*A bit obsessive! Sorry haha

susiebluebell · 23/11/2020 17:02

@SunnySide1992 Would it be worth doing OPKs? That way you can monitor what your cycle is doing - often it does change a bit after mc as many of us have discovered. Some people find OPKs really helpful and reassuring, others find they make them a butt obsessive 😛

@Bellabubble Glad you're home OK and it went well 💕

@MamaPheebz Hi and welcome! So sorry for what you've been through. You'll be in good company here 🙂

MamaPheebz · 23/11/2020 14:49

Hi! Am I ok to join this thread please?
I’m ttc number 2.
I had a missed miscarriage in August at 10 weeks, baby measured 6+1.
I had a really early miscarriage last month. I was between 4 and 5 weeks.
It’ll be nice to be on this journey with people who understand all the anxiety and worry.

I’m CD 9 now.

So sorry about all your losses and heartbreak. Xx

Bellabubble · 23/11/2020 13:06

I’m back home already from my d&c, everyone was really lovely and looked after me well! I’m so thirsty thiugh due to no drink after midnight, but the leaflet says to keep an eye out for burning/stinging when peeing and frequent urination - but I’m so thirsty I think I’ll be peeing because I need so much water!! Did anyone have a little stinging post op? My second wee had a slight sting but kinda thought it was to be expected - until I re-read the leaflet!

Bellabubble · 23/11/2020 13:03

@Mommybear05 congratulations, I remember you from the March thread! Wishing you the best of luck for the next 9months!!

SunnySide1992 · 23/11/2020 12:26

@momof4xx forgot to say sorry about your loss, hope you're doing okay xx

SunnySide1992 · 23/11/2020 12:25

@momof4xx thankyou for responding! The pain has stopped now and all seems usual down below! Im actually seeing cm which is good i guess?!? Im just not sure when i will ovulate. My cycles before my mc were 33 days, wonder if it will stay that way or be shorter? Who knows!

MoMof4xx · 23/11/2020 12:20

@Mommybear05 congratulations on your bfp, love your photo x

MoMof4xx · 23/11/2020 12:19

@SunnySide1992
Hi, sorry to hear about your loss.
I was advised as soon as the bleeding stopped and I felt ready.
Its worth keeping an eye on any pains. It could be that your bodies still recovering or dtd itself hurt because of many reasons.. position, lack of cm. If you did get an infection, its easily treatable. I myself had two uti after my natural missed miscarriage and I was out that cycle but I fell pregnant in the cycle after.
Listen to your body and go with what feels right x

SunnySide1992 · 23/11/2020 11:48

Hey ladies! Could i please have some advice. How soon after a misscarraige can you have sex? The epu said as long as i hae a negative test its okay to start trying again. I had a mc at 5 weeks, they said my hcg levels were only 27! So ive done a test an its obvs negative. We dtd yesterday so it had been a week since the bleeding started. Obvs all bleeding has stopped but ive have a few stabbing pains in my lower left side and now im worried its caused an infection? Am i just being paranoid?!? The pains stopped now was only there for about 1 minute! My anxiety is so bad at the moment, please someone help me xx

susiebluebell · 23/11/2020 11:37

Well ladies, af is officially overdue. I'm allowing myself a tiny bit of hope, but not brave enough to test yet as I know my cycle has varied by 1-2 days since mc.

13dpo and sitting tight. Xx

Mommybear05 · 23/11/2020 08:14

@RichmondLady1981 these are the vitamins I have been taking. They are from Holland and barrett. I’ve been taking the full dose of each one. I hear they’re water soluble so anything your body doesn’t need will come out in your waters. How long is your lp?? X

RichmondLady1981 · 23/11/2020 06:23

Morning @Mommybear05. Which brand of vitamins did you take and what dose? My LT phase is also on the short side. Xx

Mommybear05 · 22/11/2020 22:31

@Wishingfornumber2 🤞🤞🤞🤞 we must keep hope. Baby dust to you. Xxx
@HappyVibes hi since my mc I would spot before each period, up to a week before. Always tested negative and it wasn’t implantation. Luteal phase on the short side too. But I read about taking b vitamins. I took them this cycle. No spotting and I got my bfp. Read many similar stories too. I had previously tried vitex but it didn’t work for me x

Wishingfornumber2 · 22/11/2020 22:27

Massive congratulations @Mommybear05!! I remember you from the threads earlier in the year. So happy for you that you’ve got your BFP ❤️. I’m still waiting for mine but I believe it will happen one day! X

HappyVibes · 22/11/2020 22:15

Amazing, congratulations @Mommybear05 Please may you explain a little more re the spotting? Xx

Pugprincess · 22/11/2020 20:53

Jadem83 · 22/11/2020 20:17

@Mommybear05 huge congratulations 🥰thank you for sharing your lovely pic with us and keeping us all hopeful 💕🌈 best wishes for a happy healthy 9 months ☺️

Jadem83 · 22/11/2020 19:53

@Bellabubble don’t be sorry I thought there may have been a bit of confusion due to the time of year 😊 they wouldn’t Offer me the local Either despite the anethatist originally trying to push for it . Il be thinking of you tomorrow ❤️

Bellabubble · 22/11/2020 19:37

@Jadem83 I’m sorry - I got mixed up and thought that because it was during covid they would only do it under local! I’m so oleased the nurse and Dr were lovely..I’m definitely going to honest about being scared of the general! I almost wanted the MVA option under local but my hospital didn’t offer it!

Mommybear05 · 22/11/2020 18:48

Thank you everyone! Xxx ❤️❤️❤️

Runnergirl1 · 22/11/2020 18:28

@Mommybear05 congratulations. Lovely pic x

RichmondLady1981 · 22/11/2020 18:27

Happy Sunday everyone. Hoping there’s lots of Christmassy BFP this month! (BIG FESTIVE POSITIVES)

Where’s everyone at in their cycle?

I’m at the boring CD7 mark. Wont ovulate until cd19 so keeping myself busy with festive planning for my 18 month old son. Decided this month to get all my bloods done so will have all results before Xmas. Already had the scan and my CD 2-4 bloods. Also made my DH get his Crown Jewels checked. Am at the latter stages of my 30s so just want to check that everything is still in working order. 😊

Have a great start to the week everyone.

RichmondLady1981 · 22/11/2020 18:12

@Mommybear05 this is the most wonderful news. A Christmas BFP and due date on your birthday. This couldn’t be more perfect. Wishing you all the best!! (Loving the photo!)
