonus.

When you ladies got pregnant with your last, do you remember what days you DTD? Everything I've read days that O-2 and O-1 are the most fertile, surprisingly not O itself! Then there's also conflicting advice with some saying only do every other day and others saying every day around ovulation. Unsure which works.

@mommyofone2019 First baby for me. Hope you get your positive for your second this cycle! I'm planning to test Wednesday on 8 DPO. But who am I kidding, I'll probably test Monday.Grin

I'm going to wait a couple of days and do another digi to make sure. Going to try and keep it to myself (and all of you) before telling my bf, I really only want to tell him if I'm sure.

@mommyofone2019 I recently started taking the vitamins recommend by Luisa zizzman which i know sounds so silly, they have such good reviews though and lots of people on here tak about them. It's Folic acid, 600mg of coq10 and vital DHA. She has a highlight on her Instagram to a blog she's wrote.

My bf has cfs so don't get to dtd as much as we would like so I started monitoring ovulation this cycle to give us the best chance. We dtd on ovulation day, the two days before that and one the day after ovulation just to be sure.

Fingers crossed it's worked 🤞🏼

@mommyofone2019 this is the frer and the strip test.. I'm pretty sure there is a line on both but less so on the strip one.

My AF is due 24th so will try to hold out until then. Does anyone else struggle to pee, no matter how long you hold off for when it’s time to do the test? 🙈

@madeinthe80z it definitely doesn't I actually think this one has been the hardest.
I caved and done a frer not with fmu and I'm only 8/9 dpo I think it's negative but then I keep thinking do I see a shadow.
Will post picture. Pretty sure it's negative though. And too early for treating anyways xx

Hi ladies, may I join the chat, I’m DPO 6/7 😊 I’m using the Natural Cycles app and Fertility Friend (I received a friends referral for a month so thought I’d give it a go). I’ve been tempting every morning and using the CB digital ovulation tests - then use a LH test the same day I get a solid smiley to confirm it. Love hearing everyone’s stories and so nice to have a little support group 🤗

The digital ones aren't as sensitive so that's probably why that came up as negative xx

Hi again everyone. I did a strip today today (10dpo) and I'm pretty sure I see a line, I then did a frer and am pretty sure I can see a line. Then did a digi clear blue and says not pregnant 🙈 going crazy over here!! Don't want to tell my bf unless I'm sure so I'm telling you guys 🤣

Will probably try to wait until Tuesday, think AF is due next Sat/Sunday. I’m trying not to get excited, but it is so difficult! I feel like a complete amateur compared to all of you guys - I didn’t even know about ovulation until last month 🙈

Never POAS before, but nervous 😂 First time TTC, having had a coil for 12 years my OH and I never thought about having kids until this year. It’s all very new to me! Would be lovely to be able to join in with out ladies’ journeys 🥰
