@Wishingfornumber2 Yes I did get AF, at 48 days and without ever getting a bfp. Really weird but apparently others have had random long cycles too. I'm on cd9 now x

@PumpkinEverything Hi! I love your screen name. Really sorry to read what you've been through but hopefully all good from now on. Will be nice to dtd again! X

PumpkinEverything · 14/12/2020 11:05

Hoping I can join in here too 😊 I’ve been looking for a nice, active group of people in the same boat as myself and this looks like a good one!
I had a MMC at 8 weeks, and had surgical management a week ago tomorrow. I’ve had on/off bleeding since then, which I know is going to probably last another while, but I wish it would stop as I hate the constant reminder it gives everytime I go to the bathroom. I’m glad to see someone on here mention pain in their bum area afterwards as I’ve had it a few times, including once that woke me up last night and it’s been worrying me as it’s the only pain I’m currently feeling! Mentally, today is the first day I feel like my mind is a bit clearer and I don’t feel just as sad as I have. Hoping this means that my hormones are starting to settle a bit. I’m going to do a PT tomorrow morning to see what it says, but have prepared myself that it will likely be positive since it’s only been a week.
Looking forward to DTD again, we never did the whole time I was pregnant as I was too scared 🙈 so it’s been almost 2.5 months... my poor husband 😂

Runnergirl1 · 14/12/2020 08:28

@RichmondLady1981 any news?? X

Wishingfornumber2 · 13/12/2020 23:12

@susiebluebell long cycles are sooo annoying aren’t they! Sorry I can’t remember, have you had AF yet? I stupidly keep reading stories of women who don’t get a positive test until they are about 7weeks or so. Have had few more cramps tonight though like AF is coming.

RichmondLady1981 · 13/12/2020 22:20

@Hanbanxx. I didn’t check for ovulation in first cycle as wanted a break. But second cycle I ovulated on day 19. Confirmed by bbt temp rise.

@flyinghigh101 this is such a great question. I’ve been pregnant twice (one gorgeous little boy who is now 19 months and one mmc) and each time I feel a pulling/sharp pain in my side that always presumed is implantation. The problem is I’ve felt it in a couple of cycles and it made me think I was pregnant and ended in disappointment. When you want something so much I feel your mind can play tricks. I think it’s a good idea to note your feelings and any symptoms you notice every TWW so then you can discount them the next time. I’ve learnt my lesson and have stopped symptom spotting as a means to stop putting pressure on myself and my body. I’m just waiting for AF to show and/or for my BBT to drop and then we can try again next month. I figure that those two scientific factors are the ones you can count on to give you the indicators as to whether you’re truly pregnant- other than a pregnancy test but we take them and then question them don’t we! 😂 Every woman differs so much so it’s so difficult to compare each other’s symptoms.

Lots of baby dust to you. When is AF due?

bez91 · 13/12/2020 20:40

@Hanbanxx with my first MC, I ovulated on CD15 (counting day one as first day of MC)

@flyinghigh101 I've been pregnant 3 times, first time a successful pregnancy and I can't say the other 2 times when I MC were any different to the first 😊

Garman · 13/12/2020 20:20

@flyinghigh101 I had some similar early symptoms that made me aware I was pregnant every time long before a test would tell me. But then I also had other symptoms that differed each time!

susiebluebell · 13/12/2020 20:05

Hi @Hanbanxx I just checked my app and I tracked ovulation on cd22 after MC, which is pretty normal for me xx

@Hopefulmummie Yeah if you're still getting faint lines on a pt then I'm not surprised you're getting positive OPKs too. But nothing saying you can't dtd if you want to 💕

flyinghigh101 · 13/12/2020 19:51

Hi lovely ladies. Wondering if I can pick your brains. I had a MC at 8 weeks last month. We've decided to try again straight away and currently in the dreaded two week wait and symptom spotting like a mad woman. For those of you that have conceived more than once, were your symptoms the same, did you know you were pregnant again or did it feel different? Feeling confused by what my body is upto! 💐

Hopefulmummie · 13/12/2020 19:47

@susiebluebell @Hanbanxx
I took a pregnancy test yesterday and looked negative but more I looked at it could see a really really faint line.
Would that be enough to have a positive ovulation test?
I'd like to start trying again wouldn't want to waste any cycles
Will take another pregnancy one tomorrow.

