OPK peak??

I can’t tell if I have peaked and missed it, or if I am yet to peak.

I was at 40% high one evening...but then back to low levels and fluctuating slightly since then. Back to 0% now. See picture

Could I have peaked overnight and missed it? Is that even possible? Are my LH levels just fluctuating as they go down? if I’m now at 0% does that mean The peak has passed?

Last few cycles testing I got very clear peaks 100-200%. So I am very confused by all this! We have been DTD every two days in case 😅😅😅

Can anyone shed on light on what might be happening? So confused 🤪

@Rachel93x I know it can all be very stressful!

Did you read this on pre mom about different types of peak? Found useful

premom.com/blogs/how-to-use-ovulation-tests/surges-and-peaks-gradual-onset

Oh if you had chemical pregnancy your hormones may be everywhere. I had MC at 5 weeks and I had the most intense symptoms- Brest tenderness, angry, nausea everything! I also felt super anxious and was doing PG tests when it wasn’t even possible to be PG and also OPKs st the same time, I think it was my way of trying feeling in control again after what happened. That said I ovulated fine and cycle returned to normal after 28 days. The next month was much better.

Be kind to yourself if you can!

I am back down to low level again today still no peak! How do you find Premom? I might try

@Bouncytree Thank you so much. I currently use premom but I thought I'd try another app!

Month 1 was CD14 for ovulation, Month 2 was CD21 and today marks CD17 so I probably should chill out a bit but I like to know everything is in working order, especially as last month we have a CP pregnancy so this month is more to make sure it's back to normal 🙈

I've only done one today, held my wee for a couple hours and came up as this photo below..but I've had darker tests but not the peak on CD10, CD15 and even yesterday my first one was darker! Then just goes faint and end up being half as dark as that test line come night time 😭 I don't really notice my CM, even to the point I spoke to my dr but she said having a CP means I do have it, it's maybe just not as much as other women! To make matters worse ive had period cramping from about CD12 as well so this cycle feels all over the place.. we shall soon see!

We really do like to stress ourselves out! Sorry for the long response 🙈 hopefully we get our peak soon and fingers crossed for a BFP 🤞🏻🤩

Hi @Rachel93x I hear you! So confusing isn’t it. I’m using Femometer it worked fine for me last few months with clear peaks, but I did test earlier this month so perhaps hadn’t seen this pattern.

I’ve had more CM last 2 days which is normally a sign for me. I normally use it as a prompt to start testing.

How are you getting on? I’m still rising and falling today!

Someone on another thread mentioned to check for dilution - that is drinking too much water and diluting the hormone levels, might be the cause alright

I only ask because I'm exactly in the same boat as you! Mine are darker but not positive and then barely visible on the next test 😭

Rachel93x · 20/10/2020 20:51

Hey, can I ask what app that is you use?🙈

Bouncytree · 20/10/2020 14:34

Thanks @Juno231 Yes I thought it was early and unexpected...I just felt very hormonal and tested and was surprised to see 40%....is it normal for LH to go up and down though not peaking?

Last few cycles ovulated at CD 14 or 16

I didn’t notice and change in CM yet so I would be surprised if I had ovulated.

Looks like lots of BD for me this month then 😅 out of the blocks wasaaay early 😆

@Bouncytree I think it's just early days and that you'll get a peak this week :) It's unlikely you'd have had a peak on CD9 - when did you get it the last few cycles?