TheDaydreamBelievers · 13/12/2020 19:38

Sorry @Hopefulmummie I hadn't read that you already had a negative.

TheDaydreamBelievers · 13/12/2020 19:37

@Hopefulmummie - have you had a negative pregnancy test yet?

Hanbanxx · 13/12/2020 19:24

Could I please ask when everyone ovulated after their MC? I ovulated on day 16 when I conceived. Currently on day 13 in my cycle xx

susiebluebell · 13/12/2020 18:55

Sorry just read back and saw you'd got a negative test result. Hm not sure. It's not inconceivable that you're ovulating already. How would you feel about going straight back into dtd?

susiebluebell · 13/12/2020 18:52

@Hopefulmummie It might be. Are you able to do a pregnancy test? That should give you an indication of whether there still are pregnancy hormones in your system. Xx

Hopefulmummie · 13/12/2020 16:22

I normally ovulate in cd14. Based on miscarriage bleeding (which has now stopped) I'm on cd11 and just got a smiley face on clear blue ovulation test. Just concerned that this might be from pregnancy hormones?

Mustkeepgoing2 · 13/12/2020 13:53

@SS123456 This is brilliant. Congratulations and I wish you the happy and healthy pregnancy you do deserve 💕

@RichmondLady1981 How funny! We were at the Hampton Court Food Festival today too. What a small world.

I am approaching my fertile window but have a HyCoSy tomorrow, I am terrified! We should still be able to try this month just keeping everything crossed that everything is okay.

RichmondLady1981 · 13/12/2020 13:17

@SS123456 this is so fantastic!!! Huge congratulations!! Everything crossed things progress for you x x x

Thank you @MSG92- AF due today so just going to see what happens. Just been to the Hampton Court food festival and couldn’t resist a sip of my DH’s mulled wine! Let’s see what gives. Hoping she doesn’t show up.

Runnergirl1 · 13/12/2020 12:36

@SS123456 congratulations. Such lovely news x

SS123456 · 13/12/2020 12:34

Thank you ladies, I wouldn't have got this far without your support ❤️

susiebluebell · 13/12/2020 12:13

@Hopefulmummie I know 😄 We just keep on putting one foot in front of the other because we want those babies! 💕

Hopefulmummie · 13/12/2020 11:43

@susiebluebell I know can't believe I will after to go through that again after 2 pregnancies in the last 6 months

susiebluebell · 13/12/2020 11:42

@SS123456 Ah I'm so bloody happy for you! Got everything crossed it goes well xx

@Hopefulmummie So glad you've got a negative now, it means you're onward and up! Bring on dtd and the dreaded tww! Haha!

@Wishingfornumber2 I'm perversely relieved to see someone else with a random cycle of 48 days! Mine have been a bit variable since mc but usually about 34 days. Hoping you figure it out and I'm on your long cycle mystery team!

SS123456 · 13/12/2020 11:04

Of course @Hopefulmummie ! 😊

I miscarried on the 19th of Oct at 5 weeks so this is is my second cycle since. The first pregnancy was after13 months ttc and this is month 15. My cycles have been all over the shop since the mc with fluctuating bbt, rhr readings, mid-cycle bleeding, so I'm quite surprised. I thought we'd have another year of trying ahead of us. We are booked in for private fertility test on the 22nd Dec too 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hopefulmummie · 13/12/2020 10:30

Hey everyone hope you are all well.
Ive stopped bleeding in the last 2 days and got a negative test result finally. Thinking ovulation will be within the next week so going to ttc again from then.

@SS123456 congratulations on your bfp. Can I ask how long it's been since your miscarriage?
